Housing is one of human secondary needs. In selecting the most appropriate housing, there are lots of aspects to be considered to satisfy the costumers  want. In order to get optimal result, a system is needed to help the costumers to decide which housing fit them  most. System that will be built in this thesis is a system that supports costumers’ satisfaction in housing selection. There are 2 main stages in the  system,  namely  data  grouping  and  ranking.  Data  grouping  method  used  is  Fuzzy  C -Means  Clustering  (FCM).  Simple  Additive Weighting (SAW) is used for ranking purpose. Testing is carried out by comparing  interview result with system counting result. The testing result produces 9 cases that derive similar recommendation.Keywords : Housing selection; FCM; SAW; Recommendation; Grouping

Ubiquitous Computing adalah konsep proses komputasi yang tidak dibatasi oleh ruang dan waktu. Ubiquitous Environment menghubungkan semua objek, pengguna (manusia) dan fungsi di lingkungan di mana-mana ke berbagai jaringan. Teknologi komputasi yang dapat diterapkan pada berbagai bidang, seperti memantau proses perkembangan tanaman. Penelitian ini mengembangkan prototipe sistem pemantau perkembangan tanaman dengan teknologi ubiquitous computing. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keberhasilan prototipe mencapai 98 % berdasarkan hasil pengujian. Â

This research is based on the problems faced by almost all taxpayers (WP) of Government Employees (PNS) in Indonesia (especially in Bandar Lampung City), namely the difficulty of obtaining evidence of Article 21 income tax deductions on irregular earnings such as honorarium activities, performance allowances, should be made by the Treasurer whenever the WP earns the income. The treasurer only provides proof of income cuts on salary and routine allowances at the end of the year in the form of 1721A2 form. This problem is caused by the operator who input salary and income other than salary vary. To solve the problem, this research was made, with the aim of making the application of Article 21 Income Tax for Web-based PNS. By using waterfall method, this research resulted in a Web 21 Income Tax article program where all income earning operators either regular or irregular earnings can input to one program at the same time so that the end result is WP can access all evidence of Article 21 Income Tax either Final or the Non Final whenever and wherever the WP was located without having to come to the Treasurer. WP simply menggakses use the internet. With the development of this Web-based Article 21 PPh program can assist WP in reporting all of its income on its Annual Income Tax Return. and assist the government in reducing non-compliance with WP.

This research aimed to created a model program of tax retun (SPT) of income tax article 21 especially for civil servants. The method of data collection used in this researchr are field research through the face-to-face interview and observation in district TBS, Inspectorate of Bandar Lampung and Politeknik Negeri Lampung. The result from this research is the formation of modelling of program SPT income tax article 21 special for civil servants which withholding tax slip both final and non final can be printed online. This program is made to resolved the problem especially for civil servants who only received the withholding tax slip from their regular income. A withholding tax slip that can be printed later is a form 1721 A2 (non final) which is obtained once a year, while a form 1721-VII (final) will be obtained whenever employee received their income.

The Role of Human Resources is needed to adopt all the changes that occur. Human resources in schools must always be developed continuously to improve the ability to be in accordance with the demands of the educational environment. One way to improve teachers' skills and expertise is education and training. The training conducted at Bandar Lampung's Perintis 1 High School was aimed at teachers to improve their skills, knowledge and attitudes in order to improve current and future performance in developing students' processes, resources, and maturity in learning media by using computer software in the form of macromedia flash.This dedication resulted inan increase in teachers' knowledge and skills in making interactive learning media for macromedia flash programs, as seen from 29 teachers (67%) who did not introduce PBK software to all teachers (100%) knew the PBK (Computer Assisted Learning) software. Then from 8 teachers (0.186%) who already knew and used the macromedia flash program, all teachers knew and used this program. This can be seen in the initial demonstration that only 10 teachers were able to run the program. While progress and understanding with the use of macromedia flash, only 2 teachers who are able to run and understand macromedia flash make all teachers able to run and understand this program. The level of desire to make and use the macromedia program also increased by 8 teachers (18.6%) to 40 people (93%). Through this training activity, products were obtained in the form of macromedia flash learning CDs that can be used to achieve learning goals and create an interesting learning atmosphere.

Meningkatnya permintaan jajanan nanas menawarkan prospek bisnis yang menjanjikan bagi para petani buah Indonesia. Banyak petani lokal mengambil kesempatan untuk menanam buah berbentuk unik ini. Produk pertanian dan monokultur yang ditanam secara luas dapat menyebabkan hama dan penyakit. Beberapa hama dan penyakit berbahaya telah dilaporkan di beberapa negara penghasil nanas yang akan mengancam produksi pohon buah nanas. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, digunakan metode inaive ibayes iclassifier (NBC) dan ik-nearest ineighbor (kNN). NBC memiliki keunggulan bahwa masing-masing variabel yang terlibat tidak saling terkait atau independen dalam penilaian. kNN memiliki keunggulan pelatihan yang sangat cepat dan ketahanan terhadap data pelatihan suara. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode NBC memiliki akurasi sebesar 73,3%, sedangkan metode kNN memiliki akurasi sebesar 53,3%.

Quality oriented and standardized process has begun to be implemented in some organizations. The standard expected is the one easily understood by any user organization and accepted by the organization globally. The standard is expected to minimize unproductive work. The purpose of this study was to measure the quality of water quality information system through the measurement framework of ISO 15504. The measurement framework uses the principles of Software Process Improvement and Capability Determination (SPICE). The results of measurements of the quality of the information system of water quality appear in levels which are classified into three levels, starting from level 1 to level 3. The results of the study showed that the water quality information system is still at level of 1, because it is only up to the implementation accomplished process. Onion prices experienced a sharp rise in prices, because there was not enough stock to meet the demand. Hence more onion production to meet those needs is required. Onion production is influenced by the harvested area and productivity. Determining the amount of onion production can be done through prediction. Predictions made by the neuro-fuzzy method in this study combine two concepts, namely the concept of fuzzy logic and neural networks. General election is one of democracy party in Indonesia. Recently, local election also applies direct voting by the people. Quick count method was developed by using sampling data as comparison to find out the result of local elections rapidly. SMS can be used to deliver data directly to a computerized system so that the voting data with quick count method would be accumulated faster and presented automatically by the system. Besides, quick count data collection with SMS will also expand the processed data sampling. Keyword: SMS system, quick count, system, Automatic
