Abstract

Rice is the most important staple food and carbohydrate food in the world especially people in Indonesia. This study aims to predict the retail price of rice in traditional markets using backpropogation by improvising Adaptive Learning Rate to increase the value of accuracy. Data sources were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in 33 provinces in Indonesia for the retail price of rice in the traditional market (Rupiah / kg) for the past 6 years (2011-2016). The results of the study state that the improvised learning rate uses 2 models: 2-10-1 and 2-15-1 (LR= 0,1; 0,5; 0,9) that the best architectural models are 4-15-1 (LR= 0.9) with an accuracy of 82%, Training MSE 0,000999936, Testing MSE 0.016051433 and Epoch 20515. The results of this study are expected to provide input to the government in providing input on predictions of retail rice prices that have an impact on the stability of rice prices in Indonesia.

Abstract

The more advanced science and technology from various disciplines, currently rainfall can be predicted by carrying out various empirical approaches, one of which is by using Artificial Neural Networks (ANN). This study aims to apply ANN with backpropogation algorithm in predicting rainfall. The research data used is BPS data of the transfer city. The results of the study state that of the 6 models (4-5-1, 4-10-1, 4-25-1, 4-5-10-1, 4-5-25-1 and 4-5-50-1) architecture that was trained and tested using Matlab 6.1 application software, the results showed that the 4-5-25-1 architectural model was the best model for making predictions with 75% truth accuracy, Training MSE 0.001004582, Testing MSE 0.021882712 and Epoch 59,076 . It is expected that research can provide input to the government, especially BMKG Pematangsiantar city in predicting Rainfall based on computer science so as to improve the quality of services in the fields of Meteorology, Climatology, Air Quality and Geophysics in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara penghasil minyak kelapa sawit terbesar di dunia. Hal ini disebabkan dari sekian banyak tananam yang menghasilkan minyak atau lemak, kelapa sawit salah satu jenis tanaman perkebunan yang menghasilkan nilai ekonomi terbesar dan menduduki posisi penting dalam sektor perekonomian di Indonesia, karena hasil dari produksi kelapa sawit ini akan menjadi pemasukan bagi negara maupun bagi daerah setempat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi produktivitas kelapa sawit pada PTPN IV kebun Dolok Sinumbah pada tahun yang akan datang sehingga hasil prediksi akan menjadi informasi dan masukkan bagi pihak-pihak terkait yang berkepentingan (pihak perusahaan) untuk lebih memaksimalkan kinerja serta mampu membuat kebijakan-kebijakan yang tepat agar produktivitas kelapa sawit diperkebunan ini relatif stabil dan mampu meningkat tiap tahunnya, sehingga berimplikasi terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan. Data penelitian diperoleh dari PTPN IV kebun Dolok Sinumbah. Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 model arsitektur yaitu 3-10-1, 3-15-1, 3-18-1, 3-20-1 dan 3-22-1. Dari lima model arsitektur yang digunakan di peroleh satu model arsitektur terbaik 3-15-1 dengan tingkat keakurasian 92%. Berdasarkan model arsitektur terbaik ini akan digunakan untuk memprediksi produktivitas kelapa sawit pada PTPN IV kebun Dolok Sinumbah tahun 2020.

Abstract

Tingkat kesehatan pada balita dan anak pada saat ini masih menjadi sebuah tantang di setia daerah. Gizi sangatlah penting bagi balita dan anak, nilai gizi yang seimbang sangat baik dalam proses tumbuh kembang balita dan anak terutama dalam mempengaruhi pertumbuhan tinggi dan berat, perkembangan motorik, dan aktivitas keseharian. Permasalahan yang saat ini dialami di Nagori Sitalasari masih banyaknya orang tua yang tidak mengetahui nilai gizi yang seimbang bagi balita dan anak, masih ditemukan balita dan anak yang masih kurang gizi atau stunting berdasarkan usia dan berat badan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literature dan observasi. Penelitian ini akan di kelompokan atau klasterisasi nilai gizi balita dengan acuan parameter usia balita, tinggi badan balita dan berat badan balita menggunakan algoritma K-Means Clustering menjadi 3 (tiga) kategori yaitu gizi buruk, gizi baik dan obesitas. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan dapat mengklasifikasi nilai gizi balita secara umum agar dapat digunakan sebagai landasan pencegahan dini bagi para kader posyandu menanggulangi gizi buruk serta obesitas.Kata Kunci: Algoritma K-Means, Balita, Clustering dan Gizi.

Abstract

An automatic handwashing deviceis a handwashing devicethat works automatically by utilizing an infrared sensor as a hand detector and using the Arduino Uno as the main controller. In this study, the authors discussed the design of an Automatic Handwashing Devicethat is placed on the hand-sanitizer faucet using the InfraRed sensor (detecting hand movements) based on Arduino Uno. This system includes the design of hardware (Hardware) and software (Software). Researchers use descriptive analysis techniques that are presented in table form. In this study, the authors conducted an analysis and design of the devices used to build the input and output processes including System Algorithms, Research Design, and Research Flowcharts. The results showed that the Hands Sanitizer deviceautomatically runs well and can be assembled using Arduino Uno microcontroller components and IR (Infrared) sensors. In making this program, the Arduino Uno application software is needed.

Abstract

The Water Resources Management Agency has the main duty to organize some district government affairs in the field of water resources management based on the principle of autonomy which becomes the authority, deconcentration and assistance duty and other tasks in accordance with the policy stipulated by the Regent based on the applicable laws and regulations. The performance appraisal undertaken in this agency is intended for the Civil State Apparatus. the assessment process is carried out for measuring and improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus so as to encourage these employees to work better. From the assessment of the superior can be determined the best employee or promotion position. The performance appraisal process conducted by the culture and tourism office is still done manually, so the performance calculation tends to be subjective and takes a long time. Therefore, in order that the process of appraising employee performance becomes more objective and practical, it should be done computerized by developing an application that implements the right methods. This subjectivity can be overcome with decision support system using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method based on existing assessment criteria. The end result of research is the rank of employee value that can be a consideration for decision makers in the determination of promotions as well as an encouragement for employees to work better and productive.

Abstract

Village Office Village Glare Malela Simalungun in the distribution mechanism distributing rice for the poor there are many processes of data collection using either a computer technology that uses Microsoft Exel, and conventionally sometimes encounter problems in the process of distribution transaction poor rice resulting in frequent occurrence of data redundancy and data collection which takes quite a long time. Therefore, the author wants to make the application of Information Systems Distribution of Rice Poor (Raskin) In the Village Office Village Glare Malela Simalungun using Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 application and database MySQL. System development method used is by the Waterfall method. Given this information system inputting, searching and reporting can be performed quickly and accurately because the data is stored securely and structured

Abstract

In an era where mobile applications are becoming increasingly important in everyday life, data security and authentication is an aspect that cannot be ignored. Especially in the context of applications that utilize GPS location information, the need to ensure the authenticity and integrity of data becomes crucial. In this study, we introduce an approach to implementing digital signatures to improve data security and authentication in mobile applications based on GPS location. The digital signatures method is used to sign location data generated by GPS devices on mobile applications. This digital signing process allows verification of the authenticity and integrity of that location data. In addition, digital signatures also make it possible to verify the identity of the user or entity that generated the data, thus preventing the possibility of data forgery or other security attacks. This research will include the implementation of a digital signatures-based security system on mobile applications that utilize GPS location services. We will analyze the performance of the system in ensuring the authenticity and integrity of data, as well as measure the overhead incurred by the digital signing process. In addition, we will also test the security of the system by testing for possible attacks or security breaches that may occur. The results of this study are expected to make a significant contribution in strengthening data security and authentication in location-based mobile applications, as well as provide guidance for the practical implementation of digital signatures in this context. Thus, mobile applications that utilize GPS location information can operate with a higher level of security, increasing user confidence in the application.
