Abstract

Arus globalisasi yang ada saat ini menyebabkan pergerakan aktivitas bisnis semakin dinamis. Pelaku bisnis berlomba-lomba menjadi yang tercepat dalam bertindak dan mengambil keputusan, yang semuanya itu tidak akan bisa dilakukan tanpa informasi. Serikat pekerja memiliki peran penting bagi perusahaan sebagai partner memajukan usaha dan menciptakan iklim kondusif dimana seluruh pendanaan kegiatannya bersumber dari uang iuran anggota dan harus dipertanggungjawabkan melalui laporan arus kas. Faktanya laporan arus kas berjalan belum optimal karena masih dilakukan secara pembukuan sederhana, melalui tumpukan berkas dengan perhitungan manual, menyebabkan data mudah hilang dan tidak terdokumentasi dengan baik. Proses pembuatan laporan membutuhkan waktu lama sehingga mengakibatkan laporan terlambat sampai ke anggota GEC Unit. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode analisa SWOT dan PIECES dilanjut perancangan berbasis objek menggunakan unified modelling language kemudian pemrograman dengan PHP, dreamweaver CS5, MySQL dan Xampp serta pengujian black box. Hasil akhir penelitian ini berupa aplikasi laporan arus kas serikat pekerja yang dapat meningkatkan efektifitas dan akuntabilitas.

Abstract

Seiring perkembangan ekonomi dan kemajuan teknologi, kebutuhan informasi menjadi faktor penting pengambilan keputusan dan memaksimalkan operasional perusahaan. Tak sedikit perusahaan mengalami kerugian karena kurang terintegrasinya logistik dengan gejala adanya penumpukan barang, ketidaksesuaian jumlah persedian, kerusakan, kesalahan pengiriman, tidak terdeteksinya stock yang hilang, dan lainnya. Divisi Warehouse-Finished Goods menjalankan fungsi operasional yang erat kaitannya dengan pencapaian Level Service Delivery, Just In Time–Distribusi bertujuan meningkatkan pelayanan pendistribusian dan pengiriman barang ke pihak distributor dengan skala percepatan waktu muat barang ke dalam Truck Ekspedisi. Namun petugas merasa cukup kesulitan karena belum ada penomeran racking mengakibatkan penempatan barang secara acak dan tidak dikelompokan menurut jenis barang dan sizenya, mengakibatkan keterlambatan pengiriman barang ke distributor. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk dengan metode analisa Critical Success Factor (CSF) dan perancangan berbasis objek menggunakan unified modelling language dilanjut pemrograman dengan PHP, dreamweaver, MySQL dan Xampp. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi digital racking number yang dapat meningkatkan pelayanan pendistribusian dan pengiriman barang.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has positive impacts on life, especially in the service system. Current university has implemented a system information, applicable campuswide known as iDuHelp service system. However, problems are identified in the iDuHelp service system, which will be further described in detail. The problem is then resolved with the support of the performance from ROOSTER (Role Online System Ticketing Raharja), by providing unique ticket numbers which will be transferred to the relevant parties in order to provide accurate information. Many related methods of this study, including the methods of iLearning, also the road map of the study and mindmapping, arefurther described in detail and will eventually produce clearer research outcomes. The method of analysis is also done through three stages, namely the identification of information needed, identification of system requirements, and eventually the survey on the current system. Described in this article are the problems that arise and the solution to the problem under study. There is also a flowchart workflow. In the prototype implementation of iDuHelp, will be shown the system performance of ROOSTER and the listing program. It can be concluded that the performance of ROOSTER can maximize the service system iDuHelp on higher education platform .

Abstract

Pemerintah Daerah Kota Tangerang sebagai pelaksana daerah otonom menyelenggarakan pengelolaan pendapatan keuangan dalam rangka pertumbuhan ekonomi yang selanjutnya akan mendorong peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat Tangerang melalui penyusunan perencanaan pembangunan daerah, untuk itu pengelolaan administrasi pendapatannya harus dilakukan dengan baik dan semaksimal mungkin dengan dukungan sebuah program aplikasi yang akan menjawab permasalahan pada sistem administrasi pendapatan dan bisa meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas dan akuntabilitas sehingga dapat memaksimalkan peran dan fungsi personal untuk meningkatkan kinerja kerjanya.

Abstract

Reports of KKP / TA / SKRIPSI is one of the requirements that must be traveled by students to complete the final level of research that has been done. Preparation of reports are currently running manually using paper media . There were identified 5 ( five) subject matter that is formulated to find out the answer. There are also 3 ( three ) benefits , and there are 6 (six) advantages and 1 (one ) shortcomings of the proposed new system. Widuri is a medium for learning, especially Pribadi Raharja in Perguruan Tinggi Raharja. In order to enrich the insights and knowledge, sharing knowledge with others , improve and develop creativity in writing the article. To identify existing problems such as reports on library storage inefficient and writing reports that still use manual design methods ekplotatory author. The author also makes the UML and Literature review on Wiki as a research method. This study aims to allow students to use as a storage facility Widuri report of KKP / TA / SKRIPSI and make references that can be accessed online . By applying widuri as storag Report KPP / TA / SKRIPSI may facilitate students in making a report and look for references. It can be concluded that the WIduri is able to overcome the problems that occur in the collection of the report KKP / TA / SKRIPSI in Perguruan Tinggi Raharja.

Abstract

Advances in information technology and communications which we achieve now actually been recognized and felt in the world of education in general. Currently College Prog implement a Tridharma terms Tridharma iDuHelp!. Tridharma is one of the basic responsibilities that students must be developed simultaneously and together. In this Tridharma still there are problems in the system iDuHelp! service. So IRAN (iLearning Prog Ask and News) in collaboration with iDuHelp! in providing answers and information needed by the student. In its application in Tridharma iDuHelp! IRAN There is a related method in it, such as iLearning methods that are currently being developed. With iLearning method can facilitate conduct research in detail, accurately, and clearly by using mindmapping. Besides the method of analysis is also done with three stages namely the identification of the problem, identifying needs, and identifying system requirements. In this study using 4 literature reviews that can be used as references in preparing this paper. In this article explained about the problems that arise and solving problems in accurately using the flow Flowchart. In the implementation of the prototype shown iDuHelp! As well as the performance of Iran. So the end result of the study is a system performance to information and communication media of Iran can maximize iDuHelp! care system It is widely integrated in a university.

Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced technology in support of services that can be accessed in various ways in an easy , fast efficient , anytime and anywhere . Services that were once only done face to face (face to face ) started to turn into a more modern and sophisticated as electronic services which can be done relatively efficiently , effectively and quality . Therefore making an application service system that is precise and accurate support is needed for the marketing department to provide good service to prospective new students . With a line -based method , system service entrance exam ( USM ) Prospective New Student ( CMB ) will be very easy to do anywhere and not have to come to campus . The iRangers is a support system in the implementation of the entrance exam Prospective New Student online . Where highly supportive of service in Higher Education Campus Raharja be Featured in IT . In this article is described on issues that arise as well as solving the problem under study . In addition there are distinctive features and advantages of this application . In the implementation shown prtotoype view of application iRangers . It can be concluded that the contribution iRangers system can maximize marketing activities in serving new students to conduct online entrance examination . So the results of research more focused and interesting , and can be used as media and information services that are good for the entire private candidates raharja and society in general

Abstract

Rooster (Role Online System Ticketing Raharja) is an information service by using the “ online ticket” which is provided as an advanced container to accommodate questions from iDuHelp! Operators. In ROOSTER (Role Online System Ticketing Raharja) , iDuHelp! Operators acting as a customer that making an advance question which will be accepted by each staff based on their category.The submitted question must be in existed scope. But in ROOSTER service there are still some shortcomings that must be covered for research so it will conlclude many solution. Among many problems, the main problem is the lack of service time, so it can be concluded that the solution is to extend the service time when needed. With this system fix in rooster, iduhelp activity in ROOSTER will perform good.

Abstract

Covid-19 berdampak pada seluruh penduduk di dunia, pandemi ini tidak hanya mempengaruhi sektor kesehatan, namun juga ekonomi, pendidikan, transportasi, industri, dan pemerintahan. Covid-19 hadir sebagai topik menarik bagi para peneliti, hal tersebut nampak pada data yang diperoleh dari Scopus, Crossref, IEEEXplore, dan Google Scholar yang di dalamnya memuat penelitian di bidang ilmu komputer yang membahas covid-19, dengan berbagai tujuan penelitian untuk memperoleh inovasi maupun solusi dari permasalahan yang timbul akibat pandemi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh topik apa saja yang paling diminati oleh para peneliti terkait dengan covid 19, dan menganalisis serta membandingkan relasi antara topik Artificial Intelligence, Data Mining, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, dan Internet of Thing dari sumber google scholar, scopus, IEEEXplore, dan crossref dengan menggunakan analisis bibliometrik. Metode occurrence dan link strength digunakan untuk memvisualisasikan jejaring berdasarkan kata kunci dari ke lima topik bidang ilmu komputer serta hubungan antara lima topik tersebut dengan topik riset lainnya. Hasil analisis bibliometric menunjukkan peringkat dari ke empat penyedia sumber data artikel di lihat dari persentase setiap topik penelitian adalah sebagai berikut : Scopus, Crossref, IEEEXplore, dan Google Scholar. Analisis link strength dan occurence  terhadap kelima topik penelitian menunjukkan peringkat yang dapat dilihat dari banyaknya link strength dan occurrence di setiap penyedia sumber artikel, dengan hasil peringkat sebagai berikut : Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Machine Learning, dan Data Mining. Kata kunci: Bibliometrik, Covid-19, Occurrence,  Link Strength, Ilmu Komputer

Abstract

The rapid technological advances have driven many service companies to take advantage of technology to improve their services. PT. Explore Global Solution, a cleaning service company with a manual hygiene control monitoring system through record keeping using ledgers and forms provided by the company, so that the company's activities have not run optimally, it is necessary to design the information system with the availability of time for 10 weeks, This research is done by using the method of exploration and application development with scrum model. The end result of this research is web-based applications that can improve operational performance, especially logistics division, with completion time of 373 hours or equivalent to 5 working days 8 hours per day is 9 weeks 3 days.
