Abstract

Post-mine sandpits with low physical, chemical, and biological properties glance to be used as an alternative to vegetable cultivation but require input technology in organic matter and application of FMA. The Research aimed to know the effect of AMF and water hyacinth bokashi (Eichhornia crassipes) on the improvement of physical soil properties growth and yield of Chili pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.) on post-mine sandpits soil. A field-polybag trial had been carried out using a randomized block design two factors with factorial pattern and three replications. The first factor was water hyacinth bokashi dosage (control, 15 t ha-1, 20 t ha-1, and 25 t ha-1). The second factor was AMF dosage (without inoculation, 5 g polybag-1, and 10 g polybag-1). The results showed that application AMF and water hyacinth bokashi improve the soil’s physical properties (bulk density, soil porosity, and soil permeability), harvest index, and the wet weight of fruit. The main effect of bokashi occurs on the amount of chlorophyll, as for the root infection degree affected by FMA inoculation. The experiment indicated that application AMF 5 g and water hyacinth bokashi 15 t ha-1 could be used in Chilli pepper cultivation on post-mine sandpits.

Abstract

Barangan banana (Musa acuminata L.) is a plant that has the biggest contribution to national fruit production. The increasing demand for the banana requires the availability of seedlings, while conventional cultivation is unable to produce healthy, disease-free seedlings in a short time and large amount. In vitro culture is considered to be able to handle the constraints of the conventional seed supply.  The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of foliar fertilizers on in vitro multiplication of barangan bananas. The method used was a single factor of Completely Randomized Design (CRD), the addition of leaf fertilizer consisting of five levels of media treatment, media MS (control), and 0.50 ml L-1 (p1); 0.75 ml L-1 (p2); 1.00 ml L-1 (p3); 1.25 ml L-1 (p4); 1.50 ml L-1 (p5) of leaf fertilizer media repeated five times. The data were analyzed with Analysis Variance then followed by Duncan Multiple Ranged Test of 5%. The results showed MS media still gave the best results compared to other leaf fertilizer media. Meanwhile, the leaf fertilizer media used in this study still gave good results on the initial time of buds appearance (p3 treatment), the number of shoots and the number of leaves in the p5 treatment, as well as the height of the plant in the p4 and p5 treatments. Therefore, the leaf fertilizer can be used to substitute MS media

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the hadith with regard to agrotechnology. This research method is a qualitative type through literature study and field studies with the takhrij and sharah hadith approaches. The results and discussion of this study are about the content and benefits of sabir leaves as an eye pain medication recommended by the Prophet Muhammad. The conclusion of this research is takhrij and syarah hadith of the Prophet about the content of sabir leaves starting from overcoming panda eyes, minus eyes, and cataracts.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the hadith with regard to agrotechnology. This research method is a qualitative type through literature and field studies with the takhrij and sharah hadith approaches. The result and discussion of this research is that land is a gift from Allah SWT which we must take advantage of. The conclusion of this study is the takhrij and syarah hadith of the Prophet SAW regarding the use of land which is a provision for worshiping Allah SWT for those who make good use of it.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the hadith with respect to olive oil. This research method is a kind of inheritance of qualitative studies and field studies with approach Takhrij and commentary tradition. The result and discussion of this research is that olive is a special tree and full of blessings and olive oil has various benefits and is highly recommended according to the hadith. The conclusion of this research is that the takhrij and syarah of the Prophet's hadith regarding olive oil with agrotechnical analysis have the opportunity to be developed transdisciplinary.

Abstract

Utilization postmine sandpits soil for maize cultivation can be done by improving soil fertility by applying organic matter and Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of bokashi paitan and Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria on the improvement of soil fertility post mine sandpits soil, growth, and yield of maize. The study used a factorial randomized block design. The first factor was the concentration of PSB (0, 10, 20 ml plant-1) and the second factor was the dose of bokashi Tithonia diversifolia (0,10,20,30 t ha-1). The parameters observed were soil organic C, available P, RSR, leaf area, harvest index, and weight of corn without husks. The results showed that PSB inoculation increased C-organic and P-available, harvest index and weight of corn without husks. Application of bokashi paitan increases leaf area. PSB inoculation of 20 ml plant-1 improved soil C-organic and P-available as well as maize yields grown in post mine sandspits soil.

Abstract

Bawang merah merupakan salah satu tanaman unggulan nasional yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi yang produksinya perlu ditingkatkan. Penurunan produksi akibat perubahan iklim dan penggunaan bahan kimia dapat dikurangi dengan pemberian pupuk kotoran burung walet dan pupuk silika. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui interaksi antara pupuk kotoran burung walet dengan pupuk silika serta dosis pupuk kotoran burung walet dan pupuk silika yang optimal terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah varietas batu ijo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April hingga Juni 2023 bertempat di lahan Kp Cirawa, Desa Nyalindung, Kecamatan Nyalindung Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial yang terdiri atas dua faktor, faktor pertama yaitu dosis pupuk kotoran burung walet dengan 3 taraf: 0 t ha-1, 15 t ha-1, 30 t ha-1. Faktor kedua yaitu konsentrasi pupuk silika 3 taraf: 0 ml L-1, 20 ml L-1, 40 ml L-1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terjadi interaksi antara pengaplikasian pupuk kotoran burung walet dan pupuk silika pada semua parameter pengamatan. Sedangkan, pada parameter indeks panen pengaplikasian pupuk kotoran burung walet berpengaruh mandiri. Pengaplikasian pupuk kotoran burung walet dengan dosis 15 t ha-1 dan tanpa pupuk silika merupakan dosis optimum terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah.

Abstract

Tomat banyak dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat sehingga penggunaan benih bermutu tinggi penting untuk mempertahankan produksi. Kendala yang dihadapkan yaitu benih berkualitas rendah sehingga perlu upaya meningkatkan kekuatan benih dengan invigorasin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ZPT alami ekstrak tauge dan periode perendaman terhadap viabilitas benih tomat yang telah mengalami kemunduran. Percobaan dilakukan di Laboratorium Teknologi Benih UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung dan Lahan UPT Pembibitan TPHP Kota Bandung. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 9 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan, perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu ekstrak tauge dikombinasikan dengan periode perendaman dengan masing-masing konsentrasi yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan kombinasi konsentrasi ekstrak tauge 40% dengan perendaman 6 dan 12 jam memberikan hasil yang cukup efektif terhadap viabilitas benih yaitu daya tumbuh, keserempakan tumbuh dan kecepatan tumbuh.

Abstract

Tanah pada lahan pasca galian batuan memiliki tingkat kesuburan yang rendah. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas kimia tanah dan ekosistem di lahan bekas tambang penambangan pasir adalah melalui aplikasi bahan organik, mikroba tanah, dan menggunakan tanaman adaptif pada lahan bekas tambang, cabai rawit (Capsicum frutescens L). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efek bahan organik (BO: kompos Paitan dan kompos Eceng gondok, Abu Cangkang Sawit), dan mikroorganisme tanah (FMA dan BPF), terhadap kandungan C-organik, N-total, C/N tanah, pH tanah dan pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman cabai rawit, yang ditanam pada tanah bekas tambang pasir asal Sumedang, Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Cibiru Bandung, menggunakan naungan. RAK dua faktor, ulangan 3. Faktor pertama bahan organik, b0 : kontrol, b1 : kompos Paitan, b2 : kompos Eceng Gondok, b3 : abu cangkang sawit masing-masing 25 t ha-1. Faktor kedua: mikroba : m0 : kontrol, m1 : campuran inokulum FMA 15 g polibag-1, m2, campuran inokulum BPF 15 ml polibag-1 , m3 : campuran FMA dan BPF. Hasil penelitian, pemberikan ACS, kompos Paitan, Eceng gondok dan mikroorganisme meningkatkan kandungan C-organik, N-total, C/N tanah, pH, KTK, dan pertumbuhan vegetatif cabai rawit. Penanaman cabai rawit di tanah pasca galian batuan, dengan mengkombinasikan bahan organik, mikroba tanah, berpotensi untuk perbaikan sifat kimia tanah dan ekosistem di lahan pasca galian batuan.
