Abstract

Puskesmas menjadi ujung tombak dalam upaya mengurangi mobilitas penyebaran Covid-19. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada pelayanan rawat jalan di Puskesmas terkait dengan waktu tunggu yang lama untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang dibutuhkan. Dinas Kesehatan Kota Semarang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dengan membuat PUSTAKA (Puskesmas Tanpa Tanya Di Kota Semarang). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan sebaran penerimaan pengunjung Puskesmas Terakreditasi Paripurna (Gayamsari dan Halmahera) dalam pemanfaatan PUSTAKA di kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan menggunakan pendekatan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2021 sampai Januari 2022 di Puskesmas Gayamsari dan Puskesmas Halmahera Kota Semarang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 125 responden. Pengolahan data menggunakan Analisis Univariat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pasien memiliki harapan kinerja tinggi sebanyak 70 responden (56%), harapan usaha rendah sebanyak 63 responden (50,4%), pengaruh sosial rendah sebanyak 66 responden ( 52,8%, kondisi fasilitasi tinggi sebanyak 64 responden (51,2%), motivasi hedonis tinggi sebanyak 70 responden (56%), dan kebiasaan tinggi sebanyak 72 responden (57,6%).

Abstract

Background: Students are the most significant internet users in Indonesia. 49.52% of internet user groups in Indonesia are students. High internet users do not guarantee that digital health literacy is also high. Students at the Universitas Dian Nuswantoro health faculty are responsible for disseminating health information and transmitting digital health literacy interests. Health literacy skills are necessary for health students to sort out doubtful information. Good health literacy skills will impact students' ability to assess incoming data and make appropriate health decisions. This study aims to describe the digital health literacy skills possessed by students of the Faculty of Health. Universitas Dian Nuswantoro. Method: This descriptive study provides an overview/description of the digital health literacy skills possessed by students of the Faculty of Health. Universitas Dian Nuswantoro. The research population of health students is 1.642 people with the sample being 321 students. Data collection using Google Forms and distributed through class groups in WhatsApp (WA) and communicated privately. The statistical test used descriptive statistical analysis. Results: Faculty of Health Science at Universitas Dian Nuswantoro students had an "Advanced" or "Independent-Advanced" level of competence. The advanced level indicates that their digital competencies and health information skills are at their current status and without problems. Indicators that digital health literacy can improve our safety. Thus. students can improve methods for securing personal data. Conclusion: Digital health literacy is an ability needed in today's digital era. What needs to be improved is that students can choose the most appropriate method to protect personal data.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas mengenai proses pelaksaanaan kampus mengajar periode 4 di SDN 1 Bulu. Kegiatan berupa peningkatan literasi, numerasi dan teknologi. Masalah dalam pengabdian ini yakni berdasarkan nilai AKM Nasional yang dianggap belum tinggi. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan AKM siswa SDN 1 Bulu serta meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa berkaitan dengan kompetisi. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari 5 mahasiswa yang berasal dari dua universitas serta dosen pembimbing lapangan. Metode yang digunakan yakni persiapan, pelaksanaan dan penutupan dilakukan secara langsung di lokasi pengabdian. Analisis data berupa deskriptif observasional. Hasil dari kegiatan ini siswa mengalami peningkatan hasil AKM yang dilakukan secara nasional. Selain berdampak bagi siswa kegiatan kampus mengajar meningkatkan kemandirian dan ketranpilan mahasiswa guna menjadi bekal untuk setelah lulus kuliah. Kegiatan mahasiswa selain membantu proses pembelajaran juga membantu dalam hal administrasi dan kegiatan lainnya yang ada di sekolah. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini siswa SDN 1 Bulu mengalami peningkatan AKM serta mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan kompetensi.

Abstract

Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu) adalah unit pelayanan kesehatan primer di Indonesia yang memberikan pelayanan kepada ibu, bayi, dan balita. Tujuan Posyandu adalah meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat, terutama pada kelompok usia rentan. Pencatatan hasil posyandu mencakup pengukuran tinggi dan berat badan, imunisasi, pemeriksaan gizi, dan pemeriksaan kesehatan lainnya. Pencatatan ini penting untuk memantau pertumbuhan anak, mendeteksi masalah kesehatan, dan mengukur efektivitas program kesehatan. Pencatatan yang akurat membantu melacak perkembangan kesehatan anak dan merencanakan program kesehatan yang efektif. Pentingnya aksesibilitas data dan pelaporan yang praktis membutuhkan penerapan teknologi informasi, seperti pelatihan penggunaan Google Form, untuk mencatat hasil posyandu secara digital. Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat Dosen Universitas Dian Nuswantoro akan memberikan pelatihan komunikasi kepada 10 kader Posyandu Anggrek 5. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan kader tentang penggunaan google Form. Kegiatan pelatihan meliputi pembukaan, pre test, pelatihan Pelatihan dan Praktik Google Form, post test, dan evaluasi. Pengabdian ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan penggunaan google form Dengan meningkatnya keterampilan Kader Posyandu menggunakan google form, diharapkan memberikan efektivitas pencatatan data dan berdampak positif dari kegiatan Posyandu dapat optimal.

Abstract

Evacuation preparedness is a critical component in high-rise building safety management, yet empirical data on evacuation times in local contexts remains limited. This study aims to analyze patterns of evacuation time and distance traveled from various points on each floor to the assembly point. Evacuation simulations were conducted in two multi-story buildings involving six measurement points per floor. Building A (2 floors) and Building B (5 floors) generated a total of 42 observations. Results show that evacuation time increases systematically with height: Building A from 28 seconds (floor 1) to 47 seconds (floor 2); Building B from 38.3 seconds (floor 1) to 116 seconds (floor 5). Each additional floor contributes 16-24 seconds to evacuation time. Walking speeds range from 0.97-1.49 m/s with an 18-35% decrease when involving stairs. Individual variability reaches 30-40%, indicating the need for a 40-50% safety margin in planning. Evacuation stairs constitute the primary bottleneck that significantly slows down the evacuation process. These findings provide quantitative benchmarks for evaluating evacuation preparedness and support the strengthening of building safety protocols, particularly for upper-floor occupants who face 3-4 times higher evacuation risks.

Abstract

Traffic-related accidents involving university students, particularly those aged 18–25, have become a growing concern in Indonesia, with many incidents occurring due to inadequate infrastructure and lack of traffic discipline in densely populated campus environments. This community service program was initiated by Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (UDINUS) in Semarang to address these challenges through the establishment of a “Campus Safety Riding Zone.” The program aimed to increase road safety awareness, promote safe behavior among students and residents, and improve campus-area traffic infrastructure. Activities included coordination with local authorities, painting red-marked safe zones and zebra crossings, installing speed limit signs (30 km/h), and distributing an educational pocketbook titled “Crossing Etiquette on Campus” The intervention area, located on Nakula I Street, was selected due to its high traffic volume between the subdistrict office and UDINUS Building A. Post-intervention observations indicated that drivers generally reduced their speed when entering the safety zone, although issues like improper parking persisted. The initiative demonstrated that a combination of infrastructure enhancement, community education, and multi-stakeholder collaboration can effectively foster a safer traffic culture in university environments. This model offers a replicable framework for other higher education institutions to support student and pedestrian safety through community-based strategies.

Abstract

Intercity bus drivers (AKDP) in Indonesia operate under high occupational demands with limited regulatory enforcement. National road traffic data identify driver fatigue as a primary contributing factor to accidents; however, empirical evidence specifically targeting AKDP drivers remains scarce. To analyze the associations between driving hours, blood pressure status, and aggressive driving behavior with fatigue among AKDP bus drivers, and to identify dominant predictors of fatigue through multivariate analysis. A cross-sectional study was conducted among 63 AKDP bus drivers from five bus companies (PO). Fatigue was assessed using the three-dimensional Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC) questionnaire covering activity weakening, motivational weakening, and physical fatigue. Aggressive driving was evaluated via behavioral questionnaire; blood pressure was measured directly. Bivariate Chi-Square tests and multivariate logistic regression were applied. A total of 77.8% of drivers exceeded the regulatory limit of 8 hours/day (PM 83/2018), with a mean of 12.03 hours/day (SD=2.91). The prevalence of abnormal blood pressure reached 95.2%, and 40.3% exhibited unsafe driving behavior. Logistic regression identified driving hours as the dominant predictor of fatigue (OR=15.28; 95% CI: 8.51-18.96). No significant associations were found between aggressive driving and driving hours (p=0.893) or blood pressure (p=0.798). Conclusion: Driving hour violations are systemic and constitute the strongest predictor of fatigue among AKDP bus drivers. The alarmingly high prevalence of blood pressure abnormalities signals a serious cardiovascular burden requiring immediate intervention. Priority measures include mandatory digital tachograph enforcement, periodic health screening, and integrated fatigue management training.
