Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyzes the career development of STIKES RS ANWAR MEDIKA employees by formulating employee performance indexes based on organizational structure and main tasks and functions. The research method used was an explanatory research method, using questionnaire as data collection tool that was distributed to 67 employees at STIKES RS Anwar Medika. Data analysis in this study uses descriptivei analysis and multiplei linear regressioni analysis. The iresults of the multiplei linear regressioni analysis ishowed that simultaneously and partially the variablesi of Career Planning, Careeri Direction, and Implementation of Career Developmenti had a significanti effect on iEmployee Job Performance. Its indicatedi by the simultaneousi test results obtainedi significance ivalue F of 0,000 whichi is smalleri thani ? of 0.05 (0,000 <0.05). The significancei value is belowi 5% so that results in H1 decisionsi are acceptedi and Ho is irejected. Partial itest results for iCareer Planningi obtained a isignificance valuei of t of 0.001 whichi is smalleri than ? of 0.05 (0.001 <0.05) iand the ihighest icoefficient B of 0.346. Partiali test resultsi of Career Directioni variablesi have the greatesti significancei t 0.031. Partial itest results for the ivariable Career iDevelopment iImplementation has the t least significancei of 0,000.

Abstract

The development of each region will be realized if the perpetrators of the organization working units as the spearhead of the executor in the area feel the peace and comfort in the work. This study aims to determine the Organization Climate Effect on Employee Performance with Organization Commitment and Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable in the City of Mataram. Existing problems related to the low performance of employees. It can be observed from the number of employees who can not complete the task in accordance with a predetermined time. This condition occurs partly because many employees are coming late, doing things that are less productive. The study population was Mataram City Government employees spread over 30 unit organizations with a sample of 150 respondents. Data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) v.22. and SPSS v.19. The results of the analysis proves, 5 hypothesis has significant influence while one hypothesis has not a significant influence. Significant influence include: Organization Climate on Organization Commitment, Organization Climate on Job Satisfaction, although very small. Organization Commitment on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, Organization Climate on employee performance, while the Organization Commitment on Job Satisfaction has no significant effect.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Atas Muhammadiyah 10, Surabaya (SMAM X) menekankan konsep menerima siswa dalam kondisi apa pun merupakan bagian dari amanah program inklusi. Salah satu upaya pemberdayaan pada anak berkebutuhan khusus adalah dengan menyelenggarakan pendidikan keterampilan sebagai bagian dalam upaya memandirikan, mengoptimalkan potensi dan kreativitas. Kegiatan yang ditujukan kepada siswa berkebutuhan khusus Sekolah Menengah Atas Muhammadiyah 10, Surabaya. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengimplementasikan solusi yang ditawarkan terhadap permasalahan yang telah diuraikan, dengan memberikan keterampilan sebagai upaya untuk membekali siswa agar bisa memiliki kegiatan ekonomi sehingga mampu mandiri. narasumber memberikan pemaparan terkait dengan pendampingan dan pengenalan teknis mencampur warna dan melukis pada goodie bag berbahan kain blacu kepada anak berkebutuhan khusus kemudian diakhiri dengan tanya jawab dan juga pemberian games serta sertifikat peserta pelatihan yang bisa dipakai sebagai portefolio siswa untuk mendaftar ke jenjang Pendidikan yang lebih tinggi. Hasil karya siswa-siswi selanjutnya dapat dipamerkan dan dijual pada kegiatan-kegiatan atau acara bazar disekolah, sehingga dapat menumbuhkan jiwa berwirausaha.Pengenalan dan pendampingan secara berkesinambungan terhadap ketrampilan melukis kepada anak berkebutuhan khusus sangat dibutuhkan. Pemberdayaan terhadap siswa berkebutuhan khusus hendaknya terus dilakukan, agar kemandirian mereka dapat diwujudkan. Pihak sekolah hendaknya menyelenggarakan kegiatan produktif bagi siswa yang memberikan manfaat secara sosial, ekonomis, dapat meningkatkan kreativitas produk dan memiliki daya saing.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the strategy carried out by the board including collaborating / collaborating with alumni to promote their alma mater in new prospective students in their neighborhoods and workplaces can improve competitiveness by building a superior scientific culture of printing students as qualified quality learners tough facing the challenges of the times. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are in-depth interviews, observation, Focus Group Discussion, documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions / verification. From the results of this study, the researchers concluded that: Competitive strategies are carried out by: a) greater demand for good communication with the head and foundation for the advancement of madrasas, increasing education staff and infrastructure, b) Offers by preparing and managing students well, combining the curriculum of the Ministry of religion curriculum and the Salafiyah curriculum. c) Marketing by combining learning of the Ministry of religion curriculum and the Salafiyah curriculum, costs allocated according to the budget, alumni are real life brochures and through websites and competitions lined up, and access to madrasas is very easy and extends locations. Based on internal and external analysis above in a stable growth strategy condition which means that the situation is favorable because boarding schools have opportunities and strengths, boarding schools can take full advantage of opportunities so as to be able to implement strategies that support aggressive growth policies. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk meguji model kerangka konsep menggunakan variabel Authentic Leadership dan Affective Commitment untuk meningkatkan Individual Performance dan berpedoman pada Social Exchange Theory. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi sebesar 168 karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia Kantor Cabang Utama Surabaya. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Authentic Leadership dan Affective Commitment masing-masing berpengaruh terhadap Individual Performance. Saran yang dapat diberikan bahwa Authentic Leadership dan Affective Commitment yang terbukti berpengaruh terhadap Individual Performance dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian bagi masyarakat adalah memberikan pendampingan pengetahuan pengelolaan usaha untuk meningkatkan penjualan Tanaman Hias, Desa Banyuurip, Kecamatan Kedamean, Kabupaten Gresik. Sasaran dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah pemilik dan sekaligus pengelola usaha di bidang Tanaman Hias.Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UKM Massyarakat Tanaman Hias ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan dalam mengelola usaha, tanpa ada perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pembukuan dan evaluasi. Belum adanya strategi pemasaran digital, menyebabkan penjualan produk hanya dilakukan sekitar lokasi usaha dan pengerjaan Tanaman Hias belum tersentuh Teknologi Tepat Guna. Transfer of knowledge dan pendampingan dalam menjalankan fungsi manajemen perlu dilakukan. Penggunaan gergaji mesin untuk memudahkan dalam mengerjakan Tanaman Hias sangat diperlukan. Mendorong dalam menjalankan strategi pemasaran digital sangat disarankan agar produk terjual dengan jangkauan yang lebih luas. Segala upaya tersebut dimaksudkan agar terwujud sustainability usaha. Usaha Tanaman Hias yang dijalankan dengan menerapkan fungsi manajemen, penggunaan mesin gergaji dan penerapan strategi pemasaran digital terbukti mampu meningkatkan pendapatan pemilik dan pengelola usaha Tanaman Hias.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pada Job Satisfaction Untuk Menurunkan Turnover Intention Melalui Resilience pada PT. Kedungsari Multipack Surabaya. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian sebab akibat dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan angket atau kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel terdiri dari 53 karyawan bagian produksi. Metode analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Squares menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS versi 4.0.9.8. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, r-square, f-square, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunaan analisis direct effect dan indirect effect. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian direct effect diperoleh hasil bahwa Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Resilience, Resilience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, serta dalam pengujian indirect effect diperoleh hasil Resilience berpengaruh positif atau memediasi antara Job Satisfaction dan Turnover Intention.
