Abstract

Abstrak—The availability of information to the public by health providers such as Hospitals and the Palang Merah Indonesia is an important issue to be studied and kept in mind as it involves the interests of many people and requires a fast response time. For example the need for inpatient information, physician information, queue number information by the Hospital and information on blood availability by the Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI). The availability of that information is raised by the researcher Good health service is one of the things desired by everyone, especially the health service one of which is the availability of information quickly. Fast and accurate access to information from hospitals and the Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) is urgently needed by every health care user. In order for this activity to run optimally, web-based information system applications and mobile devices can be one solution. In this study the authors use Rational Unified Process Methodology (RUP), Meotodologi has 4 phases of Inception, Elaboration, Construction and Transition. This study produces information systems that use 2 base application that is web and mobile device, useful to give exact information about existence of room, doctor on duty, stock of blood and queue of patient who will do hospitalization in a hospital. From the results of this study the expected results of each patient gets a fast and good service, and information obtained is accurate and fast information

Abstract

Menopause is the period when menstruation stops which occurs in women aged 48 to 55 years. Menopause is a phase where women do not experience menstruation. It is hoped that the benefits and objectives of this counseling will be useful for improving and increasing knowledge about Reproductive Health in Menopausal Women. Menopause is a phase where women do not experience menstruation. Often women face menopause with anxiety and fear because they are entering old age and are no longer able to bear children. The method used in this program is to provide health education through counseling about Reproductive Health in Menopausal Women. Based on the results of the Self-Awareness Survey, there are several problems, namely the large number of teenagers who consume unhealthy food, teenagers who do not know about reproductive health, the lack of knowledge of pregnant women and mothers with toddlers regarding the contents of MCH books and the lack of knowledge of menopausal women in caring for reproductive health. The priority problem is the lack of knowledge of menopausal women in caring for reproductive health. With 110 people interviewed, there were 101 menopausal women who said they did not know about caring for reproductive health. From the SMD results, we found the problem of low levels of knowledge of reproductive health in menopausal women. To overcome this, we made one effort to provide education regarding reproductive health in menopausal women. After the counseling was carried out, participants looked enthusiastic about the counseling material presented and were able to practice how to care for reproductive health.

Abstract

The literary work in the form of a short story entitled "Buaian Rahim Patriarki" raises the issue of masculinity and patriarchy. In this modern era, women are very optimistic and aggressively voicing their rights and equality. This study aims to show the form of patriarchy and masculinity depicted in male characters. The research method used is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. The research data is in the form of information about the theme, plot and channeling, character and characterization, setting, and language style in the short story. Data collection techniques are done by reading techniques and literature research. The results of the analysis in the short story "Buaian Rahim Patriarki" found masculinity in male characters, namely high male ego and male power in the family. Likewise, patriarchy was also found, namely the inequality of roles and positions between women and men. The findings show that patriarchy and masculinity are used as representations of the characters' views in the short story.

Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan masa perkembangan anak menjadi dewasa dari segi biologis, emosi, social, dan kognitif. Gizi seimbang pada masa ini akan sangat menentukan kematangan mereka di masa depan. Masalah gizi pada remaja timbul karena prilaku gizi yang salah, yaitu ketidak seimbangan antara konsumsi gizi dengan kecukupqn gizi yang dianjurkan. Manfaat serta tujuan dari penyuluhan ini diharapkan berguna untuk meningkatkan dan menambah pengetahuan tentang peran gizi dalam Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah memberikan pendidikan kesehatan melalui penyuluhan tentang gizi seimbang pada remaja dan juga dengan mengadakan demo masak. Berdasarkan penelitian survey mawas diri, terdapat permasalahan yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai makanan yang bergizi untuk remaja putri, dan lebih banyak remaja yang mengkonsusi jajanan dibandingkan dengan makanan bergizi. Prioritas masalah yaitu remaja yang masih mengkonsumsi jajanan dengan jumlah sebanyak 101 orang. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut kami melakukan salah satu upaya dengan mengadakan penyluhan tentang gizi pada remaja dan memperkenalkan menu seibang pada remaja dengan cara megadakan demo masak. Setelah dilakukan peyuluhan dan pengadaan demo masak peserta terlihat antusias mengenai materi yang di paparkan serta dalam pelaksanaan demo masak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memahami pengaruh harga jual, biaya produksi, dan jumlah produksi terhadap pendapatan petani bawang merah di Desa Masalle Kecamatan Masalle Kabupaten Enrekang. Penelitian menggunakan data primer dan data dikumpulkan melalui instrument kuesioner dari sebanyak 50 responden. Metode analisisnya adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu regresi linear berganda yang pengolahan datanya dibantu oleh program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa harga jual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani bawang merah dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Biaya produksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani bawang merah dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Dan jumlah produksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani bawang merah dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa harga jual, biaya produksi dan jumlah produksi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani bawang merah di Desa Masalle Kecamatan Masalle Kabupaten Enrekang.

Abstract

Menstrual pain is a gynecological complaint due to an imbalance of the hormone progesterone in the blood, resulting in the most common pain in women. Women who experience menstrual pain produce 10 times more prostaglandins than women who do not experience menstrual pain. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving red ginger drinks on the intensity of menstrual pain in adolescent girls at the Cikelet Health Center, Garut Regency in 2024. This study used an experimental analytical research design of the pre-experimental type with a pretest - posttest one group design approach. The population in this study were all adolescent girls in grades 10 and 11 aged 16 to 19 years at the Cikelet Health Center, Garut Regency and the sampling technique used in this study was the total sampling technique. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate. The results of the study showed the intensity of menstrual pain in adolescent girls before being given red ginger drinks at the Cikelet Health Center, Garut Regency in 2024. Most of the 20 people (66.7%) experienced moderate pain, after being given red ginger drinks, most of the 16 adolescent girls (53.3%) experienced mild pain, the results of the Paired Samples Test with a significance level of α = 0.05 obtained the result of p = 0.001 which means p <0.05, namely Ha is accepted, which means there is an effect of giving red ginger drinks on the intensity of menstrual pain in adolescent girls at the Cikelet Health Center, Garut Regency in 2024. The results of this study are expected to increase knowledge and insight in midwifery, especially the effect of giving red ginger on reducing menstrual pain in adolescent girls.

Abstract

The elderly are an age group that is susceptible to various degenerative diseases and decreased physical function, so they require special attention in maintaining their health. A healthy lifestyle is an important factor in improving the quality of life of the elderly. However, the results of the Self-Awareness Survey conducted in RW 04 Mayung Village showed that most elderly people still have low knowledge regarding healthy lifestyles. This community service activity aims to increase the elderly's understanding of the importance of a healthy lifestyle through counseling and elderly exercise activities. The method used is direct health education through interactive lectures and joint exercise activities, which were held on Saturday, July 6, 2024 at the RW 04 Mayung Village Health Center with 25 elderly participants. The results of the activity showed an increase in knowledge and enthusiasm of the elderly in implementing a healthy lifestyle, such as maintaining a diet, exercising regularly, and checking their health regularly. This activity is expected to contribute to forming positive habits in the elderly and become a sustainable program that involves the active role of the community and local health workers.
