Abstract

Skripsi adalah mata kuliah yang harus ditempuh oleh seorang mahasiswa menjelang akhir studinya. Mata kuliah ini berbentuk proyek mandiri yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa di bawah bimbingan dosen pembimbing. Pada mahasiswa fakultas psikologi untuk melakukan skripsi memiliki 3 proses yang harus dilalui sehingga tugas akhir dinyatakan telah selesai diantaranya proses seminar proposal, proses seminar hasil dan proses munaqasah. Setiap proses memiliki batas waktu dengan ketentuan apabila melewati batas maka dianggap gagal dan harus mengulang proses sebelumnya. Sehingga menyebabkan mahasiswa kurang mengetahui informasi batas waktu penyelesaian dari setiap proses skripsi. Selain itu pihak fakultas mengalami kesulitan mengetahui sejauh mana perkembangan penelitian skripsi yang telah dilakukan oleh mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu solusi yang bisa lakukan dari masalah tersebut adalah dengan membangun sistem informasi monitoring sehingga pihak Fakultas bisa melakukan pengontrolan skripsi mahasiswa. Bagi mahasiswa sistem informasi monitoring ini akan dilengkapi dengan fitur peringatan untuk setiap tahapan yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa pada matakuliah skripsi. Salah satu fiturnya adalah reminder system dengan tools yang bisa digunakan adalah email. Dengan adanya sistem informasi monitoring dengan fitur reminder system maka diharapkan mahasiswa termotivasi dalam menyelesaikan skripsinya dengan cepat. Kata kunci: Monitoring, Reminder System , Skripsi, Sistem Informasi Abstract Final Project is a course that must be taken by a student towards the end of his studies. This course is in the form of an independent project undertaken by the Student under the guidance of a supervising lecturer. In Psychology Faculty students to do thesis has 3 processes that must be passed so that the final project is declared has been completed such as proposal seminar process, seminar process and munaqasah process. Each process has a time limit with the provisions when crossing the limit it is considered a failure and must repeat the previous process, because the students lack of knowing the time limit of completion of each thesis process. In addition the faculty has difficulty knowing the extent to which the development of research thesis that has been done. Therefore the solution that can be done from this problem is to build a monitoring information system so that the Faculty can control students. For students the monitoring information system will be equipped with a warning feature for each stage carried out by students in the thesis course. One feature is a reminder system with tools that can be used is email. With the information monitoring system with a reminder system feature, it is expected that students will be motivated in completing their thesis quickly. Abstract

Klinik umum dan bersalin Dokter Rini merupakan salah satu klinik yang menyedikan jasa kesehatan. Saat ini, jumlah data pasien klinik yang berkunjung terjadi fluktuatif setiap bulannya dan juga rendahnya pasien yang melakukan konsultasi lanjutan. Hal ini dikarenakan kurang efektifnya pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pihak klinik terhadap pasien dan juga minimnya informasi dalam memberikan pelayanan ke pasien. Oleh karena itu dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaik bagi pasien maka dibangun sistem informasi customer relationship management (CRM) dengan tipe sistem operasional yang dapat membantu mengelola data pasien dengan baik. Selain itu, sistem ini juga digunakan sebagai media promosi dan informasi serta menjalin komunikasi dengan calon pelanggan dan pelanggan tetap dengan menggunakan dua fase CRM yaitu fase akuisisi dan fase retensi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi klinik berbasis CRM dengan fitur reminder system.

Abstract

Dibantuin.id is a creative design agency which is a service that is engaged in making creative strategies that can help businesses to achieve these business goals. In carrying out promotional activities, dibantuin.id has usedInstagram social media. However, it is not yet known which media is more effective for carrying out such advertising, whether video media or image media. By utilizing CRM in the field of operations (campaign management), paid advertising is one solution to the promotion field of dibantuin.id. However, in the use of paid advertising on social media, of course there is a difference in the number of audience engagement revenue on advertising. Therefore, the purpose of this study is how to determine the audience's characteristics in advertisements carried out through video and image media. The T-test model was used in this study to see a comparison of the two media within a period of 12 days in advertising aided dibantuin.id on Instagram social media. After doing research, it was found that dibantuin.id was more effective in using video media in promoting on Instagram ads.

Abstract

Supermarket 212 Mart is a retail business based on sharia cooperatives that has implemented strategy to retain customers. But there is still a drawback, which is just seeing based on the amount of money spent regardless of recency and frequency. In addition, in offering products, 212 Mart does not yet have the right reference. This research combines RFM analysis into data mining techniques to provide more product recommendations good. Parameters considered are customer RFM value, customer segment, and product which are often purchased simultaneously within 1 year of member transaction data using an algorithm DBSCAN and FP-Growth. In customer segmentation, obtained 5 clusters and 31 noise data with an Eps value of 0.060, MinPts 3 and an SI value of 0.4222. Association results using 30% minsup and minconf 70% resulted in cluster 1 having 7 rules, cluster 2 having 6 rules, cluster 3 having 10 rules, cluster 4 has 2 rules, and cluster 5 has 6 rules. The rules formed can be used to direct marketing by recommending products to their respective customers clusters.

Abstract

The Dumai College of Technology (STT) has implemented a New Student Admission System for prospective students to register online. Based on the results of interviews with the SPMB manager, during its implementation there has never been a usability evaluation. So that the SPMB manager does not know what user needs or problems experienced by system users are. Therefore, researchers conducted usability research. The purpose of this study is to measure the success rate of the New Student Admission System by using the Heuristic Evaluation method so that it can provide recommendations to the manager of the New Student Admission System for future system improvements to meet user needs. The results of the research questionnaire there are 93 data respondents who use SPMB. Based on the results of the usability evaluation on the STT Dumai New Student Admission System, it was found that the total percentage of respondents was found to be 65.2% which can be said that the SPMB STT Dumai was "Good", while the results of the total percentage of respondents were not found, namely 34.8% which can be said to be "Not Good" for the SPMB STT Dumai. ” for system users. From the usability results found 4 statements that get the lowest percentage value which means it is not successful and needs to be improved. The results of the recommendations obtained in the SPMB can be used as an illustration for improvement.

Abstract

Zanafa Bookstore is one of the bookstores in Pekanbaru city that is required to meet customer needs and has the right focus in developing sales strategies every day. During the new school year there is an increase in sales, it is known that in July there are the most purchase transactions which are the beginning of the new school year for students and students. In addition, the placement of the book layout is only based on the employee's estimated shelf so that it will affect the convenience of consumers in choosing and finding books if the books are arranged far apart. By placing the layout in accordance with consumer purchasing patterns, it can improve the quality of customer service in bookstores. The book layout can also be used as a reference when adding book stock, information is needed by utilizing transaction data using data mining, namely by using Association rules commonly called Market Basket Analysis. This research uses K-Medoid for clustering on Apriori and FP-Growth in generating rule patterns on large-scale data. Several experiments were conducted on K-Medoid starting from cluster 2 to cluster 7, each of which will be applied to Apriori and FP-Growth with 30% support and 70% confidence. By comparing the evaluation results of each algorithm with each other, it is known that FP-Growth has superior results to Apriori with a total strength of rules of 1.2012. So that the results of the association rules obtained can be used as a reference in the placement of book layouts in the Zanafa bookstore.

Abstract

The use of social media as a means of marketing is certainly familiar, this happens because of the very competitive market situation, changing trends and increasingly complex customer demands. Facebook and Instagram are platforms that excel in the field of advertising and also interaction between users. However, with the existence of two superior social media, evaluation is certainly needed to find out which social media has a better level of engagement. The purpose of this study is to find out which social media platform is superior in engagement rate. This study used the T test model to compare the engagement rates of the two social media. Based on the results of the study, the use of paid advertising on Facebook social media for 23 days has a better engagement rate compared to Instagram. So it can be concluded that the use of Facebook is more effective in terms of engagement compared to Instagram.

Abstract

Waste generation in Pekanbaru City cannot be managed optimally. Based on 2020 data, less than 50% of the waste that reaches the Final Disposal Site (TPA) reaches. To overcome this problem, this study aims to create an estimation model that can estimate the amount of waste generated each year. So that it can help the authorities to implement various policies to control waste generation. The estimation model is created using the backpropagation algorithm. The attributes used are those related to population and waste generation. Based on the results of experiments conducted using RapidMiner, the best network architecture model is the 6-6-1 model, namely six nodes in the input layer, six nodes in the hidden layer, and one node in the output layer. The six nodes in the input layer refer to the number of attributes used. The activation function used is binary sigmoid. The RMSE value generated from the best model is very low, namely 0.0181. So it can be concluded that this model can be used to estimate the generation of solid waste in Pekanbaru City

Abstract

PT. XYZ is one of the major pharmaceutical industries in Indonesia by marketing its products through B2B (Business to Business) customers. PT. XYZ doesn't understand what customers need. PT. XYZ also implements a cashback system for B2B customers. This study aims to determine customer segmentation, analysis of customer characteristics, firmgration and proposed strategies provided by researchers to PT. XYZ. Loyalty and customer characteristics are very influential on a company. To show which customers are loyal to the company, the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm is used to cluster and the Davies Bouldien Indeks (DBI) is used for the clustering algorithm results. The algorithm used is according to the Length, Recency, Frequency and Monetary (LRFM) model to classify purchasing behavior. It can be seen from the frequency variable which customers are loyal to which companies are not. Then determine the firmography using the attributes of business entity type, customer type, and location. After determining loyal and non-loyal customers, the analysis of customer characteristics is divided into 4 parts, namely the Superstar Segment or the best customer, which is located in cluster 2 where customers in cluster 2 can have a long-term relationship with the company, then the Golden Segment or which has the second highest value (monetary) is located in cluster 4, then the Average Value Segment or the customer who has the average value of all segments is located in cluster 5 and the Dormant Segment or the lowest customer is located in cluster 3 where customer 3 has little relationship with the company.

Abstract

BAPPEDA Indragiri Hulu is a governmental organization in Indragari Hulu Regency that aids the government in accomplishing development planning, research, and development-related tasks. However, determining development priorities presents obstacles stemming from the lack of calculation methods and visualization maps to more easily identify the locations of construction sites. To address this issue, a decision support system utilizing the Analytical Hierarchy Process method was constructed. This system considers various criteria, including condition, budget, urgency, usability, and durability, to compare and identify the best development option. Additionally, the system features a Web GIS map visualization function to aid in identifying construction sites. The study found that improving the road in Pematang Rebah City, Rengat Barat District, was the most important alternative, followed by creating box covers for the Tanah Datar Sibabat road in Seberida District and improving roads in Rengat City in Rengat District. This web-based system ranks development priorities and can effectively assist in determining regional development priorities. Based on the results of the Blackbox test, this system is deemed 100% valid, while the User Acceptance Test on this system yields an 81% score, which is highly satisfactory.
