Abstract

This study aimed to examine the relationship between facilities and instructors' perceptions of their ability to develop instructional media during a pandemic. This study employed a quantitative approach through the use of a survey. The sample size for this study was 154 elementary school teachers drawn through a purposive sampling technique from Pelalawan and Rengat districts. The data were gathered via a survey administered over WhatsApp and analyzed descriptively and inferentially using SPSS version 26. The findings indicated that all fundamental support facilities for online learning were met 100 % of the time, interactive learning media facilities were met 48.7 % of the time, and assistive devices for students were met 58.4 % of the time. Additionally, 60.4 % of teachers frequently create learning media on their own, 45.5 % frequently generate media independently, and 42.9 % frequently use online learning media. The Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient calculated between facilities and teachers' abilities indicated a significant value of 0.0000.05. As a result, it is possible to conclude that there is a positive and significant association between facilities and the teacher's opinion of their ability to produce instructional media.

Abstract

Poverty is not a descent or a destiny, poverty is an impact rather than a regional manager not doing what it should. This study aims to analyze the policy of village funds as an effort to step up poverty, focus the study on Sido Luhur village in Seluma District. The research method is qualitative, primary and secondary data source. The research informants are the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Office (Kadus), members of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) and Community Leaders. The result of the research shows that the policy of village fund has contributed significantly to the progress of Sidohulur village. However, fund policy has not been instrumental in helping to reduce poverty level either in Sido Luhur village or in Seluma Regency by macro.Keywords: Policy, Village Fund, Poverty Alleviation, New Autonomous Region

Abstract

The recent enhancement in poverty has occurred because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The government designed several policies to protect vulnerable populations and reduce poverty. One policy was the social safety net program (SSN). The effectiveness of the SSN program in reducing poverty contains academic debates. On the one hand, the research results showed no influence of the SSN on poverty reduction. So this study aims to analyze poverty in the Tabalong Regency. This research used primary data. Binomial Logistics Regression was employed in the analysis. Model testing included control variables represented by the number of household members, age, gender, education, and occupation of the primary household member. Simultaneous model testing results showed that the SSN program affected poverty in Tabalong Regency. Partially model testing results showed that not all SSN programs affect poverty in Tabalong Regency. Only the SSN program of Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance and Regional Government Routine Social Assistance involved poverty. In addition, the control variables also affected the chances of a household being poor or not poor, except for the age variable. The odds ratio value meant that households receiving these two programs had 0.283 and 0.370 times the probability of being not poor.

Abstract

Abstract. There are many opportunities for companies to promote gender equality in supply chains—through their own actions, by enabling business partners, and by influencing industry peers and the broader policy landscape. Taking any of these steps will help drive progress for women in supply chains. However, we believe that those companies looking to create real and lasting change for women should adopt holistic approaches that tackle inequality at every level.  The methods used were qualitative and quantitative descriptive. A master data source was obtained from a key informant of the Sidoluhur Head, Secretary, 2 Hamlet Heads, and 1 Public Figure. The other master data was conducted by administering questionnaires to respondents and determining respondents using accidental sampling. Secondary data obtained from varieties of literature, previous research results, Laws, Government Regulations, and Village Performance Reports as well as other records (text files) associated with the research subject. Quantitative research results (presentation, distribution) examined by utilizing an interactive model through data aggregation, data compression, data display, and decision making or data verification. The effects indicated that the woman professionalism of the Sidoluhur Village Head was categorized Good, the Village Head already had 1) basic ability to cognize about the regulation and the primary tasks and functions (Tupoksi); 2) management capability in handling human resources, finance, village assets, and public service management; 3) technical capability to manage village administration, make village regulations, development planning and budgeting (APBDes) and be able to help the residential district. Results demonstrated that the women roles can be effective in the supply chain process for the SMEs as the management and effective chain roles.

Abstract

BOS policy is one of the public policies made by the government aiming at improving the quality of human resources as the indicator of the progress of a nation's development. This study aimed at analyzing and describing BOS policy, the implementation of BOS funds, and the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in implementing BOS policy at Junior High Schools in the Tembilahan sub-district. This study design was qualitative using a descriptive method. The data and information were collected through an observation technique, interview, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using classification steps, analysis, and data interpretation until the conclusion was drawn. The result showed that the BOS policy was an appropriate and effective public policy for people in general and, particularly, for the school, teaching staff, and the students. Regarding the implementation of the BOS policy at Public Junior High Schools in the Tembilahan sub-district, it was good and met the BOS technical guideline. However, it still had an obstacle that several school activities could not be accommodated using BOS funds. The supporting factors of the BOS policy implementation at Public Junior High Schools in the Tembilahan sub-district were good communication between several relevant parties and the availability of competent human resources. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors were financial resources and the characteristics of the policy were too rigid in the use in every school.

Abstract

Policy Implementation (KLA) in North Lampung Regencyis a political and constitutional necessity of the Regional Government in the context of fulfilling children's rights and special protection for children, the problem is that there is a gap between policy objectives and the realization of policy performance targets. To be able to achieve its objectives, a policy requires effectiveness prerequisites for which an analysis of the effectiveness of the KLA policy is carried out and the determinants/factors that support and hinder itimplementation of the KLA policy.The research method used is researchqualitative descriptive, using public policy theory Matland, (1995) and other relevant theories. ProcessData collection was carried out by in-depth interviews with research informants, observation and documentation, while the stages of the processing/analysis process were editing data, presenting data and interpreting data. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of the KLA policy in North Lampung Regency has not been fully effective, it can be seen from the results of the research KLA policy as a child-based development system has not been able to fully transform KHA, integrate the commitment of Government and non-Government resources in a comprehensive and sustainable way. The strategic recommendation in the research is for policy authorities to1) optimize the integration of Government and non-Government commitments and resources, 2) carry outreviewlocal government policies/regulations, 3) carry out communication, socializationand policy publications, 4) implement community empowerment efforts, 4) increase the competence of KHA in policy implementers, focus on allocating the budget for implementing KLA policies and seeking alternative sources of financing.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an effort to maintain the company's position in the competition to maintain harmony with consumers. Not only CSR, the company must also strengthen the company's internals by implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG). CSR and GCG are able to increase the company's profitability. This underlies the purpose of the study, namely to determine the ability of CSR and GCG in influencing the profitability of mining companies listed on the IDX. One of the advantages of this thesis is that this research was carried out by observation to find out the financial statements of mining companies listed on the IDX and included in statistical analysis calculations (using the R Program) using the Panel Data Regression analysis method and tested in each variable to find out whether there is an influence between Variables. This type of research is quantitative research with secondary data on IDX financial statements as data collection. The sample in this study is a mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2010-2020 with 34 mining companies annually in accordance with the established criteria. The data analysis method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach using panel data regression. The results of the analysis show that csr and GCG variables do not have a significant influence on ROA. In addition, the p-value has a value of (0.97) with a value higher than the significance value of 0.05. The event proved that regression modeling was incapable of explaining the ROA data. This happens because the financial performance of a company is influenced by various factors. One of the factors is that during 2019 the stock index of mining companies experienced a decline due to a decrease in coal prices. In other words, if CSR and GCG get better, the company's profitability will increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kapasitas Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi dalam meningkatkan kualitas data pertanahan dan apa saja hambatan yang dihadapi. penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian yang bermaksud untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subyek penelitian seperti perilaku, persepsi, motivasi, tindakan, dan sebagainya secara holistik dan dengan cara deskripsi dalam bentuk kata-kata dan bahasa, pada suatu konteks khusus yang alamiah dan dengan memanfaatkan berbagai metode alamiah. Hasil penelitian adalah Kapasitas Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi dalam meningkatkan kualitas data pertanahan sudah baik jika dilihat dari aspek Infrastucture and technology (infrastruktur dan teknologi), strategic leadership (kepemimpinan strategis), program and process management (program dan manajemen proses), dan Networking and linkages (jejaring kerjasama dan hubungan dengan pihak lain). Namun untuk aspek staff members / personnel (sumber daya manusia) dan aspek financial resources (sumber daya keuangan) masih belum dapat sepenuhnya dikatakan baik. Yang menjadi faktor Penghambat Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi dalam meningkatkan kualitas data pertanahan yaitu keterbatasan Sumber Daya Manusia, keterbatasan anggaran serta minimnya regulasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari aspek komunikasi, penatausahaan aset daerah memiliki jaringan komunikasi di luar organisasi yakni pada organisasi pengelola aset daerah dan pengguna aset daerah. Aspek sumber daya. Sumber daya mencangkup kompetensi dan pemahaman penatausahaan masih sangat minim terkait pelaksanaan penghapusan aset daerah yang tidak produktif, hal ini dapat mengakibatkan inefisiensi yang terjadi di Pemkab Mappi sehingga menghambat otonomi daerah Pemkab Mappi karena aset yang tidak produktif tidak memberikan manfaat bagi Pemkab Mappi namun menguras biaya pemeliharaan. Aspek disposisi. Sikap para penatausahaan belum memiliki komitmen yang tinggi terkait pelaksanaan SOP dalam pelaksanaan inventaris aset tidak produktif. Aspek Struktur birokrasi. Struktur birokrasi penatausahaan tidak terjadi tumpang tindih wewenang disebabkan karena organisasi dipimpin oleh satu pemimpin, sehingga hanya satu pimpinan yang mengarahkan dan keputusan yang dihasilkan jelas. Selain itu struktur organisasi terlah sesuai antara pembagian kerja dan tujuan organisasi dimana, pembagian kerja ini untuk mencegah adanya gesekan antara anggota organisasi dan perkerjaan dapat dilakukan dengan adanya saling kerjasama dengan kompetensi sesuai bidangnya masing-masing. Fungsi pembagian kerja juga untuk memudahkan kegiatan pekerjaan sesuai bidangnya dan dapat dilakukan evaluasi terkait tugas dan tanggung jawab pembagian kerja juga akan mengurangi kerumitan karena ada pengelompokan pekerjaan. Selain itu pembagian kerja juga akan dapat diukur siapa mengerjakan apa dan bagaimana hasil yang dicapai.

Abstract

The Implementation of the SDG program by the Village Government is carried out through the implementation of village development planning documents. The aim of this research is to analyze how the implementation of the SDG program in village development planning. Data analysis includes analysis of work plans, financial allocations, program implementation report and the impact of changes on social, economic and environmental aspects of the village. This research uses a qualitative method with an exploratory approach and data collection through interview techniques and documentation studies. The result of this research show that 14 of the 17 SDG programs have been implemented in Pasar Binanga Village through various infrastructure development programs, community empowerment and strengthening activities. There has been increase in the economy, health levels and sustainable use of the environment in Pasar Binanga Village. Community participation and the competence of the village head are the strongest factors in supporting the implementation of SDG policies in Pasar Binanga Village. However, obstacle to the policy implementation are the lack of empowerment program from the Regional Government and several central policies that are binding on village budget allocation obligations.
