Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the condition of the problems of public welfare in Indonesia and to determine the role of tax law as an effort to improve the welfare of the Indonesian people as a cost for national development. This paper uses a descriptive normative legal research method. The technique of tracing legal materials uses document study techniques, and analysis of studies using qualitative analysis. The result of this research is that improving people's welfare is the essence of national development. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the last two years, the level of public welfare has decreased. Seeing the condition of the community's welfare level during the pandemic, it is necessary to have an instrument to improve and restore the Indonesian economy for development and public welfare. Taxes are an instrument of the Indonesian economy and are the main contribution of government revenues used for national development and state spending. Tax receipts in a pandemic situation have a role for economic recovery. From this condition, tax instruments can be prioritized for financing state spending, so that the state can overcome the problem of budget deficits, increase state spending, national development, and efforts to improve the welfare of the people so that people can feel the benefits of tax revenues for the construction of public service facilities and infrastructure, education. affordable, affordable health, defense and security, fuel subsidies, energy, and food orderly and smoothly.

Abstract

Abstract: Pancasila and globalization are two mutually sustainable things. With the development of the times, the world's living order has changed, which directly affects the living order of a country. The impact that occurs is huge on various aspects of human life at all levels of society. The tendency of people's lives to lead to negative things such as moral degradation is one of the impacts of globalization. On this occasion, this research aims to raise ideas about the importance of actualizing the values of Pancasila during the rapid flow of globalization, which presents various challenges and threats to the moral life of a nation. In addition, this research also raises the importance of the Pancasila ideology as a guide in the life of society, countries, and the state of the Indonesian people. The author in this study uses a qualitative method with a literature study that examines various sources from scientific journals, books, and articles, which are then analyzed in-depth and can finally be concluded. The results of this study are the different challenges and threats that are currently happening that affect the life of society; nations and states need to be faced with how to respond to the phenomenon of globalization by adhering to the noble values of Pancasila. Reviewing the noble values of Pancasila with consideration of rationality and its actualization in overcoming modern problems is one way to actualize Pancasila in the era of globalization. Abstrak: Pancasila dan globalisasi merupakan dua hal yang saling berkesinambungan. Semakin berkembangnya zaman, tatanan hidup dunia mengalami perubahan yang secara langsung juga mempengaruhi tatanan hidup suatu negara. Dampak yang terjadi sangatlah besar terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia di semua lapisan masyarakat. Kecenderungan kehidupan masyarakat yang mengarah ke hal negatif seperti degradasi moral merupakan salah satu dampak dari globalisasi. Pada kesempatan penelitian kali ini bertujuan untuk memunculkan gagasan mengenai pentingnya aktualisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila di tengah pesatnya arus globalisasi yang memunculkan berbagai tantangan dan acncaman terhadap moral kehidupan suatu bangsa. Selain itu, pada penelitian kali ini juga memunculkan gagasan mengenai pentingnya ideologi Pancasila sebagai pedoman dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa, dan bernegara oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Penulis dalam penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi literatur yang meneliti dari berbagai sumber dari jurnal-jurnal ilmiah, buku, maupun artikel yang kemudian dianalisis secara mendalam yang akhirnya bisa disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah berbagai tantangan dan ancaman yang saat ini terjadi yang berpengaruh pada kehidupan kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa, dan bernegara perlu dihadapi dengan bagaimana cara untuk menyikapi fonomena globalisasi dengan berpegang teguh pada nilai-nilai luhur Pancasila. Dengan menelaah kembali nilai-nilai luhur Pancasila dengan pertimbangan rasionalitas dan aktualisasinya dalam mengatasi persoalan-persoalan modern, merupakan salah satu cara mengaktualisasikan Pancasila di era globalisasi.

Abstract

Abstract

Talking about defending the country will certainly cross our minds, namely efforts to defend a nation and state. The meaning of defending the country itself is defined as the attitude or behavior of citizens who are imbued with a sense of nationalism based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution in living the life of the nation and state. The purpose of defending the state is to maintain the survival of the nation and state, preserve culture, and apply the values ​​of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Abstract

Law 32 of 2009 on Environmental Protection and Management is an example of the government's efforts to achieve a balance between economic growth and environmental preservation. In accordance with Human Rights (HAM) in realizing sustainable development and the existence of global environmental issues. This research method uses normative legal research methods that are prescriptive. Types and sources of law include primary and secondary legal materials. The technique of collecting legal materials used is the study of literature. Furthermore, the analysis technique used is the deductive method. The results of this study show that there is a need to optimize the role carried out by the government to deal with the growing medical waste.  In addition, health service facilities also carry out direct sorting to be more effective in handling the management of medical waste. This can be seen from the use of the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number p.56Menlhk-Setjen2015 as SPO in implementing medical waste management. These laws and regulations are able to provide legal expediency and certainty. Meanwhile, in terms of fairness, this is determined by how the implementation of these laws and regulations in the field.

Abstract

Often with the development of national development which is in line with the 1945 Constitution, the health sector is one part of the national development that the government is trying to achieve the degree of health. Which as high as possible. To guarantee the right to health for every Indonesian citizen, the arrangement is legal protection that is certain for the people in seeking justice. In this regard, the legal issues that occur in Indonesia concern the right to health for people with severe mental disorders who are often underestimated in society and receive a negative stigma that hinders the fulfillment of their right to health. In this case, patients with psychiatric disorders do not only have problems in the psychological sphere but can also have problems in the physical (physical) sphere. This study aims to analyze legal protection for fulfilling the physical health rights of patients with severe mental disorders in Indonesia using normative research methods by collecting legal material sources through positive law legislation and other legal sources of literature to answer the problem solving of these legal issues as a whole. prescriptive. From a review of the regulations of Law no. 36 of 2009 concerning Health found that the right to health is an equal right for all Indonesian citizens, and the services provided are anti-discrimination. In accordance with Law no. 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals, hospitals have an obligation to provide services and care for patients both medically and non-medically by implementing a referral system according to hospital classification.

Abstract

The Role of Pancasila Education as a Student Character Builder. This article was prepared to find out whether there is a role of Pancasila education in the formation of student character. Pancasila education in higher education can be expected as the spearhead of character building for students so that students can practice the precepts contained in Pancasila well in their daily lives. Because the precepts contained in Pancasila are the basic values of the state that are intact so that the basis of the state can have an important meaning for the Indonesian nation and closely related to Indonesian society. The research method used is a literature study, where researchers read and search for information through books, journals, and other literature sources relevant to the topic discussed. The results of this study indicate that the role of Pancasila education at the tertiary level has an important impact on improving student character, because Pancasila has an important and major influence on efforts to develop intelligence, imagination, character and noble character if Pancasila is practiced in everyday life properly and correctly

Abstract

Citizens as social people need to provide space to express aspirations or interactions with others. Public open space is a space that provides freedom for citizens to be able to access and use it. However, in providing it, especially in urban areas, there are limitations to the availability of land. Urban activities that continue to grow are not proportional to the availability of urban land. This sometimes makes it difficult for people to access public open spaces. Therefore, this research wants to examine the provision of public open space as an effort to fulfill citizens' rights and support the functioning of the country's democracy. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, it is known that the availability of public space is very useful for social interaction in society. Public space can be part of a democratic country because it gives freedom to its citizens. In addition, the provision of this public space is also a form of embodiment of the values of Pancasila "Social Justice for All Indonesian People". So that from the provision of public open space, the fulfillment of rights by the government and acceptance of rights by citizens can take place.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the development of e-government in Indonesia and to know how to optimize e-government. The research method used is descriptive research conducted with a qualitative approach. This study aims to describe, analyze and interpret the implementation of E-Governmant in government public services. The results obtained from this study are that one way to achieve a country that has a good governance system is to apply e-government as a public service. However, its application in the field in Indonesia has not been so optimal. Therefore, to optimize e-government its application can be based on the principles of good governance in addition to relying on Presidential Instruction No. 3 of 2003. Keywords: e-government, goverment, good government Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perkembangan e-government di Indonesia dan mengetahui cara pengoptimalan e-governtment. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan, menganalisis dan menginterpretasikan mengenai implementasi E-Governmant dalam pelayanan publik pemerintah. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah Salah satu cara untuk mencapai negara yang memiliki sistem pemerintahan yang baik (good governance) adalah dengan menerapkn e-government sebagai pelayanan publiknya. Namun, penerapannya di lapangan pada negara Indonesia belum begitu optimal. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengoptimalkan e-government penerapannya dapat berpatokan pada prinsip-prinsip good governance selain berpatokann pada Inpres No. 3 tahun 2003.

Abstract

Pancasila merupakan ideologi bangsa Indonesia. Nilai-nilai dalam Pancasila berkaitan dengan caraberpikir dan berperilaku sangat sesuai dengan budaya bangsa. Dalam kehidupan masyarakat sudahseharusnya nilai-nilai tersebut dijadikan landasan dalam kehidupan. Dewasa ini, nilai-nilaiPancasila semakin luntur akibat pengaruh kehidupan yang semakin modern. Lunturnya nilai-nilaitersebut juga diakibatkan oleh kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk menerapkannya. Akibatnya,terjadi degradasi karakter yang tidak sesuai dengan watak, nilai, dan norma bangsa Indonesia.Permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan membangun karakter yang lekat dengan nilai-nilaiPancasila demi kemajuan negara Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur denganmembahas penelitian-penelitian terdahulu mengenai bagaimana menumbuhkan karakter yang sesuaidengan kepribadian bangsa melalui penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Berdasarkan pembahasan yangdilakukan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui berbagai carasangat penting dilakukan untuk membangun karakter demi mencegah terjadinya degradasi moral diera sekarang.
