Abstract

Information technology is about not only hardware, software, communication infrastructure and communication infrastructure but also how to manage services. Information technology plays an increasingly important role in developing the structure and functions of public and private sectors. Service measurement plays an important role in IT service management (ITSM) that is one of the subfields of Services Computing science. ITSM is a big part of service science, a science field that combines computer science, operation research engineering, business strategy, management science, and organizational theory. Performance measurement from each of IT services is absolutely needed and is important in the continuous development of ITSM. These research provide good technical knowledge about the measuring ITSM with some requirements. In this paper we suggest the metrics in each service processes enables organizations to predict a direction for active process enhancement and to identify if the goal of process can achieve. This objective process metrics based on ISO/IEC 15504-8 and PRM ISO/IEC 20000-4 refinement. The output of this research, in the form of metrics and tools for any type organizational use.

Abstract

General election is one of democracy party in Indonesia. Recently, local election also applies direct voting by the people. Quick count method was developed by using sampling data as comparison to find out the result of local elections rapidly. SMS can be used to deliver data directly to a computerized system so that the voting data with quick count method would be accumulated faster and presented automatically by the system. Abstract

Program pelatihan pengembangan produk stik kopi pada UMKM Dapur Oma Cinta (DOC) merupakan inovasi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing sekaligus menambah pendapatan mitra melalui pengembangan produk baru yang dapat memperluas pasar dan memperkaya variasi usaha. Mitra  DOC selalu berinovasi dalam menciptakan berbagai kue atau camilan dari turunan kopi, dengan fokus pada penggunaan bahan baku lokal, seperti kopi Robusta asli Lampung. Kegiatan pelatihan ini membantu mitra berinovasi dengan mengembangkan stik kopi yang lebih bernilai ekonomi tinggi dan berpotensi memperluas pasar. Dampak dari kegiatan ini meliputi: 1) Meningkatnya pengetahuan mitra mengenai inovasi dan pengembangan produk stik kopi yang lebih beragam; 2) Peningkatan keterampilan mitra dalam memproduksi stik kopi berkualitas tinggi dan kompetitif di pasar yang lebih luas. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan peserta, di mana nilai pre-test peserta berkisar antara 40 hingga 60, sedangkan nilai post-test meningkat menjadi 75 hingga 80. Peserta dengan nilai pre-test lebih rendah mengalami peningkatan signifikan sebesar 25 hingga 35 poin, sementara peserta dengan nilai awal lebih tinggi menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 15 hingga 25 poin. Peningkatan ini mencerminkan keberhasilan pelatihan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan produksi stik kopi secara merata, terutama bagi peserta dengan pengetahuan awal yang lebih rendah. Program ini berhasil memperkenalkan inovasi baru dalam produksi camilan berbahan dasar kopi, yang memperkuat daya saing mitra sekaligus menambah variasi produk, dengan tetap mengutamakan bahan baku lokal.
