Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of image and service quality on patient loyalty mediated by patient satisfaction at Provita Hospital. The population in this study were all patients, both general, BPJS and insurance who had received treatment or treatment in 2023 at Provita Jayapura Hospital. The sample in this study is 90 patients. The analytical method used is mediation analysis with data processing tools using SmartPls version 3.00 software. Based on the tests conducted, it shows that image, service quality and patient satisfaction directly affect patient loyalty at Provita Jayapura Hospital. Image does not directly affect patient satisfaction at the Provita Jayapura hospital. Service quality directly affects patient satisfaction at the Provita Jayapura hospital. Patient satisfaction can mediate the relationship between service quality and patient loyalty at the Provita Jayapura hospital. Patient satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between image and patient loyalty at the Provita Jayapura hospital

Abstract

Purpose: This study uses the CAMEL method to evaluate the health level of state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018 to 2022, which includes aspects of capital adequacy, asset quality, management, earnings, and liquidity. Research Design and Methodology: This study uses secondary data from the annual financial statements of four state-owned banks selected through purposive sampling. The CAMEL method was applied to analyze these banks' financial soundness. Findings and Discussion: The results show that state-owned banks generally maintained a healthy financial condition during the study period. However, some financial ratios, such as NPM and ROA, fluctuated. This indicates the need to improve operational efficiency and cost management. Implications: This study guides bank management in improving operational efficiency and risk management to maintain financial stability. Regulators can also use these findings to evaluate and enhance banking policies.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to explore the simultaneous influence of competence, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance at the BKPSDM Office of Jayapura Regency. Research Design and Methodology: The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data was collected from 95 respondents, all employees at the BKPSDM Office. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS version 22. The study's design includes the examination of variables such as competence, work environment, and work discipline, with controls and conditions appropriate for assessing their collective impact on performance. Findings and Discussion: The findings indicate that competence, work environment, and work discipline positively and significantly affect employee performance. The study reveals that a conducive work environment and high work discipline amplify the impact of competence on performance. This underscores the importance of a holistic approach in human resource management, where these three elements synergistically create optimal working conditions. Implications: The study's implications highlight the necessity of investing in competency development, creating supportive work environments, and enforcing fair and transparent work discipline. Future research is recommended to explore the interaction between these factors and other variables.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of physical evidence on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction at Shadow Edge Park Jayapura Cafe. The hypothesis is that customer satisfaction mediates the impact of physical evidence on customer loyalty. Research Design and Methodology: The method used was descriptive quantitative with a survey design. Data were collected from 120 Shadow Edge Park Jayapura Cafe consumers through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 22 software. Findings and Discussion: The results show that physical evidence positively and significantly influences customer satisfaction, mediating this influence on customer loyalty. The findings support the Servicescapes theory, suggesting that physical elements such as interior design, cleanliness, and ambiance of the café are key factors that influence customer satisfaction and loyalty. Implications: Café managers should focus on managing physical evidence elements to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Further research is needed to explore factors such as social interaction and service quality that may influence customer loyalty. Future studies could expand geographic and cultural coverage to test the consistency of these findings.

Abstract

Purpose: This study explores the relationship between service quality, consumer trust, and purchase decisions in the context of the Jequilla florist business. Research Design and Methodology: This study used quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. Data was collected through questionnaires from 120 randomly selected consumers of Jequilla florist. The variables measured include service quality, consumer trust, and purchasing decisions. Data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 26 software. Findings and Discussion: The results show that service quality does not directly influence purchasing decisions. However, service quality has a significant effect on consumer trust, and this consumer trust significantly affects buying decisions. This suggests that building consumer trust through service quality is a key factor influencing purchasing decisions. Implications: This research contributes to business practice and policy to improve service quality and build consumer trust. Florist business management is advised to focus on transparency, consistency, and responsiveness in service. Further research is recommended using a longitudinal design and considering other variables such as price and promotion to provide more comprehensive insights.

Abstract

Indonesia has adopted IFRS as an accounting standard in making a quality report. IFRS standards that have been set are certainly not free of obstacles, this then becomes a challenge in implementing accounting standards in accordance with IFRS standards. So, to prepare an accounting financial report, practical aspects of accounting in Indonesia with applicable standards are needed in relation to the implementation of the principles of accounting standards in everyday life involving companies, accountants, and practitioners. The method used in this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using a literature study with data sources derived from secondary data in the form of books, scientific journals, articles and research reports. The results obtained from the discussion are the practical aspects of accounting in Indonesia in the application of accounting concepts and standards in real situations involving companies, accountants, and accounting practitioners that must be considered, namely practical aspects in the application of accounting standards, measurement of assets and liabilities, revenue recognition, tax measurement, complete disclosure, internal audits and examinations, professional ethics, and management decision making

Abstract

This review was directed to look at and investigate the impact of inside control frameworks, bookkeeping data frameworks, monetary management and the utilization of data innovation on the nature of the budget summaries of the Jayapura City Government OPD. The number of inhabitants in this exploration is all Regional Apparatus Organizations in Jayapura City, adding up to 34 offices. (4) Utilization of Information Technology doesn't influence the Quality of Financial Reports. (5) Internal Control System, Regional Financial Accounting System, Financial Supervision, and Utilization of Information Technology have a critical concurrent impact on the Quality of Financial Reports
