ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Masalah gizi dan tumbuh kembang balita masih menjadi tantangan di masyarakat, khususnya terkait keterbatasan pengetahuan ibu tentang perawatan bayi dan pemberian MPASI yang tepat. Tujuan: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan ibu balita mengenai baby massage dan pemberian MPASI yang sesuai usia, sehingga mampu mendukung optimalisasi tumbuh kembang anak secara mandiri di lingkungan keluarga. Metode: Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Dukuh Sebetok, Desa Galangpengampon, Kecamatan Wonopringgo, Kabupaten Pekalongan dengan melibatkan 8 ibu balita, bidan desa, kader posyandu serta mahasiswa. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi koordinasi dengan mitra, persiapan media dan perlengkapan, pelaksanaan penyampaian materi melalui presentasi, diskusi interaktif, demostrasi baby massage dan praktik pembuatan MPASI. Serta evaluasi melalui pre-test, post-test, observasi ketrampilan peserta. Hasil: Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta. Pada materi baby massage, sebelum penyuluhan 50% peserta dalam kategori kurang dan cukup, kemudian meningkat menjadi 75% dalam kategori baik. Pada materi MPASI, seluruh peserta mencapai kategori baik setelah penyuluhan. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa edukasi melalui penyuluhan dan demonstrasi efektif dalam menambah wawasan serta membekali ibu agar mampu menerapkan baby massage dan pemberian MPASI dengan benar. Dengan demikian, penyuluhan ini berpotensi mendukung tumbuh kembang balita secara optimal. Kata kunci: Penyuluhan; Baby massage; MPASI; Tumbuh Kembang ABSTRACTIntroduction: Nutrition and child development issues remain a challenge in the community, particularly regarding mothers' limited knowledge about infant care and appropriate complementary feeding practices. Objective: this activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of mothers of toddlers regarding baby massage and age-appropriate complementaray feeding, so that ther are able to independently support the optimal growth and development of their chidren within the family environment. Methods: The activity was held in Dukuh Sebetok, Galangpengampon Village, Wonopringgo Sub-district, Pekalongan Regency, involving 8 mothers of toddlers, village midwives, posyandu cadres, and students. The stages of the activity included coordination with partners, preparation of media and equipment, delivery of material through presentations, interactive discussions, baby massage demonstration, and practical sessions on making complementary foods. Evaluation was conducted through pre-test, post test, and observation of participants skills. Result: The results showed an increase in participants' knowledge. In the baby massage session, before the education session, 50% of participants were in the “poor” and “adequate” categories, which then increased to 75% in the ‘good’ category. In the complementary feeding session, all participants achieved the “good” category after the education session. Conclusion: This activity demonstrates that education through counseling and demonstrations is effective in expanding knowledge and equipping mothers to properly apply baby massage and MPASI feeding.
