The development of multimedia technology , especially information technology today has grown more rapidly thereby making human life had now become so easy and fun . One area that can be combined with the development of the field of multimedia can be found in the advertising world , especially in education . Problems often occur advertising to promote the schools still less varied and less Mltimedia highlight developments that have been developed . The new breakthrough is needed , and in this case can be taken is a video profile which is often used as a medium for the introduction and promotion of schools in Indonesia . There are various types of advertising and video profiles are often produced , ranging from entirely ditokohkan and played by real human or using a 3D animation of characters that made ??such that it has the properties and behavior of human beings . By using Google Sketch up and 3D Max are arranged to create a frame by frame animation in the form of promotional advertising . Talk about retail business can not be separated from the importance of service to consumers and good quality goods . But at the present time due to intense competition in the business world , the service and quality of goods is not enough to be able to increase revenue and attract customers loyal . This makes companies think hard to survive and stable in the business . One of them is by using a media campaign in this regard more toward print or visual media is indirectly felt the value of their effectiveness in communicating product marketing programs . PT . Times Prima Indonesia is a company engaged in the retail book with the name of the Times bookstores . Based on the analysis of the company’s problems requires additional media types supporting more varied and creatif promotion of existing ones, which will be used as a complement and a media campaign as well as to enrich the data renewal campaign design to capture the interest of consumers in which one form of the media campaign is shaped merchandise . Therefore , do Enriching ( enrich ) media campaign merchandise before it is less varied and has not formed a company image . The methodology used is the analysis, observation and design . Besides the new design has been tested with the implemented test duration for 6 months, and greatly increases the perceived contribution , this is evidenced by the chart sales increasing each month.

One of the important things in a visual media institution is a public institution of the logo identity. Identity logo itself has a meaning as an identity that represents the image of an institution. Division Raharja Enrichment Centre was commissioned to complete the implementation of Tri Dharma on Higher Education Prog which concentrates on research and service to society. Enrichment programs Prog Centre issued has not had a logo identity. Without the identity logo to the program have not been able to realize the identity of ownership to the public. For that, it takes a logo identity for each of the programs Raharja Enrichment Centre which can be interesting and can be implemented as the identity of the visual. The one of methode in this study used Design Analys Method with applications supporting Adobe Illustrator CS5 applications such as processor design objects vector image, while Adobe Photoshop CS5 application used to process bitmap images and Design Concept Plan contains the media. With the logo identity of each of these programs, the public will be easily understood by looking at a consistent look and is easily recognizable because it has special characteristics in each of its programs. From the design of the logo identity is expected for subsequent years may give a different look and appeal in introducing programs of the Raharja Enrichment Centre.

Rooster (Role Online System Ticketing Raharja) is an information service by using the “ online ticket” which is provided as an advanced container to accommodate questions from iDuHelp! Operators. In ROOSTER (Role Online System Ticketing Raharja) , iDuHelp! Operators acting as a customer that making an advance question which will be accepted by each staff based on their category.The submitted question must be in existed scope. But in ROOSTER service there are still some shortcomings that must be covered for research so it will conlclude many solution. Among many problems, the main problem is the lack of service time, so it can be concluded that the solution is to extend the service time when needed. With this system fix in rooster, iduhelp activity in ROOSTER will perform good.

With the development of mobile technology is not only used as a telephone and sms only, but also can be used as a device to control a robot, as well as Android smartphones are already embedded computer features. Robot technology so can be controlled remotely and the desired user. Robot technology is also one that is able to assist the work of humans, such as the draining of human work, as well as having a high risk. Robot function which was made to minimize the risk associated with large heavy physical tasks, positioning an object, and to move goods from one place to another. Therefore designed a robot movers using a servo motor output arm movement, microcontroller as the brain, Bluetooth as a communication medium to send a data or input from the Android application that acts as a device for controlling a robot remotely.

Teaching and learning process in education is a core activity. This process is the interaction that occurs between faculty and students as well as influenced by existing activities. The use of integrated information systems to process the job sector in the organization has become an absolute necessity. However, such systems generally do not provide a container to encapsulate all the information to help evaluate student performance. In addition the number of scattered data in a database system resulted in a massive copy process at any time require the data. Thus, the existence of this reality by using Wikis iLearning data can be displayed in a container that allows a work history of development and there is one report display tasks can be neatly arranged to facilitate the search. Monitoring evaluation of student performance will be more focused to achieve a successful student project. This paper attempts to describe the problems faced in an information system, especially in the documentation of student performance evaluation, explanation iLearning Wikis, architecture, program listings, as well as diagrams. In the prototype implementation is shown a graph of the data development and documentation of student work. Wikis iLearning is a website joblist documentation that provides reports and data storage facilities provide user profile information. Implementation of Wikis can be used to provide solutions to the problems in teaching and learning in particular database storage

Currently the communication media very grown rapidly. The world was know new communication model, known as the internet. Internet is a global network that enables the establishment of communication and interaction across the globe. One very well-known form is a web-site. As the media dissemination of information through visual communication, web site is a potential and an outstanding job for visual communication designer. But sometimes a web site that has terpublis less display design principles that are executed in harmony. Rules of designing web sites less attention. Design a website in principle the same as visual communication design. Critical elements in the design of visual communication as typografi, illustration and photography are key design planning web-site display. In its design, the web is implemented using Bootstrap framework. Bootstrap itself is used as a means to create websites that can be integrated automatically when accessed on any device including PC, tablets and smartphones. In addition, the draft will be enhanced or supported by PHP, CSS, HTML, and SQL Server and design visual design with application of vector processing program and image processing program applications. Understanding of design principles and design rules are very helpful in designing web sites become more harmonious as a promotional medium of visual communication.

Visual Communication Design as a Promotion Tool is a project that tries to describe a process of media design to inform a message regarding the promotion of an institution that is engaged in education that is STKIP Pasundan. Selection STKIP Pasundan is based on the consideration that this educational institution has great potential to compete with other similar educational institutions engaged in the field of College of Teacher Training and Education. Almost all educational institutions engaged in teacher training have the same facilities make the competition more difficult. Educational institutions that have long standing really have to be clever in attracting students to stay active and prospective students increase along with the many educational institutions that stand. Visual Communication Design is an appropriate means of promotion in building the identity of STKIP Pasundan to be able to compete and have a good image among the community. The basic design concept used is the simplicity / simplicity with the green color identity that is always applied in every design design.
