Abstract

This study aims to discuss the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad ï·º regarding fruit and olive oil. This research method is a qualitative type through literature study and field studies with the takhrij and sharah hadith approaches. Results and discussion of this research olive is a plant endowed by Allah which has many benefits. The conclusion of this study is that the takhrij and syarah of agrotechnology hadith regarding fruit and olive oil are proven to have better quality than vegetable oils and other animal oils because they do not have side effects that can cause disease.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the hadith regarding the efficacy of dates. This research method is a qualitative type through literature and field studies with the takhrij and sharah hadith approaches. The results and discussion of this study are the efficacy of dates which are recommended to eat them every day in moderation. The efficacy of dates when consuming them has been known from several studies. The conclusion of this research is takhrij and syarah hadith of the Prophet. about dates with agrotechnology analysis informs that the content of dates is beneficial for the fitness of the human body.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the hadith regarding the cultivation of dates. This research method is a qualitative type through literature study and field studies with the takhrij and sharah hadith approaches. The results and discussion of this research is the cultivation of dates in terms of economics and ecology. The conclusion of this research is the takhrij and syarah hadith of the Prophet SAW, about the potency of cultivating dates which can create a new industry in Indonesia with agrotechnology analysis.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discuss the hadith of the Prophet. about the benefits of the aloe vera plant. This research method is qualitative through the takhrij and sharah hadith approaches with agrotechnological analysis. The results and discussion of this study are the health benefits of aloe vera plants. The conclusion of this research is that the aloe vera plant is based on takhrij and syarah hadith which is suitable to be used as a cure for diseases and for beauty.

Abstract

Tomat banyak dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat sehingga penggunaan benih bermutu tinggi penting untuk mempertahankan produksi. Kendala yang dihadapkan yaitu benih berkualitas rendah sehingga perlu upaya meningkatkan kekuatan benih dengan invigorasin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ZPT alami ekstrak tauge dan periode perendaman terhadap viabilitas benih tomat yang telah mengalami kemunduran. Percobaan dilakukan di Laboratorium Teknologi Benih UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung dan Lahan UPT Pembibitan TPHP Kota Bandung. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 9 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan, perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu ekstrak tauge dikombinasikan dengan periode perendaman dengan masing-masing konsentrasi yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan kombinasi konsentrasi ekstrak tauge 40% dengan perendaman 6 dan 12 jam memberikan hasil yang cukup efektif terhadap viabilitas benih yaitu daya tumbuh, keserempakan tumbuh dan kecepatan tumbuh.

Abstract

Perbanyakan anggrek menggunakan Protocorm Like Body (PLB) adalah alternatif untuk mendapatkan jumlah anggrek yang banyak. Penambahan Zat Pengatur Tumbuh (ZPT) dalam berbagai jenis media agar dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan tunas anggrek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan zat pengatur tumbuh (ZPT) thidiazuron (TDZ) pada berbagai jenis media agar terhadap pembentukan tunas Protocorm Like Body (PLB) Anggrek Dendrobium Dian Agrihorti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental, menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) faktorial dengan 12 perlakuan dan diulang sebanyak 5 kali. Terdapat 2 faktor perlakuan pada penelitian ini, faKtor pertama pada penelitian ini yaitu jenis media yang terdiri dari media Murashige and Skoog (MS), Vacin Went (VW) dan pupuk Growmore 20-20-20. Faktor kedua yakni penambahan Thidiazuron (TDZ) dengan konsentrasi 0 mg L-1, 0,5 mg L-1, 1 mg L-1, dan 1,5 mg L-1. Analisis hasil pengamatan menggunakan Analysis of Varian (ANOVA), apabila terdapat pengaruh yang nyata terhadap variabel pengamatan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) dengan taraf 5%. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan media Murashige and Skoog efektif dalam kecepatan muncul tunas, dan media Growmore efektif dalam meningkatkan jumlah tunas. Serta konsentrasi 1 mg L-1 efektif dalam meningkatkan kecepatan muncul tunas.
