Abstract

Stunting is a national health development program that involves specific and sensitive interventions in it. Prevention of stunting has been carried out since 2018 starting from 100 priority areas. Unfortunately, the city of Semarang is not yet included in this area. Some people still cannot understand the problem of stunting properly. The purpose of this study to measure the effectiveness of using Android-based educational mobile media apps with a nurturing, compassionate, and honing approach to posyandu cadres. This study is an analytic observational study with a pre-post test design. The number of questions in the questionnaire is 15 items related to the level of stunting knowledge. The intervention was carried out to 20 posyandu cadres to measure the level of knowledge based on the average difference in the results of the pre-post test using the Wilcoxon difference test. The effectiveness of the educational method using the application is measured by the Gain Score formula. Statistical results obtained a p-value of 0.001, meaning that there is a significant difference in the level of knowledge of cadres after education using a mobile education app with a gain-score of 0.48, so it can be said that the educational activities carried out have moderate effectiveness in increasing the knowledge of cadres in Tanjung Mas village.

Abstract

Cakupan Case Detection Rate tuberkulosis Kota Semarang terus mengalami peningkatan. Sebagian besar responden (51.9%) memiliki lama kerja <5 tahun. Tingkat health literacy petugas terkait dengan tuberkulosis masih kurang (65.4%). Sebanyak 98.1% responden sudah pernah mendapatkan informasi tentang tuberkulosis. The data obtained were tested for normality first by looking at the significance value on the results of the Kolmogorof Smirnov data normality test. Furthermore, the bivariate test was carried out using the Spearman Rank test. Bivariate test using Spearman's Rank Test between the variables of access to infrastructure and prevention behavior obtained the results of 0.272 with a p value of 0.000 (p value <0.05), with a correlation coefficient that is significant. very strong/perfect. There is a relationship between the availability of infrastructure and Covid-19 prevention behavior. The public must always pay attention to health protocols as an effort to prevent Covid-19.

Abstract

Stunting is a national program that involves specific and sensitive interventions in it. Activities carried out by cadres are still limited to registering, weighing, measuring length/height, filling out KMS and distributing PMT. Infrastructure facilities at the Posyandu Kenanga are still very limited. The measurement of the body length of toddlers who cannot stand only uses a cloth meter. This will affect the measurement results in the process of monitoring the growth and development of children under five. The purpose of this service activity is to provide education about stunting to improve maternal health literacy and provision of posyandu infrastructure facilities in the form of nameplates and digital baby scales. As a result, from around 54 mothers of children under five who participated in posyandu activities, 24 of them were successfully assessed for pretest and posttest scores. There was an increase in the knowledge score from 73 to 79 with an average of 3,042 increasing to 3,291. The value of the Gain Score calculation shows that the average value of N Gain Score for the experimental class (lecture method) is 12.76% which is included in the ineffective category. The handover of nameplates and digital baby scales is expected to improve the function and role of the posyandu.

Sampling was done using stratified random sampling. The technique of taking respondents at the junior and senior high school levels uses a list of classes with the same number of male and female students and uses the Google form. The data were tested for normality with the result that the data were not abnormally distributed with a significant value of 0.001, and the data were not homogeneous. Then a different test was carried out for three unpaired groups using the Kruskal-Wallis test. The results of the study showed that there were differences in the incidence of physical violence in courtship at the junior high school, high school, and college levels (p-value = 0.001), there were differences in the incidence of psychological violence in courtship at the junior high school, high school and university levels (p-value = 0.001), there were differences incidents of sexual violence in dating at the junior high school, high school and university levels (p-value = 0.001).
