Abstract

Toko Doa Bunda merupakan sebuah usaha yang bergerak dibidang penjualan pakaian jadi.Toko ini melayani sekitar 450 transaksi penjualan selama sebulan, dan 14.512 transaksi dari bulan April tahun 2017 hingga bulan Agustus 2019 dengan jumlah item yang ada pada toko ini adalah 74 item. Dalam melakukan pengaturan tata letak barang, toko ini masih menempatkan barang menurut kelompok dan jenis barang sehingga berdampak terhadap pelayanan dan pencarian item yaitu konsumen akan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam pencarian barang jika konsumen membeli lebih dari satu barang yang letak barang satu dengan barang lainnya berada pada letak yang berjauhan. untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka tugas akhir ini mencari item yang sering dibeli bersamaan oleh konsumen melalui data transaksi penjualan yang ada di Toko Doa Bunda. Tugas akhir ini menggunakan Algoritma FP-Growth. Dari 6.366 data transaksi yang di proses dihasilkan item Baju Kaos Pria dan item Celana Pendek Pria sering dibeli bersamaan dengan nilai confidence 15% dan Support 2%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut peneliti ini merekomendasikan Baju Kaos Pria dan Celana Pendek Pria diletakkan secara berdekatan pada tata letak di Toko Doa Bunda.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah  Atas Negeri 1 Tapung Hulu adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang berada di Desa Kasikan Kecamatan Tapung Hulu Kabupaten Kampar. Sekolah Menengah  Atas Negeri 1 Tapung adalah suatu lembaga pendidikan yang ikut serta mengembangkan pendidikan guna mencerdaskan anak bangsa. Proses pendataan alumni pada saat ini dilakukan  dengan cara menghubungi kontak alumni. Sangat sulit bagi sekolah dalam melakukan pendataan dikarenakan para alumni tidak lagi menggunakan nomor telepon yang dimiliki oleh sekolah. Tujuan dibangunnya sistem informasi pendataan alumni diharapkan dapat memaksimalkan proses pendataan alumni dan dengan adanya notifikasi via email dapat menjadi pengingat alumni memperbaharui data. Sistem yang dibangun berbasis web dan menggunakan model perancangan dengan Unified Modelling Languange (UML) yang merupakan model dari metode perancangan berbasis objek yaitu Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dari sistem Blackbox Testing dan UAT menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi pendataan alumni Sekolah Menegah Atas Negeri 1 Tapung Hulu yang dibuat dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan pada rancangan yang dibuat sebelumnya. Sistem informasi pendataan alumni berbasis web ini dapat meningkatkan kinerja petugas dalam melakukan pengolahan data alumni dan memudahkan alumni berkontribusi untuk menigkatkan kemajuan  sekolah

Abstract

Monstreation is a business engaged in clothing convection, these business products are marketed online such as jackets and shirts for class, shirt and community clothing. The problem that occurs in this convection is the lack of product recommendation services to customers. Another problem is that if there are customers who order products that are not in accordance with their needs, the customer will rarely order products at Monstreation. The solution used is to provide services that match the characteristics of the customer, for example by giving product recommendations. Product recommendations are also needed considering this type of business is a business that has many business rivals. The steps taken in this study begin by collecting customer transaction data, then the data is transformed into RFM criteria data. After being transformed, the data is weighted using AHP, after that the RFM data is weighted then grouped / clustered. The grouping results are validated with DBI. From the experiments conducted it is known that the number of cluster 3 is the optimal number of clusters in product grouping. After it is ranked based on the value of the total weight. From the experiments conducted, it is known that the results of the 3 customer clusters, the customers who have the highest weight value are customers in cluster 1. The results of this study are a product recommendation that is an association of product history of customers who have a cluster similarity and a product recommendation information system.

Abstract

MAN 1 Inhil is a school that applies ministerial regulations to determine the direction of student majors at the beginning of entry, namely in class X. Determination of majors is done by considering several indicators, namely the results of academic tests, interviews, and student interest. The calculation in determining this course is very simple, namely by adding up the values of each indicator and dividing them together so that an average value is obtained. If the value is fulfilled then the student is grouped based on their interests. This can lead to errors in decision making by the school because it can be subjective because it prioritizes student interests. Therefore we need methods and algorithms to help make decisions well, the decision tree method. One algorithm that can be used is CART algorithm to classify majors with three indicators, namely Natural Sciences, Social Sciences and Religion. The results of this study indicate that the CART algorithm is able to predict correctly, from 360 data classified using the CART algorithm, it can be concluded that 71 data majoring in religion and correctly classified by CART. 144 data majoring in Natural Sciences, 119 data correctly classified and 24 data classified as IPS, and 1 data classified as religion. Of 146 data majoring in social studies, 129 were classified correctly, 16 data were classified as natural sciences. Therefore it can be concluded that CART algorithm has an 80% accuracy so that it can be used in decision making

Abstract

Based on ministerial regulations for curriculum 13 regarding specialization majors at the high school level from of entering class X. Then MAN 1 Inhil applied departmental arrangements that begin by including several indicators that are consistent with the results of testing, interviews, and student interest. Assessing in this departmental setting is very simple by summing each indicator's values and gathering the whole to produce an average value. If the value is fulfilled then the student is grouped based on their interests. This can lead to errors in the school's decision-making because this can lead to responses to student interests. Therefore we need methods and algorithms to help make decisions well. One algorithm that can be used is C4.5 algorithm which is an extension of ID3. The C4.5 algorithm used to classify majors with three indicators namely Natural Sciences, Social Sciences and Religion. The results showed that based on 360 data form the recapitulation result of student registrans, 71 data were obtained that had religious majors, 71 religious data were classified completely by C4.5. Furthermore, of the 144 data that have natural science majors, 123 data are fully classified, 20 data are approved as IPS, and 1 data is classified as religion. Of the 146 data that have majors in social studies, 120 are correct rules, 25 data are classified as natural sciences. Thus it can be concluded that the C4.5 algorithm has a success rate of 87.22% so that it can be used in decision making where most of the data is numeric.

Abstract

Mental Hospital of Tampan is the Pekanbaru City Government Agency which deals with health and psychiatric problems, such as excessive stress, psychiatric disorders, services to people with HIV / AIDS and the service of child development. The mental hospital of Tampan has a large drug supply system with different specifications in the pharmacy department. However, in the process of drug supply, there are still obstacles, namely recording drug supplies and managing transaction data, still using ledgers. In addition, employees often make mistakes in recording and checking as well as inventory of drugs that often occur excess drug orders. The focus of this research is to create a web-based drug inventory information system. System design method uses Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method. Drug inventory system employees can manage drug supplies, record, sell, order medicines to suppliers and make reports through a web-based inventory system.Keywords:  Inventory system, Mental Hospital of Tampan, OOAD

Abstract

This study aims to measure customer purchase behavior by using RFM model with K-Means, silhouette Index method. Using historical data by Cendana Perdana Perkasa Distributor to data this study. The company has never to measured customer buy behavior by this model. The results of this study showed that there 3 cluster with 0,589 silhouette Index. Based on the highest silhouette Index then the cluster is divided into 3 segment with some segments 1 is 57 customers, segment 2 is 257 customers and segment 3 is 8 customers. The best purchase value is segment 3 with symbolized byR↓F↑M↑ that means this segment has high frequency and monetary as well as low regency. The segment has potential customers for the future. The worst purchase value is segment 1 withv symbolised byR↑F↓M↓ that means this segment has low-frequency and monetary as well as high regency. Abstract

Jaminan Kesehatan Daerah (Jamkesda) is a health care program developed by the local government in Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kampar, in order to serve the public health Kampar. To determine the data collection Jamkesda Participants then deliver the data to the public from the village health centers, and health centers to check, channeling data to the Department of Health and Health Department to collect data on the verification and validation of the data to the village. This causes the length of the process of determining pesetas Regional Health Insurance, as well as in the selection process participant data manually Jamkesda frequent mistakes, including inaccuracies in determining participants underprivileged or poor.Decision support system (DSS) needed to be able to provide ease in the determination of the participants Jamkesda ranking results. Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is a method to supports the assessment criteria and weighting. The criteria used are based on income, dependents, family size and poverty letter.The ranking results of sorted from the highest total score to lowest point total. With the decision support system will be beneficial to Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kampar in the determination of the participants Jamkesda based on desired criteria.Keywords: Jamkesda, Ranking and Weighting ,SAW, SPK.

Abstract

Ammar Qurta in an independent business brand that focused as producer of muslim wear. In promotional sector, Ammar Qurta used the social media account such as Facebook and Instagram to provide some informations about their product. However, the owner of this brand stated that way was not effective because of the information that they provide was just based on account relation-bond and not massive. By using CRM’s operational (campaign management), paid advertising is one of the best solution for Ammar Qurta’s promotion. But, the use of paid advertising on social media certainly has a difference in terms of the gain of audience engaged. Therefore, the aim of this study is to measure the level of audience engaged of paid advertising to the two social media that Ammar Qurta uses. This study used the Independent T-test to campare the acquisiton level of audience engaged. Based on the results of the study, the use of paid advertising on Facebook for 31 days has a significant audience engaged to Instagram. So it can be concluded that the use of Facebook advertising is more effective than Instagram Adverting on audience engagement terms of Ammar Qurta’s promotion.

Abstract

Saat ini toko online tumbuh dengan pesat, namun tidak semua toko online saat ini yang mampu memuaskan pelanggan dan tidak semua penduduk Indonesia yang menggunakan toko online dalam berbelanja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan ritel online di Pekanbaru berdasarkan karakteristik situs pada toko online. Karakteristik situs terdiri dari variabel kemudahan, desain situs, keinformatifan, komunikasi dan keamanan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner. Kuesioner dibagikan ke 384 responden yang merupakan sampel yang diambil dari populasi pelanggan ritel online yang telah berbelanja lebih dari dua kali. Dari 384 sampel data yang bisa diolah hanya 369, sedangkan 15 sampel tidak bisa digunakan karena datanya kritis dan outlier. Penelitian ini memiliki 5 variabel bebas dan 1 variabel terikat sehingga teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini bahwa ke lima variabel dari karakteristik situs berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan ritel online. Masing-masing  memiliki nilai t hitung > t tabel yakni 2.404, 2.242, 4.344, 3.344  dan 6.338 dengan nilai t tabel 1.648 dengan nilai signifikansi masing masing >0.05. Faktor yang paling dominan dari ke lima variabel (karakteristik situs yaitu variabel kemudahan,desain situs, keinformatifan, komunikasi dan keamanan) pada penelitian ini adalah faktor keamanan yang mendominasi 64.7% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan ritel online artinya bahwa pelanggan tersebut puas terhadap keamanan pada toko ritel online.Sedangkan koefisien determinasi memperoleh nilai sebesar 0.463 dengan arti  bahwa 46.3% kemudahan, desain situs, keinformatifan, komunikasi dan keamanan mempengaruhi kepuasaan pelanggan.  Kata kunci: karakteristik situs, Pekanbaru, regresi linear berganda, ritel online,
