Abstract

Kolesterol merupakan lemak atau plak endapan yang sebagian besar di bentuk oleh tubuh sendiri terutama dalam hati. Kolesterol mempunyai beberapa fungsi untuk tubuh, diantaranya adalah untuk pembentuk hormon seperti hormon estrogen dan progesteron serta sebagai pembentuk asam empedu dan garam empedu .Walaupun kolesterol ini penting untuk pembentuk hormon dan garam empedu, namun jika kadar kolesterol berlebih di dalam tubuh dapat menimbulkan penyakit-penyakit seperti kardiovaskuler dan penyakit metabolik lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam zumba terhadap kadar kolesterol pada profit gym malang.

Abstract

The research problem is how the results of learning to write sentences before and after the use of the word picture card media, as well as whether there are differences in learning outcomes before and after the use of the word picture card media. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning outcomes of students write sentences before and after the use of the word picture card media, as well as to determine whether there is difference in learning outcomes before and after picture of media use word cards to students' ability to write a sentence. This research used an experimental method "One group pre-test post-test design". The results of the analysis of the data shows the average value of the pre-test is 43, the average value of post-test is 87, and test hypotheses obtained Z = 2.9> 1.96, it concluded there is the influence of media use word cards illustrated on learning outcomes of the ability to write a sentence on students.Masalah penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sebelum dan sesudah menulis dengan media kartu gambar kata, dan apakah ada perbedaan hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudahnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa menulis kalimat sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan media kartu gambar kata, serta untuk menentukan apakah ada perbedaan hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah gambar penggunaan kartu media kata untuk siswa ‘kemampuan menulis kalimat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen “Satu kelompok pre-test post-test design”. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai rata-rata pre-test adalah 43, nilai rata-rata post-test adalah 87, dan uji hipotesis diperoleh Z = 2,9> 1,96, disimpulkan ada pengaruh penggunaan media kata kartu diilustrasikan pada hasil dari kemampuan menulis kalimat pada siswa belajar.

Abstract

Barriers in the cognitive processes stages make intellectual disability students have problems in reading comprehension. Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) which demands student activity during the learning process can be a solution to overcome the problem of the students’ reading understanding. The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of the DRTA usage towards the reading comprehension ability of intellectual disability students in SDLB. The method used is a quasi experiment with times series design. The results showed a significant increase (comparing mean pre-test = 69.4 and post-test value = 87), while significance value (2-tailed) was less than α. In conclusion, the use of DRTA has an effect on the reading comprehension of the intellectual disability students in SDLB.

Abstract

The research’s purpose was to analyze the effect of game finger painting toward writing letter ability of moderate retardation learner in SDLB/C. Data which collected was analyzed by using experiment technique with Single Subject Research A-B-A design. Research result showed that after being analyzed among condition, overlap percentage was 0%. Thus, it could be concluded that there was a effect of game finger painting toward writing letter ability of moderate retardation learner.

Abstract

Siswa dysgrafia memerlukan metode yang mampu memudahkan dalam menulis permulaan salah satunya yaitu metode VAKT. Metode VAKT merupakan metode dengan pendekatan multisensoris. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kemampuan menulis permulaan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan metode VAKT. Mendeskripsikan pengaruh metode VAKT terhadap kemampuan menulis permulaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen yaitu SSR (Single Subject Research) dengan desain A-B-A sebanyak 14 sesi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis dalam kondisi dan analisis antar kondisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga fase terdapat peningkatan kemampuan menulis permulaan yang signifikan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa metode VAKT mempengaruhi peningkatan kemampuan menulis permulaan anak dysgrafia.Dysgrafia studens need a method that is able to facilitate in writing commencement is a VAKT method. The VAKT is a method with approach multisensoris. The purpose of the research was to discrabe the ability of handwriting before and after being used VAKT method. The effect of VAKT method towards the ability of handwriting. This research was using the experiments with SSR (Single Subject Research) with the A-B-A design in 14 sessions. Analysis of the data used was the analysis of the conditions and analysis among the conditions. Based on the result the third phase there was an increase in the ability to handwriting were significant. It was demonstrated that the VAKT method effect the increase in the ability of andwriting children with dysgrafia

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) describing the influence of loovas method for the emotional development of children with asperger syndrome; (2) describing positive reinforcement of loovas method implementation for the emotional development of children with asperger syndrome. This research is Single Subject Research (SSR) with A-B research design used to measure the alteration that occurs to the behavior target from baseline phase (A) to the intervention (B). Research subject is one child with asperger syndrome, FA (17 years old). Based on the result of baseline phase in SMA Negeri (Public Senior High School) I Jember, the duration of rave behavior of children with asperger syndrome is quite high. In the baseline phase conducted for five sessions, the data obtained for rave behavior duration are 67 minutes in the first session and 60 minutes from the second until fifth session. It tends stable with 80% stability percentage. In the intervention phase conducted for seven sessions, the data obtained for rave behavior duration are 48 minutes in the sixth session, 30 minutes in the seventh session, and it tends stable from the eighth session until eleventh session for 28 minutes. In the twelfth session is for 30 minutes with stability percentage for 85.7%. Based on the research result, it can be concluded that there is influence from the implementation of loovas method for the rave behavior duration of children with asperger syndrome. Thus, it is suggested that the parent and teacher to optimize the implementation of loovas method for the children with asperger syndrome in order to decrease the other negative behavior.  Tujuan penelitian ini (1) mendeskripsikan pengaruh metode loovasterhadap perkembangan emosi anak penyandang sindrom asperger (2) mendeskripsikan penguatan positif penerapan metode loovas terhadap perkembangan emosi anak penyandang sindrom asperger. Penelitian ini menggunakkan rancangan penelitian Single Subject Research (SSR) dengan desain penelitian A-B dimana desain ini digunakan untuk mengukur perubahan yang terjadi pada target behavior dari fase baseline (A) ke Intervensi (B). Subjek penelitian menggunakan satu anak penyandang sindrom asperger yaitu FA (17 tahun). Berdasarkan hasil fase baselinedi SMA Negeri 1 Jember, diketahui bahwa durasi perilaku meracau anak penyandang sindrom asperger relatif tinggi. Pada fase baselineyang dilaksanakan selama lima sesi diperoleh data durasi perilaku meracaunya yakni pada sesi pertama adalah 67 menit sedangkan sesi kedua hingga kelima cenderung stabil pada durasi 60 menit dengan persentase stabilitas sebesar 80%. Pada fase intervensi yang dilaksanakan selama tujuh sesi diperoleh data durasi perilaku meracau yakni pada sesi ke enam adalah 48 menit, sesi ketujuh 30 menit, sesi kedelapan hingga sesi kesebelas cenderung stabil pada durasi 28 menit, sedangkan sesi keduabelas adalah 30 menit dengan persentase stabilitas sebesar 85,7%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh dari penerapan metode loovasterhadap durasi perilaku meracau pada penyandang sindrom asperger. Sehingga disarankan bagi orangtua dan guru untuk mengoptimalkan penerapan metode loovasterhadap anak penyandang sindrom asperger guna mengurangi perilaku negatif yang lainnya

Abstract

The objective of this development was a pictured Handout with term dictionary of Science learning for students in SMALB-B (Senior High School of Special Needs) YPTB Malang help the hearing impairment students in the 10th Grade semester II to understand concept and explore the environmental around that related their life. The development of this pictured Handout was adapted from the seven steps of Borg & Gall model (1983). Subject for product test is material expert, media expert, practitioner expert, user candidate, small group test, and large group test, where each group consists of 2 and 4 students in the 10th Grade SMALB-B YPTB Malang with pre-test and post-test. The development result showed Handout validity level. The research result from material expert was obtained score 94% (very feasible), media expert 99% (very feasible), practitioner expert 82% (very feasible), and for user candidate was obtained many scientific terms that still was not included in term dictionary. The result of small and large group test obtained the assessment of the product of pictured Handout with term dictionary of Science Subject was feasible to be used. Tujuan dari pengembangan ini dihasilkan digambarkan Handout dengan kamus istilah Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam pembelajaran bagi siswa SMALB-B (SMA Kebutuhan Khusus) YPTB Malang yang dapat meringankan siswa gangguan pendengaran di 10 kelas semester 2 dalam belajar memahami konsep dan menjelajahi sekitar lingkungan yang terkait dengan kehidupan. Pengembangan Handout membayangkan ini menyesuaikan langkah-langkah dari Borg & Gall Model (1983) yang terdiri dari 7 langkah. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan tentang tingkat validitas Handout. Hasil penelitian dari ahli materi diperoleh skor 94% (sangat layak), ahli media 99% (sangat layak), ahli praktisi 82% (sangat layak), dan untuk calon pengguna yang diperoleh banyak istilah ilmiah yang masih belum dimasukkan ke dalam kamus istilah dan itu adalah daya tarik. Dari hasil kelompok kecil dan uji kelompok besar diperoleh penilaian terhadap produk yang digambarkan Handout dengan kamus istilah Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Subjek layak untuk digunakan

Abstract

The research aimet at describing: (1) the implementation of picture and picture learning model in improving self-help ability for mild mental retardation student in the 2nd Grade Semester 2 SLB Sari Wiyata Wlingi, (2) the activity of mild mental retardation student in the 2nd Grade Semester 2 SLB Sari Wiyata Wlingi in the self-help learning with picture and picture learning model and (3) the implementation of picture and picture learning model that can improve self-help ability for mild mental retardation student in the 2nd Grade Semester 2 SLB Sari Wiyata Wlingi. This research result shows that the implementation of self-help learning with picture and picture learning model can improve student self-help ability in the 2nd Grade Semester 2 SLB Sari Wiyata Wlingi Blitar Regency. It is proven by the average value of self-help ability in the pre-action with value of 64, cycle I with the value of 77, and cycle II with the value of 81. Self-help ability passing (completeness) in the pre-action is 33%, in the cycle I for 67%, and in the cycle II for 83%. Self-help ability in the 2nd Grade of mental retardation has an improvement in each cycle. Tt can be concluded that the implementation of picture and picturelearning model can improve self-help ability to the mild mental retardation children in the 2nd Grade  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mendeskripsikan penerapan gambar dan model pembelajaran picture, (2) untuk menggambarkan aktivitas ringan siswa retardasi mental dan (3) untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan gambar dan model pembelajaran gambar yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan self-help untuk ringan siswa retardasi mental di kelas 2 Semester 2 SLB Wiyata Sari Wlingi. PTK ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kemampuan Self-help di kelas 2 keterbelakangan mental memiliki peningkatan setiap siklus, dalam siklus I untuk 67%, dan pada siklus II 83%. Oleh karena itu, dapat disarankan bagi guru untuk menggunakan gambar dan gambar model pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran self-help dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan self-help siswa
