Abstract

Toko pakaian NJS Collection merupakan bisnis yang bergerak dibidang penjualan produk pakaian yang memiliki hambatan bisnis pada toko fisik seperti tempat penjualan yang kecil dan tidak seimbang dengan banyaknya jumlah produk yang ada sehingga pemilik kesulitan mencari tempat untuk memajang produk pakaiannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang website B2C pada toko pakaian NJS Collection agar bisa membantu bisnisnya yang memiliki kekurangan pada toko fisik dan sekaligus mengembangkan proses penjualan produknya. Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian studi kasus dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Design Science Research (DSR). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Model perancngan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu model Rapid Application Development (RAD). Website B2C dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, Javascript, HTML dan database MySOL. dan pemodelan sistem dalam perancangan website, penulis menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Penelitian ini menghasilkan adalah sebuah website B2C yang dapat membantu bisnis tanpa ada hambatan toko fisik seperti website dapat dimasukkan data produk beserta infomasinya dan menjadi sarana untuk mempermudah dalam proses pengelolaan data produk, menampilkan laporan penjualan, mengelola stock, pemesanan, pembayaran secara online, dan selain itu memudahkan konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian tanpa harus datang ke toko.The NJS Collection clothing store is a business engaged in the sale of clothing products which has business constraints on physical stores such as a small sales area and is not balanced with the large number of existing products so that the owner has difficulty finding a place to display his clothing products. The purpose of this research is to design a B2C website for the NJS Collection clothing store so that it can help businesses that have deficiencies in physical stores and at the same time develop their product sales process. This research is in the form of case study research with the research method used is Design Science Research (DSR). Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and literature study. The design model used in this study is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model. B2C websites are built using the programming languages PHP, Javascript, HTML and MySOL database. and system modeling in website design, the author uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). This research resulted in a B2C website that can help businesses without physical store barriers such as a website where product data and information can be entered and becomes a means to simplify the process of managing product data, displaying sales reports, managing stock, ordering, paying online, and other than it makes it easier for consumers to make purchases without having to come to the store.

Abstract

In the application of the outpatient information system business process at the Bengkayang Regional General Hospital, there are still problems faced, namely the occurrence of incompatibility of patient medical data information in the examination section / poly section, resulting in delays in the patient handling process. This is the background for the author to analyze the business process of outpatient system information at the Bengkayang General Hospital using the Business Process Management Life Cycle method. This study aims to determine how effective it is in managing the outpatient information system business process at the Bengkayang Regional General Hospital. The analytical technique used is BPMN, value chain, business area analysis and the method used is the BPM life cycle. The results of this study can support the current business processes for the better. With the addition and improvement of optimal technology, with existing information system technology to obtain a more detailed and complete procedural flow chart. The resulting procedure flow chart will integrate the data in each part of the service unit in the outpatient department, so that the data can be used together between departments so that data duplication can be avoided.

Abstract

One of the developments in technology in the modern era is computers as a alternative for human labor. The development of advanced technology must also be balanced with the right application. Web application is one of them because it makes easier to access information on any device as long as it’s connected to the internet. This research aims to create a POS application that can help in facilitating more structured data management with the features provided. The method that this research used is Action Research. Website design using Prototype method, modeling in design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), and database modeling using Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Website development using the Laravel framework, and testing using the Black Box method with Equivalence Partioning. The results obtained from this study are the Live Search feature which helps in searching for item data, the notification feature for minimal stock so as not to be late in placing an order, Authentication Login using Jetstream Laravel, there are barcodes and print invoice to assist in the transaction process, error messages feedback or succesfull. successful, the calculation of the income reports, and this research was developed using the Model View Controller (MVC) concept architecture.

Abstract

Rabbani Store is a business that operates in the field of selling hijabs, clothing and other accessories which currently still uses a conventional or simple system, where the transaction and shopping process still requires consumers to come directly to the shop, so they wait to find out whether the goods are still in stock. or not. To overcome this problem, a sales website is needed at Rabbani Stores so that the sales system at Rabbani Stores can be further developed because it is online or digital based. Consumers no longer need to come to the store and wait a long time to shop, and consumers can make transactions directly from the sales website. In designing this sales website using the Laravel Framework by applying the MVC concept. The design method used is the Extreme Programming method. The research method used is Design Science Research (DSR). The results of this research produced a sales website at Gerai Rabbani using the Laravel Framework so that it could help sales at Gerai Rabbani. The conclusion of the designed website is that it can help the shop owner of Gerai Rabbani to market the products being sold. The suggestion is that the website used needs to be further developed in the interface so that it is easier and more attractive for users to use.

Abstract

Sma Islam Al Azhar 10 Pontianak merupakan lembaga pendidikan swasta di pontianak. Dalam mendukung proses bisnis Sma Islam Al Azhar 10 Pontianak menerapkan Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Murid Baru (PMB), Pembayaran Sumbangan Pembangunan Pendidikan (SPP), Dana Sumbangan Pendidikan (DSP) namun pengelolaan data dilakukan terpisah sehingga trasnformasi data masukan,  keluaran dilakukan berulang dan belum terintegrasi dengan yayasan mengenai aktivitas PMB, Pembayaran SPP, dan DSP menimbulkan permasalahan outputnya informasi diberikan sekolah pada yayasan tidak tepat waktu. Mengenai pembayaran dilakukan orang tua siswa tidak tervalidasi antara yayasan dengan sekolah, sehigga sekolah melakukan penagihan ulang pada siswa/orang tua siswa. Tujuan penelitian mengahasilkan EA terintegrasi melalui Portal Akademik Sma Islam Al Azhar 10 Pontianak. Penlitian ini menggunakan metode Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) merancang sistem informasi Sma Islam Al Azhar 10 Pontianak. Permodelan bisnis menggunakan Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN). Penelitian menghasilkan EA Sistem Informasi Portal Akademik berisikan 5 entitas yaitu siswa, orang tua siswa, petugas penerimaan siswa, keuangan sekolah,  keuangan yayasan. Kesimpulan EA diharapkan proses bisnis Sma Islam Al Azhar 10 Pontianak berjalan sesuai Visinya memiliki komitmen dalam pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi. Saran perencanaan EA yang dikembangan dijadikan pedoman pembangunan, pengembangan Sistem informasi sebagai pendukung proses bisnis agar tecapainya keselarasan strategis bisnis, strategi SI dan TI.                   Kata kunci— Enterprise Architecture Planning, BPMN, Value Chain, UML

Abstract

Dalam upaya menyelaraskan visi dan misi sekolah maka diterapkanlah enterprise architecture planning pada dunia pendidikan, salah satunya dengan penerapan enterprise architecture planning untuk perencanaan sebuah sistem informasi pada SMA Negeri 1 menjalin. Perencanaan sistem informasi pada penelitian ini akan memberikan sebuah definisi arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi, dan arsitektur teknologi dari tahapan sebuah enterprise architecture planning. Penerapan enterprise architecture planning pada sekolah ini akan menghasilkan salah satu analisa pada penerapan teknologi saat ini serta akan memberikan sebuah gambaran mengenai kebutuhan teknologi pada masa yang akan datang.Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Design Research dengan metode pengembangan Enterprise architecture planning juga melakukan analisis terhadap model bisnis, entitas yang terlibat pada pendeskrpsian architecture data dan kebutuhan aplikasi untuk perencanaan yang dibuat. Penerpan enterprise architecture planning pada penelitian ini memberikan hasil berupa blueprint kebutuhan arsitektur data, aplikasi dan teknologi sehingga dapat mendukung pencapaian visi dan misi SMA Negeri 1 Menjalin. Perencanaan sistem informasi akademik ini dapat dijadikan acuan untuk proses implementasi dapat dijadikan sebagai langkah awal dalam mencapai sasaran strategis dan juga dapat dijadikan acuan sebagai kebijakan pengembangan untuk lebih jelas dan terarah. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Enterprise Architecture Planning, Design Research, SMA 1 Menjalin,Arsitektur.

Abstract

Perubahan perilaku pada konsumen menciptakan kebutuhan akan keterlibatan pelanggan. Namun, penggunaan media sosial yang belum maksimal dan akses informasi yang masih terbatas, membuat vihara kesulitan dalam memonitor dan merespon umatnya secara menyeluruh. Penelitian bertujuan merancang strategis e-SCRM dalam rangka meningkatkan keterlibatan umat dalam vihara. Metode penelitian menggunakan Design Science Research (DSR). Metode perencanaan strategis e-SCRM menggunakan Model Strategis SI/TI, serta RAD (Rapid Application Development) untuk perancangan artefak penelitian. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan perencanaan strategis e-SCRM mendapatkan nilai keterlibatan sebesar 112,56% dengan kategori Engagement Rate Value Range yaitu High Engagement Rate untuk akun dibawah 5000 pengikut, yang menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan strategis e-SCRM efektif dan memiliki potensi untuk digunakan meningkatkan keterlibatan umat vihara.

Abstract

Instagram social media has been utilized by businesses as a platform for digital marketing activities. To assess the success of these marketing efforts, measuring content performance on Instagram is essential. This measurement involves analyzing data and insights regarding metrics such as reach, engagement, and impressions. These metrics are obtained through the process of Social Media Analytics (SMA) on the Instagram platform. However, many businesses experience a consistent decline in insights, resulting in decreased effectiveness of digital marketing. This study proposes a solution by implementing enhanced digital marketing on Instagram, followed by the measurement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The measurement tool used is Buffer, which provides a comprehensive analysis dashboard concerning content performance, audience interaction patterns, and the impact of posting times on audience engagement in real-time. The KPI measurement during 3 months results indicate a significant increase, including a 66% rise in posts, a 69% increase in impressions, a 32% increase in reach, a 167% increase in likes, a 90% increase in comments, and a 105% increase in new followers for Casia store's Instagram channel. The accuracy of the data obtained from the Buffer analytic tool is verified through comparison with the impression metrics from Instagram Insight, which show identical figure, and Buffer has proven to be effective and accurate for measuring content performance and supports the implementation of SMA on the Instagram platform.
