Abstract

creating a school atmosphere orderly and discipline is very important. Therefore is necessary to a regulation rules which would regulate the behavior patterns of students in the school. But with a growing pattern of student behavior, violation of school rules are common, especially in SMK Yuppentek 1 Tangerang. As a teacher in charge of providing services and counseling to students, it is the responsibility of counseling teachers to provide guidance to students with problems. Not many schools are aware of the importance of the use of information and communication technologies so that the process of recording and calculating the value of point offense, coaching up sanctions against students who violate the order was carried out with conventional systems. This resulted in the BK teachers takes a long time to handle students who have problems of having to create some bookkeeping records violation and fill the violation book manually so that the handling results are often invalid. In addition, delivery of information about good and bad behavior of students in the school to parents or guardians of students experiencing difficulties. In order to help the BK teacher performance, it needs to be made a system to calculate the point value rules violation at SMK YUPPENTEK 1 Tangerang. By using the methodology of research in the form of a SWOT analysis, it is expected that the system can simplify and accelerate the process of calculation of point offense, coaching until the sanctions to students who violate rules, and the delivery of information to parents or guardians of the student's behavior will be faster.In addition, principals can also find charts the level of discipline students based on grade level and department.

Abstract

This research aims to look at the contribution of marine tourism to coastal communities in Indonesia, with a focus on a maritime sociology perspective. Marine tourism is a form of tourism related to activities and destinations centered around the sea or waters. This research utilizes maritime sociology as a relevant perspective for understanding the social life of coastal communities. Maritime sociology is applied as a study involving values, norms and social interactions that are formed through the connection of coastal communities with the sea. The research method uses a qualitative library study approach. Using a literature study approach, this research explores and analyzes various literature sources related to the social impacts of marine tourism in Indonesia's coastal areas. The research results show that (1) Increased social interaction between coastal communities and tourists, creating new dynamics in social relations. (2) The values ​​and norms of coastal communities are influenced, both through cultural exchange with tourists and through adaptation to new values. (3) The social structure is experiencing changes.

Abstract

The transformation of work in the digital era has had a major impact on the modern job market. Technology has changed the way work is done, with automation, artificial intelligence and digitalization playing a key role. This results in a change in the skills required, with an emphasis on technology understanding, problem solving, and creativity. This research aims to examine the analysis of the impact of technology on the modern job market. The type of research used is using qualitative methods with a library research approach, and descriptive qualitative. The results of this research show that there are challenges, including unequal access to technology, which can increase social and economic disparities. Additionally, concerns about data security, privacy and the psychological impact of digital work have also emerged.

Abstract

This classroom action research (PTK) aims to improve the critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of class XI students at SMAN 5 MAROS by applying the Discovery Learning learning model. Data was obtained based on the results of observations and tests. Data analysis was carried out using comparative descriptive techniques. The research subjects were class XI students with a total of 35 students. The results of cycle 1 research showed that students' critical thinking abilities were in the high category 4%, 28% in the medium category, 40% in the low category, and 28% in the very low category. In cycle II, the increase was shown in the critical thinking skills of students in the very high category, 32%, in the high category, 12%, in the medium category, 56%, in the low category, none and in the very low category, none. the completeness of student learning outcomes in cycle I increased in cycle II. The incomplete students consisted of 12 students, while the complete students consisted of 23 students out of 35 students in cycle I. Meanwhile, in cycle II, all students completed, namely 35 students.

Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan masa transisi atau peralihan dari masa anak menuju masa dewasa yang usianya berkisar antara 12-21 tahun. Pada masa ini individu mengalami berbagai perubahan fisik maupun psikis dan penuh dengan tantangan, ujian, emosi yang menyangkut perubahan jasmani, psikologi serta sosial. Pada masa transisi tersebut kemungkinan dapat menimbulkan masa krisis, yang ditandai dengan kecenderungan munculnya kenakalan pada remaja. Seharusnya seseorang yang sudah mencapai usia remaja mengerti mana hal yang positif dan negatif yang sepatutnya dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab kenakalan remaja yang ada di unismuh makassar terutama jurusan sosiologi. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini dapat digolongkan dalam kategori penelitian lapangan. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu lebih mengutamakan pengamatan fenomena dan lebih meneliti ke subtansi makna dari fenomena, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kenakalan mahasiswa khususnya jurusan sosiologi yaitu pada dasarnya mereka melakukan ini dengan dorongan psikologis dan lingkungan sosial. Jika sosialnya bagus psikologis remaja yang kurang perhatian yang akan menjadi pemicunnya. Begitupun sebaliknya jika psikologisnya bagus, lingkungan yang akan merusak mereka. Lantas untuk mencegah dan mengatasi kenakalan dari mahasiswa tersebut, adalah dengan menerapkan beberapa cara yaitu, menenmkan nilai-nilai baik sejak dini, beri tahu konsekuensinya, menjaga komunikasi tetap terbuka, mendorong anak untuk melakukan kegiatan positif, dan bersifat tegas. Kesimpulan dalam pelaksanaan ini adalah mengetahui penyebab kenakalan mahasiswa khususnya jurusan sosiologi yang sering datang atau jarang masuk itu karena suatu insiden seperti bangun kesiangan yang disebabkan oleh dorongan psikologi dan lingkungan sosioal disekitrnya. Kata kunci : Kenakalan, Mahasiswa, Pendidikan
