Abstract

Di dalam penilaian prestasi siswa, dibutuhkan banyak hal yang akan dilakukan untuk membuat sebuah pengujian dari masing-masing siswa, sehingga dapat dihasilkan nilai akhir yang dapat dijadikan penilaian prestasi siswa. Dalam hal ini, melakukan mengurutan data pasti selalu dilakukan, terutama dibidang pendidikan seperti sekolah. Biasanya dalam melakukan pengurutan data berupa prestasi siswa di sekolah membutuhkan waktu dan beberapa kriteria yang telah ditentukan oleh pihak sekolah, hal ini sering membutuhkan waktu yang begitu lama karena banyaknya jumlah siswa dan kelas dari dari sebuah sekolah, terutama di sekolah swasta. Untuk itu, dalam melakukan pengurutan data, bisa juga menggunakan sebuah algoritma atau metode yang dapat mempermudah proses sebuah penilaian prestasi siswa. Algoritma bubble sort merupakan beberapa dari metode yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan pengurutan data. Algoritma ini dapat melakukan perbandingan data dari yang maksimal ke minimal maupun sebaliknya, sehingga ketentuan dari nilai yang ingin diperoleh dapat langsung ditentukan sesuai dengan kriteria yang diinginkan. Dengan menggunakan Algoritma Bubble sort, dapat mempermudah dan meringankan tugas guru dalam melakukan pengurutan data prestasi dari siswa, sebelum data tersebut dicetak kedalam raport siswa. Hasil akhir dari penggunakaan algoritma ini bisa dijadikan sebagai patokan bagi seorang guru untuk membuat laporan akhir dari penilaian prestasi siswa.

Abstract

The more advanced science and technology from various disciplines, currently rainfall can be predicted by carrying out various empirical approaches, one of which is by using Artificial Neural Networks (ANN). This study aims to apply ANN with backpropogation algorithm in predicting rainfall. The research data used is BPS data of the transfer city. The results of the study state that of the 6 models (4-5-1, 4-10-1, 4-25-1, 4-5-10-1, 4-5-25-1 and 4-5-50-1) architecture that was trained and tested using Matlab 6.1 application software, the results showed that the 4-5-25-1 architectural model was the best model for making predictions with 75% truth accuracy, Training MSE 0.001004582, Testing MSE 0.021882712 and Epoch 59,076 . It is expected that research can provide input to the government, especially BMKG Pematangsiantar city in predicting Rainfall based on computer science so as to improve the quality of services in the fields of Meteorology, Climatology, Air Quality and Geophysics in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Abstract

Rice is the most important staple food and carbohydrate food in the world especially people in Indonesia. This study aims to predict the retail price of rice in traditional markets using backpropogation by improvising Adaptive Learning Rate to increase the value of accuracy. Data sources were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in 33 provinces in Indonesia for the retail price of rice in the traditional market (Rupiah / kg) for the past 6 years (2011-2016). The results of the study state that the improvised learning rate uses 2 models: 2-10-1 and 2-15-1 (LR= 0,1; 0,5; 0,9) that the best architectural models are 4-15-1 (LR= 0.9) with an accuracy of 82%, Training MSE 0,000999936, Testing MSE 0.016051433 and Epoch 20515. The results of this study are expected to provide input to the government in providing input on predictions of retail rice prices that have an impact on the stability of rice prices in Indonesia.

Abstract

The current level of health for toddlers and children is still a challenge in every region. Nutrition is very important for toddlers and children, a balanced nutritional value is very good in the process of growth and development of toddlers and children, especially in influencing height and weight growth, motor development, and daily activities. The problem currently being experienced in Nagori Sitalasari is that there are still many parents who do not know the value of balanced nutrition for toddlers and children, there are still toddlers and children who are still malnourished or stunted based on age and weight. The method used in this research is literature study and observation. This study will group or cluster the nutritional values of toddlers with reference to the parameters of toddler age, toddler height and toddler weight using the K-Means Clustering algorithm into 3 (three) categories, namely poor nutrition, good nutrition and obesity. The results of the research conducted can classify the nutritional value of children under five in general so that it can be used as a basis for early prevention for posyandu cadres to overcome malnutrition and obesity.

Abstract

Kerusakan yang biasa terjadi secara tiba-tiba dan tidak dapat langsung terdeteksi oleh pemilik mobil karena minimnya pengetahuan tentang mesin mobil membuat para pengguna mobil menjadi bingung dan panik serta tidak bisa menangani mobilnya untuk sementara waktu sebelum mobil yang rusak dibawa ke bengkel terdekat. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi yaitu sistem pakar yang merupakan suatu program komputer berbasis pengetahuan dari seorang pakar yang dapat membantu mengurangi resiko kerusakan mobil dengan mengetahui dmana sudah diketahui kerusakan kemudian dicari penyebabnya. Sehingga melalui aplikasi yaitu sistem pakar ini dapat mempermudah, membantu dan mengetahui penyebab-penyebab kerusakan yang terjadi pada sistem pendingin mobil Toyota.

Abstract

The development of smartphone technology companies that are increasingly rapidly today has more or less led to competition between these companies, thus requiring developers to find strategies or patterns that can increase product sales and marketing, as is the case at PT. Vivo Communication Indonesia Pematangsiantar branch. One of the strategies is to utilize transaction data by grouping them to see which products are more salable in the market and which are not, so that evaluations can be made in planningthe next Vivo product promotion. The clustering method in this study uses the K-Means Clustering method. The K-Means method is a data mining method that is able to group some data into certain parts. In this paper the sales data that has been obtained will be divided into 3 groups, namely low sales, medium sales and high sales. Based on the results of testing using the K-Means method on Vivo smartphone sales data, it was found that the highest sales group had only 1 data, namely Vivo Y12 3+32GB. So it can be concluded that the K-Means method can be applied to group Vivo smartphone sales, because it is in accordance with the actual sales results.

Abstract

 Setiap aktifitas-aktifitas yang dilakukan oleh Pengurus Masjid telah diatur dan dituangkan dalam peraturan Menteri Agama Nomor 54 Tahun 2006 mengenai suatu bentuk struktur organisasi kepengurusan organisasi dan tata kerja Badan Kesejahteraan Masjid (BKM). Dengan adanya regulasi yang telah ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah, maka setiap jama’ah Masjid bersedia dan siap menerima amanah dan tugas yang diarahkan oleh Pemerintah dalam hal sebagai kepengurusan Masjid. Untuk pengolahan data Masjid, sudah saatnya memanfaatkan sebuah informasi dan teknologi agar pengelolaan data dan penyampaian informasi tentang Masjid dapat dilakukan dengan cepat dan tepat. Agar dalam pendataan dapat dilakukan dengan mudah, maka diperlukan beberapa insfrastruktur untuk membangun sarana dan prasarana Informasi dan Teknologi melalui layanan internet untuk pengaksesan Informasi yang semakin cepat dan tepat. Maka dengan adanya layanan ini, untuk memberikan Sharing Informasi tentang Masjid kepada Jama’ah Masjid dapat dilakukan dari manapun dan kapan pun selama masih terhubungnya jaringan koneksi internet dengan media smarthphone dan Komputer.Every activities carried out by the Board of Mosques has been regulated and set forth in the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 54 of 2006 concerning a form of organizational structure of organizational management and work procedures of “Badan Kesejahteraan Masjid” (BKM). With the regulation that has been set by the Government, then every mosque jama'ah is willing and ready to accept the mandate and duties directed by the Government in terms of the management of the Mosque. For the processing of mosque data, it is time to utilize information and technology so that data management and information delivery about the Mosque can be done quickly and appropriately. In order for the data collection to be done easily, it is necessary to build information and technology facilities and infrastructure through internet services for faster and more precise access to information. So with this service, to provide Information Sharing about mosques to Jama'ah Mosque can be done from anywhere and anytime as long as the internet connection network is connected with smarthphone media and Computers.

Abstract

The Water Resources Management Agency has the main duty to organize some district government affairs in the field of water resources management based on the principle of autonomy which becomes the authority, deconcentration and assistance duty and other tasks in accordance with the policy stipulated by the Regent based on the applicable laws and regulations. The performance appraisal undertaken in this agency is intended for the Civil State Apparatus. the assessment process is carried out for measuring and improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus so as to encourage these employees to work better. From the assessment of the superior can be determined the best employee or promotion position. The performance appraisal process conducted by the culture and tourism office is still done manually, so the performance calculation tends to be subjective and takes a long time. Therefore, in order that the process of appraising employee performance becomes more objective and practical, it should be done computerized by developing an application that implements the right methods. This subjectivity can be overcome with decision support system using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method based on existing assessment criteria. The end result of research is the rank of employee value that can be a consideration for decision makers in the determination of promotions as well as an encouragement for employees to work better and productive.

Abstract

STIKOM Tunas Bangsa is a world education institution located in the area of North Sumatra, where every semester for students who get PPA and BBP scholarships, from the number of students who come from it, not all students get scholarships, and at least get scholarships provided. Each student has the same criteria as the number of scholarships, with a minimum number of scholarship recipients. Therefore, to determine the number of participants who receive PPA scholarships in each country STIKOM Tunas Bangsa. In predicting the number of Kouta scholarship recipients using Backpropagation artificial nerves using data from 2015 to 2019 the data used from previous data has been received by the STIKOM Tunas Bangsa campus. With the existence of this artificial neural network to predict 2020 the number of PPA and BBP scholarship recipients at STIKOM Tunas Bangsa.

Abstract

This application applies the C4.5 Algorithm to decide customer satisfaction, the C4.5 algorithm is one of the algorithms used to classify or segment, or group and it is predictive. This type of research is a classification with the concept of data mining involving 150 customers of PDAM Tirta Lihou in Totap Majawa Kab. Simalungun can be categorized as: "Satisfied and Dissatisfied". The meaning of Data Mining is an interdisciplinary subfield of computer science and statistics with the overall objective of extracting information (with intelligent methods) from data sets and converting information into understandable structures for further use. There are 5 criteria that can affect customer satisfaction, among others: Service Facilities (x1), Price Rates (x2), Smooth Water (x3), Corporate Image (x4), and Location (x5). The results of processing the C4.5 method using the RapidMiner Studio 5.3 software mean that Rapid Miner is a solution for analyzing data mining, text mining, and predictive analysis. Rapid Miner uses various descriptive and predictive techniques in providing insight to users so that they can make the best decisions with the level of accuracy, namely, class recall and class precision values, it is explained that the "Satisfied" category produces a class recall of 97.80% and a class precision of 97.80%. 98.89% and the "Not Satisfied" category resulted in a class recall of 98.31% and a class of precision of 96.67%. And the above accuracy results from the calculation of the C4.5 algorithm is 98.0%. Keywords: C4.5 Algorithm, Data Mining, Customer Satisfaction, PDAM Tirta Lihou
