Hampir setiap negara didunia ini mempunyai sekelompok masyarakat yang kurang mampu dari segi ekonomi, termasuk di Indonesia. Berdasarkan kriteria keluarga tidak mampu yang dipublikasikan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) bulan September 2018 sampai maret 2019 menunjukkan jumlah keluarga tidak mampu mencapai sekitar 9,99 juta jiwa untuk di daerah perkotaan dan 15,15 juta jiwa untuk di daerah perdesaan. Berbagai program bantuan Pemerintah dalam upaya mengurangi keluarga tidak mampu akibat wabah corona virus disease (covid-19) sudah banyak menyalurkan bantuan terhadap keluarga miskin maupun rentan miskin, tetapi yang sampai di masyarakat banyak yang tidak sesuai target karena ada berbagai parameter yang menjadikan keluarga tidak mampu tersebut, akibatnya penyaluran bantuan tersebut menjadi kurang efektif. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan model Analitychal Hierarchy Process (AHP) yang dikombinasikan dengan algoritma fuzzy. Metode AHP mempunyai permasalahan pada indeks konsistensi dari matriks timbal balik yang dihasilkan secara acak dari skala 9 poin dengan timbal balik yang baku. Untuk mengatasi semua kekurangan tersebut, metode F-AHP diusulkan untuk menanggulangi permasalahan hirarki kriteria, karena metode F-AHP dapat menentukan bobot kriteria utama secara maksimal. Hasil Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini diperoleh akurasi 92.78% yang dihasilkan oleh sistem pada 10 data training dibandingkan 50 data penduduk dari Kelurahan Pakisputih, Pekalongan

Diabetes Mellitus is the biggest cause of death disease. This is beause the lack of public knowledge about the symptoms of disease which is caused delayed in handling. This article presents the development of an expert system application used as a Diabetes Mellitus diagnosis tool on Android mobile. The purpose of application is to detect Diabetes Mellitus based on the type of Diabetes Mellitus symptoms and determine the possibility of the disease occurred. The method for developing an expert system is forward chaining. The implementation of forward chaining method is used to gather information then proceed by applying reasoning with the if-then rule as a result of the conclusion of a diagnosis according to symptoms. The stages in developing this expert system application use the Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC). The result of its development is an expert system used for diagnosis of Diabetes Mellitus according to the symptoms experienced. The expert system application is implemented on the Android mobile. This expert system application displays specific results to displaying a diagnosis of Diabetes Mellitus and displays the percentage of the possibility of the disease. Assets means of supporting business processes in an agency, one of which is building assets. The asset requires organized systematically and structured management. One of the alternatives in asset management is by using a web-based information system. The research describes the design of asset management information systems owned by PCNU Pekalongan. This web-based asset information system designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). This system development method uses Waterfall and tested with blackbox testing. Based on the results of blackbox testing, it can be concluded that asset information system has good functionality and has no errors. With this development, it can increase the effectiveness of asset management at PCNU Pekalongan. Keywords— Information System, Web, Asset, Unified Modelling Language

Geographical Information System (GIS) is one of systems that functions to process spatial data so that it becomes information that can be understood by ordinary people. Leafletjs is one of the technologies in the development of Geographical Information Systems based online and open source, so the development more dynamic and flexible. This stud present the processing of spatial data into an online-based Geographical Information System. The database used in this development includes Green Space which is divided into 2 classifications, namely Public and Private, and there are 738 total data. With the large amount of data it is possible to process informatively using web-based Geographical Information System using Leafletjs technology. The results of the research, resulting in a percentage of 19.61% data on public greenpark, this results almost the minimum standards for greenpark in an area. So with the web-based information system, people can see the greenpark data in the form of a digital map that easy to understand because it is presented on a polygon map.

Assets are one of the supporting equipment for business processes in a higher education organization. Asset management requires a system that is organized systematically so that the tracing process becomes more effective and efficient. In this case, asset management can be implemented in a web-based information system. The development of web-based asset management information system is carried out using the waterfall method, and for decision making in asset procurement priorities using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The system development process uses the Codeigniter framework based on PHP and MySQL. The result of this development is a web-based asset management information system that is used to optimize asset tracking which is implemented at ITS NU Pekalongan.

Implementation of information systems is currently needed in all areas of life such as economics, social, health and education. One of the uses of information systems in the field of education is to assist in managing the schedule of activities at Islamic boarding schools. Some Islamic boarding schools currently still use the manual method of scheduling activities, such as recording in the agenda book and the delivery of activity information still uses the bulletin board. This causes the possibility of redundancies of activities and activity information being delivered late. So an application system was developed to assist in managing scheduling at Islamic boarding schools. The application is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and developed using Kodular tools. The results of the development are then tested using blackbox testing, the results that all menus and features in the application are running according to the performance flow, there are no errors and bugs and according to the needs of the Islamic boarding school. So that the application can be used to assist in managing the scheduling system at Islamic boarding schools effectively and efficiently.

Corona virus disease is one of the dangerous diseases and has been prevented by giving vaccinations. In an effort to prevent, there must be a positive or negative public response. One of the media facilities used to convey public responses is Twitter. The public's reaction can be analyzed using public sentiment analysis using C4.5 algorithm. The purpose of paper for determine public's response to the administration of moderna and pfizer vaccinations. The implemented methodology starts from collecting data taken from tweets, pre-processing, classification using the C4.5 algorithm and validation using k-fold cross validation. Based on the results of the moderna keyword analysis, the positive sentiment response was 6% and negative sentiment was 94%, while the pfizer keyword positive sentiment was 12.4% and negative sentiment was 87.6%. The results of test iteration that have been carried out 3 times, the average error value is 38%.

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi membawa banyak dampak dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, salah satunya untuk bidang usaha. Implementasi teknologi dapat digunakan sebagai perangkat untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Saat ini beberapa pemilik usaha masih menggunakan sistem penjualan secara manual. Sistem penjualan ini memiliki kelemahan yaitu sering terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan dan pencarian data yang sulit. Sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi manajemen untuk membantu transaksi jual beli pada toko. Metode pengembangan sistem informasi ini terdiri dari pengumpulan kebutuhan, membangun prototyping, evaluasi prototyping, mengkodekan sistem, menguji sistem, evaluasi sistem, dan penggunaan sistem. Hasil pengembangan ini yaitu sebuah sistem informasi manajemen penjualan berbasis web yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan penjualan pada toko. Dengan menggunakan sistem informasi ini maka pelayanan kepada pelanggan dapat lebih efisien dan efektif.
