Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyzes the career development of STIKES RS ANWAR MEDIKA employees by formulating employee performance indexes based on organizational structure and main tasks and functions. The research method used was an explanatory research method, using questionnaire as data collection tool that was distributed to 67 employees at STIKES RS Anwar Medika. Data analysis in this study uses descriptivei analysis and multiplei linear regressioni analysis. The iresults of the multiplei linear regressioni analysis ishowed that simultaneously and partially the variablesi of Career Planning, Careeri Direction, and Implementation of Career Developmenti had a significanti effect on iEmployee Job Performance. Its indicatedi by the simultaneousi test results obtainedi significance ivalue F of 0,000 whichi is smalleri thani ? of 0.05 (0,000 <0.05). The significancei value is belowi 5% so that results in H1 decisionsi are acceptedi and Ho is irejected. Partial itest results for iCareer Planningi obtained a isignificance valuei of t of 0.001 whichi is smalleri than ? of 0.05 (0.001 <0.05) iand the ihighest icoefficient B of 0.346. Partiali test resultsi of Career Directioni variablesi have the greatesti significancei t 0.031. Partial itest results for the ivariable Career iDevelopment iImplementation has the t least significancei of 0,000.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of financial performance(liquidity, activity, leverage, growth, and profitability) on the systematic risk and return ofIslamic stocks in the Indonesian Islamic stock index. This research data is gathered from annualreports on manufacturing companies within the year 2017-2019. This research population is allmanufacturing companies listed in the Indonesian Shariah Stock Index for the period 2017-2019 by using the purposive sampling method. The research technique used is a regressionwith Structural Equal Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) consists of Inner model, Outersmodel, and Weight relation. The test results showed that all tested variables were influencedby other variables and were significant except Liquidity against systematic risk. And Leverageagainst systematic risk showing that liquidity, Leverage, Profitability have a not significanteffect on the systematic risk structure is rejected whereas hypotheses other research accepted

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of asset structure (X1), capital structure (X2), firm size (X3), corporate social responsibility(X4) on firm value (Y) with earning growth (Z) as an intervening variable in non-bank state-owned companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. 2018-2020 period. The sample companies are 10 non-bank state-owned companies. This research uses SEM-PLS, the software is smartPLS. Of the 13 significant hypotheses accepted, there are 3, namely asset structure on earning growth, capital structure on earning growth and firm size on firm value. There are 10 hypotheses that are not significant or rejected, namely asset structure to firm value, capital structure to firm value, firm size to earnings growth, corporate social responsibility to earnings growth, corporate social responsibility to firm value, earning growth to firm value, asset structure to firm value. firm value through earning growth as an intervening variable, capital structure on firm value through earning growth as an intervening variable, firm size on firm value through earning growth as an intervening variable, corporate social responsibility on firm value through earning growth as an intervening variable Keywords : Asset structure, capital structure, company size, corporate social response, earning growth, firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between the variability of mu- tuality micro fundamental, macro fundamentals of ownership structure, financial performance, and the value of companies in State-Owned Enterprises listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Re- search population at 20 State-Owned Enterprises listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research method uses purposive sampling with 12 companies in 2010–2015. Data analysis of techniques in this study using Partial Least Square consists of Inner model, Outers model and Weight relation. The test results showed that all hypothesis testing was accepted which showed significant effect with 5% level with t-table 1,960 and rejected macro fundamentals to firm value with t-statistic 0,666262 (H5) and micro fundamentals of company value with t-statistic 1,188469 (H6) and ownership structure on the financial performance of the company with t-statistics 0.953625 (H7).

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of financial structure, financial literacy and financial behavior on household financial resilience where financial inclusion and financial decisions are intervening variables in families of cancer survivors in East Java during the Covid 19 pandemic. It uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through surveys. The population of this study is the overall data on the number of women with breast cancer in East Java. Based on secondary data obtained from the 2018 Indonesian Health Profile issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, there were 937 breast cancer sufferers in East Java up to 2018. The results showed of the determination coefficient test obtained the number 0.547826, which means that the variables used in the study are Financial Structure, Financial Literacy, Financial Behavior, Financial Inclusion and Financial Decisions can influence the Financial Resilience variable by 54.78%. Financial inclusion and financial decisions as intervening variables, where financial inclusion has a negative and significant effect, while financial decisions have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Peran Koperasi dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat (terutama anggotanya) semakin nyata dan diakui sebagai sitem ekonomi yang sangat sesuai dengan karakteristik Bangsa Indonesia. Prinsip-prinsip gotong royong mewarnai kebijakan bisnis koperasi dalam memenuhi kepentingan anggotanya. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menyusun strategi pengembangan koperasi dan pengelolaan kewajiban perpajakan koperasi secara efektif dan efisien, melalui pelaksanaan pelatihan. Seluruh peserta yang berjumlah 9 orang, terdiri dari pengurus dan karyawan koperasi ini, juga diajak untuk secara aktif memetakan kondisi internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) koperasi dan situasi eksternal (peluang dan ancaman) yang dihadapi koperasi. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan meliputi : brainstorming kepada semua peserta untuk menggali permasalahan yang dihadapi, ide-ide kreatif yang dimiliki oleh pengelola koperasi dan mendiskusikan jalan keluarnya, pemberian pelatihan (ceramah) secara online dengan materi aspek perpajakan dalam koperasi, perencanaan keuangan koperasi dan strategi pengembangan koperasi. Untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahan peserta terhadap kekuatan, kelemhan, peluang dan ancaman yang dihadapi koperasi, peserta melakukan pemetaan kondisi koperasi dengan metode SWOT Analysis dan didiskusikan pada akhir pelaksanaan pelatihan. Berdasarkan pembahasan hasil identifikasi kondisi KPRI Sebra, disusun beberapa alternatif strtategi yang merupakan kombinasi terbaik dari kondisi internal dan lingkungan eksternal. Pengabdi menyarankan untuk segera menyusun suatu strategi dan rencana pengembangan koperasi serta implementasinya dan pengabdi menyampaikan kesiap sediaan untuk mendampingi pada keseluruhan proses tersebut.

Abstract

Tujuan dari coaching teknologi manajemen pemasaran tepat guna pada pengelola industry kecil kerupuk kelompok Persaudaraan Perempuan Pengolah Hasil Perikanan (P3HP) yaitu: 1) Bersaing dalam penjualan Online E-Commerce berbasis Sistem Android, 2) Meningkatkan SDM dalam menghitung dan pencatatan sesuai Standard SAK EMKM Indonesia terbaru dengan menggunakan metode penghitungan dan pencatatan berbasis sistem android. 3) Mengoperasikan Alat sesuai dengan kebutuhan sehingga dapat meningkatkan volume produksi dan meningkatkan kualitas produk yang telah dihasilkan Mitra dapat membuat rencana bisnis untuk Tahun 2023 sesuai dengan target – target yang diharapkan. Hasil dalam penelitian ini masyarakat kelompok Persaudaraan Perempuan Pengolah Hasil Perikanan (P3HP) mampu bersaing dalam penjualan Online E-Commerce berbasis sitem android, SDM dalam menghitung dan pencacatan telah sesuai SAK EMKM. Mampu mengoprasikan alat produksi sesuai kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan volume. Adanya keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini maka di rekomendasikan untuk kegiatan pengabdian yang akan melakukan kegiatan pengabdian lebih lanjut di Desa Pangkah Kulon Ujung Pangkah Kabupaten Gresik agar melakukan promosi tempat pembuatan krupuk hasil olahan ikan, dengan adanya promosi tersebut maka akan menarik minat pengunjung untuk membeli produk krupuk tersebut sehingga akan semakin dikenal oleh masyarakat Indonesia maupun mancanegara. Coaching on Appropriate Marketing Management Technology in the Cracker Small Industry, Fishery Product Processing Women's Fraternity Group (P3HP) The objectives of coaching appropriate marketing management technology for small cracker industry managers in the Fisheries Product Processing Women's Group (P3HP), namely: 1) Compete in Android System-based E-Commerce Online sales, 2) Improve human resources in calculating and recording according to Indonesian EMKM SAK Standards the latest by using the method of counting and recording based on the Android system. 3) Operate tools according to needs so as to increase production volume and improve the quality of products that have been produced. Partners can make a business plan for 2023 in accordance with the expected targets. The results in this study were that the community of the Fisheries Product Processing Women's Fraternity (P3HP) were able to compete in online e-commerce sales based on the Android system, human resources in calculating and recording were in accordance with SAK EMKM. Able to operate production equipment as needed to increase volume. There are limitations in this study, it is recommended for community service activities that will carry out further community service activities in Pangkah Kulon Ujung Pangkah Village, Gresik Regency to carry out promotions for places where processed fish crackers are made, with this promotion it will attract visitors to buy these cracker products so that it will be increasingly recognized by the people of Indonesia and abroad

Abstract

Purpose: The Covid-19 pandemic has led to corporate financial decline caused by reduced profits and sales. Additionally, the decline in corporate finances has also been attributed to a decrease in sales within companies. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of sales growth on the occurrence of financial distress in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Design/methodology/approach: The variable used in this study is sales growth, which is used to measure a company's ability to maintain its economic position in a growing economy, as well as in the industry or product market in which it operates, as a means of survival in the face of intense market competition. Findings: This study utilises a qualitative approach, employing descriptive analysis techniques through a literature review (library research). The findings of this research indicate that sales growth has a significant impact on financial distress in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the 2019-2020 periods. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Marketing Audit conducted at PT.Natural Nusantara Branch of Mojokerto aims to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities. Marketing Audit Management performs the purpose of finding constraints in comfort and efficiency as well as providing suggestions and recommendations to find these constraints. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method using primary data and secondary data which includes interviews and observations conducted at PT Natural Nusantara. Data for evaluating effectiveness is done by comparing findings in four groups, namely: Conditions, standards, causes, risks, and recommendations. This research focuses on the scope of the marketing audit covering the marketing environment, marketing strategy, marketing organization, marketing systems, marketing systems, marketing productivity, and marketing functions. Based on the results of the research, the six scopes of the marketing audit have been carried out quite effectively according to the benchmarks for evaluating effectiveness and efficiency. Marketing activities are in accordance with the rules set by PT.Natural Nusantara mojokerto branch. However, in its implementation there were audit findings where the company did not yet have a clear organizational structure, policies and rules for implementing employee work. The effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities in the multi-level marketing business at PT Natural Nusantara, Mojokerto Branch, has been running effectively and efficiently. Where the company already has a marketing strategy, namely Multi Level Marketing. So that the company can achieve the desired marketing target. Recommendations that can be given, companies need to create an organizational structure so that there is no overlap of tasks and authorities and make policies or regulations for employees to prevent failure. The company must also carry out periodic marketing audits to anticipate various problems that may occur earlier. ABSTRAK Audit Pemasaran yang dilakukan pada PT.Natural Nusantara Cabang Mojokerto bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas dan efisiensi kegiatan pemasaran. Audit Manajemen Pemasarsan dilakukan guna untuk menemukan kendala dalam pencapaian efektivitas dan efisiensi serta memberikan saran dan rekomendasi untuk temuan kendala tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder yaitu meliputi wawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan pad PT Natural Nusantara. Data untuk penilaian efektivitas dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan hasil temuake dalam empat kelompok, yaitu: Kondisi, standar, penyebab, resiko, dan rekomendasi. Penelitian ini di fokuskan pada ruang lingkup audit pemsaran meliputi lingkungan pemasaran, strategi pemasaran, organisasi pemasaran, sistem pemasaran, sistem pemasaran, produktivitas pemasaran, dan fungsi pemasaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, enam ruang lingkup audit pemsaran telah berjalan dengan cukup efektif sesuai tolak ukur penilaian efektivitas dan efisiensi. Kegiatan Pemasaran sudah sesuai dengan aturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh PT.Natural Nusantara cabang mojokerto. Namun dalama pelaksnaanya terdapat temuan audit dimana perushaan belum memiliki struktur organisasi yang jelas, kebijakan dan aturan dalam pelaksanaan kerja karyawan. Efektivitas dan Efisiensi kegitan Pemasaran pada bisnis multi level marketing di PT Natural Nusantara Cabang Mojokerto sudah berjalan dengan efektiv dan efisien. Dimana perushaan telah memiliki strategi pemsaran yaitu Multi Level Marketing. Sehingga perushaan dapat mencapai target pemasaran yang di inginkan. Rekomendasi yang bias diberikan, perushaan perlu membuat strukrur organisasi agar tidak terjadi tumpeng tindih tugas dan wewenang dan membuat kebijakan atau peraturan untuk karyawan agar tidak terjadi kecurangan. Perushaan juga harus melakuakan audit pemasran secara berkala untuk mengatisipasi lebih awal berbagai permasalahan yang mungkin terjadi
