Abstract

Customer acquisition is the backbone in the growth and development of a company, especially for startups. Companies can build business processes to create opportunities for potential prospects who can convert into new customers who gain trust and are ready to make a purchase. However, in this process various obstacles were encountered, such as the ineffective process of managing prospective customer data, the level of accuracy and validity of data to the low conversion rate of data from prospective users to become new customers. This research was conducted by a startup company in Indonesia engaged in the Software as Services (SaaS) industry. The approach used in the above problems is business process management (BPM) which is able to re-design and abstract the currently running processes to produce more efficient and logical business processes. This BPM approach is carried out with a business process management lifecycle framework that is capable of structuring and standardizing processes into processes of identification, discovery, analysis, redesign, implementation, monitoring and controlling. This study provides an overview and recommendations of companies that are arranged systematically starting from the findings of both quantitative and qualitative data, then analyzing the process, establishing a new, more efficient business model to measuring post-implementation impacts. The use of the BPM lifecycle method is intended to improve data accuracy, speed up the process of managing prospective customer data so that in the end it is able to contribute and increase company revenue.

Abstract

Dalam membangun suatu sistem dalam suatu organisasi TI diperlukan adanya dukungan dari suatu IT Service yang mampu menyesuaikan kebutuhan bisnis secara terus menerus. Layanan TI terutama berjalan dan tumbuh dari dalam perusahaan. Perpustakaan Infrastruktur Teknologi Informasi (ITIL) adalah kerangka kerja yang paling umum diadopsi untuk manajemen layanan TI. Memulai penggunaan ITIL dapat dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi area yang dapat dikembangkan dan mengukur situasi saat ini. Ini akan membantu untuk mengetahui kondisi masa depan yang diinginkan dan menjadi dasar untuk menemukan solusi untuk meningkatkan kinerja berdasarkan ITIL. Pengukuran maturity level merupakan salah satu metode yang umum digunakan untuk mendefinisikan situasi saat ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami seberapa baik sebuah tim dari perusahaan kecil melakukan bisnis dengan menggunakan tingkat kedewasaan. Proses perbaikan tujuh langkah dari ITIL dipilih yang diadaptasi sebagai panduan untuk melaksanakan seluruh rangkaian penelitian ini. Riset dilakukan dengan melakukan maturity assessment dan wawancara pada perusahaan kecil yang bergerak di bidang IT services. Pengukuran dilakukan sebanyak 2 kali. Pada awalnya berfungsi untuk mengetahui kondisi sebelum dilakukan pengukuran dan perbaikan. Riset di divisi IT Operations XYZ mengungkapkan bahwa implementasi ITIL dapat meningkatkan maturity level sesuai dengan tujuan manajemen perusahaan. Pada akhirnya, implikasi dari penelitian ini akan memberikan manajemen perusahaan faktor dan solusi untuk meningkatkan kinerja berdasarkan implementasi ITIL.

Abstract

Many users complain about using the largest mobile Internet Service Provider (ISP) application in Indonesia, MyIndihome, such as difficulties in verifying, logging in, and changing cell phone numbers and emails. With these complaints, the satisfaction of the MyIndihome application users decreases. The research aims to determine the effect of information quality, system quality, service quality, ease of use, usefulness, and chatbot effectiveness on user satisfaction with MyIndihome. Chatbot effectiveness is a novelty of the research because it has not been studied in previous research. The research applies a quantitative approach. Then the sampling technique used is probability sampling, and the method is simple random sampling with 417 respondents. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing online questionnaires, and the data are statistically processed with SmartPLS and analyzed by Structural Equation Model (SEM). After carrying out several stages of testing from validity tests, reliability tests, and structural models, the results show that information quality, system quality, ease of use, usability, and chatbot effectiveness have a significant effect on user satisfaction. However, the service quality has no effect. These results can help companies to increase user satisfaction with the MyIndihome application. They can increase the variables that influence user satisfaction with the MyIndihome application.

Abstract

An embassy is a government organization located abroad and is tasked with carrying out diplomacy towards the accredited country where the embassy is domiciled. The XYZ Embassy is located on the African continent and has an organizational structure consisting of the Ambassador and several diplomats and local staff. As is the general condition of XYZ country in all countries, the XYZ Embassy is also experiencing problems especially related to ICT, such as the XYZ Embassy's IT infrastructure is inadequate, the quality of electronic goods is not good, limited ICT resources, poor energy resources, information systems that are not yet integrated and limited ICT procurement and maintenance budgets. The aim of this research is to evaluate ICT governance at the XYZ Embassy using the COBIT 5 framework so that a capability level assessment can be carried out and a Gap Analysis can be obtained and provide recommendations for improving ICT governance at the XYZ Embassy. Some of the benefits of conducting research include assessing the condition of needs in ICT management at the XYZ Embassy, helping to measure the capability level of ICT management, and recommendations in efforts to maximize and optimize the use of ICT using COBIT 5.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence people who use the Ajaib mutual fund application. The proposed model considers factors from Technology Adoption Theory (TAM), which are implemented in this study to analyze how technology adoption impacts investments in online mutual funds, with Millennials being the focus of the primary research. This research is quantitative in nature and uses the survey method through the distribution of online questionnaires. Sampling using purposive sampling method. This study Used 5 internal variables and 3 external variables which are User Interface, Perceived Security and Perceived Risk. After collecting data from 400 respondents, it was found that there are several factors that positively influence the actual use of the online mutual fund application adoption system, User Interface, Perceived Security, Perceived Risk, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude Towards Use, and Behavioral Intention off Use on the Ajaib application actual use of the system. This insight will be helpful for online mutual fund application developers to convert the traditional mutual fund into an online platform format.
