Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran matematika SMP dengan media berbantuan komputer pada materi teorema Pythagoras yang valid, praktis, dan efektif ditinjau dari prestasi belajar matematika dan mathematics self-efficacy siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang terdiri atas empat tahap, yaitu tahap define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Subjek coba dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas 9 siswa untuk uji coba kelompok kecil dan 30 siswa untuk uji coba lapangan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 2 Banyubiru, Kabupaten Semarang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi, lembar penilaian guru, lembar penilaian siswa, lembar observasi kegiatan guru, lembar observasi kegiatan siswa, dan kuesioner mathematics self-efficacy. Kriteria keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini adalah jika banyaknya siswa yang memperoleh nilai tes akhir melebihi KKM lebih dari 75% dan siswa yang memiliki skor mathematics self-efficacy pada kriteria tinggi atau sangat tinggi lebih dari 75%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan adalah valid, praktis, dan efektif ditinjau dari prestasi siswa dan skor mathematics self-efficacymereka.Kata kunci: pengembangan, silabus, RPP, LKS, media, prestasi belajar siswa, mathematics self-efficacy.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that the validity aspect of open-ended-based mathematics learning tools that is oriented towards Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in quadratic equation material is unknown. The purpose of this study was to determine the validity aspects of open-ended-based mathematics learning tools oriented to HOTS quadratic equation material for class IX. This research includes content analysis research. The subject of the research is an open-ended-based mathematics learning tool that is oriented to HOTS on the quadratic equation material for class IX including the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), Student Worksheet (LKPD) and open questions that measure HOTS. The data were taken by three validators using the RPP validity questionnaire, LKPD validity questionnaire, question validity questionnaire and the advice documentation sheet from the validator. Data were analyzed descriptively and converted in a qualitative scale. The results showed that the validity of the open-ended RPP based on the HOTS orientation was in the very good category, the validity of the open-ended LKPD based on the HOTS orientation was in the very good category, the validity of the open-ended which measured HOTS was in the very good category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the open-ended-based mathematics learning tool oriented to Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) on quadratic equation material has very good validity.

Abstract

Leadership and decision-making in the VUCA era are crucial. Leadership effectiveness in organizing and quality decision-making is demanded so that organizations can survive uncertain conditions. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the development of leadership trends and decision-making models in the last two decades. The method used is a systematic literature review using bibliometric analysis. The conclusion obtained that leadership began to trend and attracted the attention of researchers in the period 2008-2013, which was associated with organizational culture and the development of human resource competencies. Research is massive in 2014-2018, which discusses transformational and adaptive leadership models. Meanwhile, in the last five years, the topic of leadership and decision-making has been dominated by the COVID-19 pandemic and equality.
