Abstract

Regulasi dan ekspresi emosi merupakan kemampuan penting dalam kehidupan sosial manusia. Untuk meningkatkan kedua kemampuan tersebut, lingkungan keluarga adalah lingkungan yang paling tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelatihan manajemen emosi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan regulasi emosi dan ekspresi emosi yang tepat dalam keluarga. Pelatihan meliputi worksop, mengisi catatan harian emosi keluarga dan menggunakan kartu emosi. Pelatihan diberikan kepada 253 orang tua, namun 82 orang tua yang menyelesaikan hingga akhir program (perempuan = 66; usia rata-rata 38,04). Data dikumpulkan pada awal program sebagai baseline dan pre-test dan seletah program sebagai post-test. Regulasi emosi diukur dengan menggunakan Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS-16) sedangkan ekspresi emosi menggunakan Measure of Verbally Expressed Emotion (MoVEE). Kedua alat ukur tersebut diadaptasi kedalam bahasa Indonesia dan memiliki kehandalan tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan regulasi emosional diantara peserta sebelum dan sesudah program. Tapi tidak ada perbedaan kemampuan dalam mengekspresikan emosi antara sebelum dan sesudah program.Kata Kunci: ekspresi emosi, manajemen emosi, pelatihan, pelatihan keluarga, regulasi emosi.

Abstract

The research was conducted at Muadalah Islamic Boarding School which in this case was Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Boarding School branch 2. Researchers conducted research on the Effectiveness of the Contextual Teaching Learning Learning Model on religious lessons. Gontor's modern cottage was chosen because it is possible to practice CTL teaching model in class, so that the research objectives can be achieved. The general objective of this research is to know the experimental learning patterns by using the Contextual Teaching and Learning method in Gontor boarding schools, knowing the effectiveness of the Contextual Teachng Learning learning model in improving understanding of religious material in Muadalah Modern Islamic boarding schools. The initial stages of this research will be carried out by field observations. Then proceed with class grouping into two groups, groups A and B. Group A is a control group that is not given experimental treatment. The next stage is to carry out treatment by giving learning with the CTL model on object B. The final stage is a post test aimed at finding out the effectiveness of the religious learning model at the institution. The method used is a quantitative method, with the type of experimental research. The population in the design of this study were all 4 KMI students or equivalent with 1st grade of high school. Presentation of data is done by a combination among qualitative and quantitative method. Qualitative methods are intended to describe the details of learning activities with the CTL model, while the quantitative method is used to present the results of the post test validity. The specific targets of this research are 1) to find out how students' cognitive competence in the religious field before treatment 2) to find out the effectiveness of the contextual teaching learning model. The results of this study found that the significance of the calculation of the free sample t test with SPSS was 0,000 <0.05, with the conclusion that the CTL method was effectively implemented on religious lessons in Muadalah Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to explore the student’s comprehension of Islamic knowledge in the high school or similar institution in Pronorogo, to explore the teenager moral’s quality in the high school or similar institution in Ponorogo, and to explore the influence of comprehension of Islamic knowledge on teenager moral’s quality in Ponorogo. This research focused on three different institutions, which is the state school, Islamic madrasah schools, and Islamic boarding school known as pesantren. The object of this research is the students on high school’s age period, because in this period, students should has to learn many Islamic knowledge in their school and theirs moral attitude has been built. the result of analysis of research data and r table with N 300 with significance level 5%. The results of data analysis have been able to conclude that the hypothesis in accordance with this research is there is no influence from the understanding of Islamic education materials with the moral development of adolescents in Ponorogo.

Abstract

The Islamic education cannot be separated from moral guidance or moral education. Islamic boarding school institutions are the origin of Islamic education institution in Indonesia, the pesantren institution is famous for its moral guidance for students. In the present day, there are two types of pesantren institutions, the traditional pesantren and modern pesantren, which both of them has its own characteristics in practice of moral development for its students.This research is a qualitative research with a case study model. The object of this research is Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor campus 2 and Pondok Pesantren Darul Huda Mayak Ponorogo.The purpose of this study was to (1) find out how the Islamic Education model in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor and Darul Huda Mayak Islamic Boarding School. (2) To find out how the moral development process in each pesantren institution.The results of this study are (1) the model of religious education carried out at Pondok Modern Darussalam campus 2 refers to the curriculum of Kulliyatul Muallimin Al-Islamiyah where the coverage of knowledgeis 100% religion and 100% scientific knowledge, while the implementation of religious education in the Darul Huda Mayak Islamic boarding school refers to the principle of Salafiyah Hadistah, which is the education with traditional salaf curriculum and contemporary education methods. (2) The implementation of moral guidance activities at Pondok Moden Darussalam Gontor Campus 2 is to optimize the 24-hour education process based on daily discipline and the pesantren curriculum, while the implementation of moral guidance in the Darul Huda Mayak Islamic Boarding School is carried out with (1) internalization of the value of the Kitab Kuning in daily life and (2) habituation of religious activities in pesantren.

Abstract

This paper is the result of library research with the focus of research is Out of School Education. The researcher used the data collection techniques from various backgrounds and off-school education. The purpose of this research is (1) To know the essence of lifelong education, (2) To know the implementation of lifelong education in Out of School Education, (3) To know the life-long educational implication in Out of School Education. The result of this study can be concluded that the out-of-school education based on lifelong education is oriented towards the challenges and behaviors of learners toward maturity. The writer found there are three stages of implementation of the concept of Long Life Education in Islam, lifelong education in a family environment, lifelong education in formal education, and lifelong education in non-formal education. The lifelong educational implications of PLS exist with programs that are oriented towards Education and Writing, Vocational Education, Professional Education, Education toward Change and Development.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know (1) the curriculum management model in Vocational High School of Migas Cepu. (2) Quality education development in Vocational High School of Migas Cepu. (3) The supporting and a prohibitive factors in implementation of curriculum management and quality development in Vocational High School of Migas Cepu. (4)  The curriculum management role in quality education development. This research is a field research by descriptive qualitative method. In collecting data, writer apply the field observation, deep interview to the related interviewees and another related resource. The research outcome is (1) the Vocational High School of Migas Cepu is a recommended school by government to apply the current curriculum of 2013, therefore the Vocational High School of Migas Cepu is combining the curriculum of KTSP and curriculum of 2013. (2) Planning, developing, applying, and evaluating curriculum held comprehensively according to curriculum’s demand. (3) The Vocational High School of Migas Cepu, pay their attention to developing quality of education, this is evidenced by the outcome target presence in national test that reach in 100% in last four years. The curriculum management control a 90% of school quality development, this is evidenced by applying many innovations and changing of learning model in school.

Abstract

PKM. Pengentasan Kesenjangan Pendidikan Serta Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Panti Asuhan Kabupaten Ponorogo bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan pendidikan dan produktiftas masyarakat panti. Mitra 1 adalah Panti Asuhan Putri Nyai Ahmad Dahlan yang memiliki permasalahan dalam pemanfaatan sumber daya manusia dalam jahit menjahit, minimnya pengetahuan siswa tentang teknologi yang dapat membantu dalam bidang pendidikan, rasa tidak percaya diri dikarenakan latar belakan status social, serta minimnya bantuan program program pelatihan yang bermanfaat bagi masa depan siswi panti. Mitra 2 adalah Panti Asuhan Yatim dan Dhuafa Al-Amin Jetis Ponorogo yang memiliki permasalahan minimnya sarana pendidikan yang memadai bagi siswa, kurang produktifnya para siswa sehingga kurang bisa mendukung perekonomian panti, tidak adanya kaderisasi siswa produktif, serta minimnya pengetahuan tentang akses informasi pendidikan dan kewirausahaan. Bentuk kegiatan yang telah dilaskanakan adalah pelatihan penmanfaatan media e learning dalam belajar bagi semua mitra, pelatihan bahasa asing (arab), pelatihan mikro teaching, penyerahan bantuan mesin jahit, dan pemberian motivasi secara berkala kepada masyarakat panti. Hasil yang dicapai adalah masyarakat panti telah mengetahui bagaimana mengaskes media e learning sebagai alat bantu dalam belajar, mengenal dasar dasar bahasa (arab), memiliki kemampuan dalam mengajarkan ilmu yang mereka dapat kepada adik kelas, serta meningkatnya kepercayaan diri mereka. Hasil pencapaian ini terjadi pada semua mitra kegiatan PKM.

Abstract

PKM. Pendampingan Pengembangan Modul dan Video tutorial Sebagai Bahan Ajar Kursus Disain Grafis di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Tahun 2021 berujuan untuk mengatasi keterbatasan media belajar dalam kegiata pembelajaran Teknik Informatika pada bidang desain grafis. Mitra kegiatan ini adalan Darussalam Computer Center (DCC) atau pusat komputerisasi di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Kampus Pusat Ponorogo. Permasalahan yang dialami mitra dalam hal kegiatan pendidikan dan pengajaran adalah kurangnya modul yang digunakan untuk kegiatan kursus pada materi disain grafis. Pelatihan disain grafis yang dimaksudkan adalah pelatihan disain dengan menggunakan photoshop. Animo santri dalam mengikuti kursus sangat tinggi, akan tetapi sampai hari ini DCC belum memiliki modul, baik berupa buku ataupun video tutorial, yang dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan ajar. Sehingga dalam pembelajaran kursus disain grafis, terpaksa menggunakan modul dan tutorial cetakan luar yang terkadang menampilkan ilustrasi foto dan gambar yang menamplkan aurat lawan jenis, sehingga hal ini menggangu kesakralan budaya pesantren yang islami. Hasil dari kegaitan PKM ini adalah berupa buku modul tentang disain grafis yang akan dipatenkan atas nama Darussalam Computer Center.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine the pattern of student discipline development at Gontor campus 2, determine the implementation of student management in the development of student discipline at Gontor campus 2, and determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementation of student management in student discipline development at Gontor campus 2. The research method used by the researcher is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach where the discipline enforcement system is a unique phenomenon that was pointed out in this study. The data analysis technique utilized is Milles and Huberman triangulation in data reduction, display, and verification. The results of this study are (1) the pattern of student discipline development at Gontor campus 2 is based on the pesantren system with 24-hour parenting patterns with security discipline settings, class entry discipline, and language discipline. (2) The implementation of student management at Gontor is carried out by the guidance staff collaborating with KMI staff and the language advisory council. Implement the POACE system to implement the discipline. (3) there are supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing student management in Gontor campus 2. The summarized conclusion describes that the application of student management at Gontor is an effort to maintain the existence of the Pesantren as a moral education institution. Efforts to improve students' morale are performed by applying POACE's performance in the implementation of student management.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah tentang kebijakan pelaksanan pendidikan pada Universitas Darussalam Gontor secara tatap muka pada masa pandemic covid-19 dengan memanfaatkan kebijakan Isolasi Sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk; (1) Mengetahui kebijakan pendidikan di UNIDA pada masa Pandemi COVID-19. (2) Mengetahui analisis SWOT terhadap kebijakan pada masa Pandemi COVID-19 di UNIDA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Novelty pada penelitian ini adalah ulasan analisa terkait kebijakan pelaksanaan kegiatan tatap muka selama Pandemi di Universitas Darussalam Gontor. Teknik pengumpulan data dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah Triangulasi Milles and Hubermen. Hasil dari peneltian menunjukan bahwa (1) Penerapan kebijakan Isolasi social pada Universitas Darussalam Gontor merupakan keputusan dalam rangka menjaga keberlangsungan pendidikan pada universitas pesantren, dikarenakan aspek pendidikan pada UNIDA Gontor bukan hanya terletak pada pembelajaran mata kuliah dalam kelas, akan tetapi juga harus dilakukan pendidikan persuasive model pesantren demi mendukung tercapainya visi, misi, dan tujuan pendidikan di Unida Gontor. (2) Pelaksanaan isolasi social tidak terlepas dari kekurangan dan kelebihan dalam pelaksanannya, maka dilakukanlah analisis SWOT untuk mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan dari kebijakan tersebut. Serta peluang dan ancaman yang akan muncul dari pelaksanaannya
