Abstract

CV. Three Abdoel is a company engaged in convection and screen printing that accepts orders such as screen printing t-shirts, vests, hats, totebags, and goodiebags, as well as uniforms and sportswear clothing which are ordered from schools, individuals, government agencies, educational institutions, business entities such as cafes , restaurants, sap companies, palm oil, banks and others. In ordering activities customers come directly to the company to place an order. This is certainly not effective for costomers who are far away from the company, as well as the process of recording after ordering or reporting from the results of orders that are less effective because they still use handwriting and the absence of a specific book for recording. This can lead to the slow search process of previous data, the error rate in inputting and data manipulation is very large. For this reason, the author made the final assignment with the theme of ordering convection and screen printing entitled Ordering Information System for Convection and Screen Printing on CV. Three Abdoel Kubu Raya Web Based, this information system is expected to be a solution for companies in service to customers, increase company revenue and improve the process of recording orders or reports from the results of orders that use handwriting into a computerized system so that it will be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

The effects of the pandemic have resulted in students being required to understand online learning. Many digital media are used by schools to carry out teaching and learning activities, one of which is E- Learning. E-Learning offers an optimal learning process that suits every student's needs and can be accessed anywhere as long as it is connected to an internet connection. The purpose of this research is to produce an E-Learning information system as a means of supporting teaching and learning activities. The model used in building the E- Learning system is the SDLC Waterfall model. The Waterfall method starts from the planning, analysis, design, testing, and maintenance processes on the system. Web-based e-learning is expected to make it easier for teachers to provide materials, assignments, and exams online through the website. Likewise, students can also access E- Learning materials anytime and anywhere using various types of gadgets they have.

Abstract

Rare Official Store adalah distributor kosmetik. Saat ini sistem pencatatan kegiatan usaha masih dilakukan secara konvensional dengan menggunakan catatan dan pembukuan di buku besar. Hal ini menyulitkan pemilik toko untuk membuatlaporan penjualan setiap akhir bulan karena harus merekap satu per satu transaksi penjualan kosmetik. Sulitnya konsumen dalam bertransaksi langsung ke distributor juga menjadi kendala bagi bisnis ini. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem informasi berbasis online (e-commerce) untuk mengelola proses bisnis penjualan mereka yang akandibahas dalam penelitian ini. Dengan adanya sistem informasi e-commerce ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam pengolahan data penjualan pada Rare Official Store.

Abstract

Information technology is now showing many major changes as well as its influence, in the accounting field in particular it can help company management as well as in government, one of the information system activities that can be facilitated is the disposable inventory system. The West Kalimantan Provincial Health Office realized that the recording of inventory of disposable goods was still done manually or not computerized, thus allowing for errors in recording incoming goods, outgoing goods, stock of goods, and making reports. The research method used is data collection, observation, interviews, literature study, system design, analysis of software requirements for system design and software, implementation and unit testing. The design of this website is built using the waterfall model development method and the PHP programming language and utilizes the MySQL database as a database server. The results of this study are the right solution to overcome the problems that exist in the West Kalimantan Provincial Health Office. With a computerized system will be very helpful in supporting all activities so as to produce effective and efficient work.

Abstract

In the ever-evolving era of digital transformation, this research introduces the concept of the Fisher's Home Information System (SIMAYA) as a solution to support the progress and sustainability of the fisheries sector. SIMAYA is designed to meet the specific needs of fishermen by providing access to relevant information, effective fish stock management, and facilitating online connectivity and marketing. This research is grounded in a profound understanding of the complex challenges faced by fishermen, including the impacts of climate change and market fluctuations. Following the waterfall model approach in software development, SIMAYA is constructed with careful consideration of the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and delivery.Survey methods, interviews, and case studies are employed to identify the needs of fishermen and evaluate the effectiveness of SIMAYA in the field. The results of this research are expected to make a tangible contribution to improving the operational efficiency of fishermen, supporting sustainable fisheries policies, and developing economic ecosystems in coastal communities. This abstract provides a brief overview of the implementation of SIMAYA, aiming to create a positive impact in bringing change to the fisheries sector. With advancing technology, SIMAYA is expected to be an effective tool in advancing the welfare of fishermen and enhancing the sustainability of fisheries resources

Abstract

Efficient and transparent financial management is a crucial factor in optimizing the performance of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), which aim to support rural economic development. BUMDes Jaya Usaha, located in Bhakti Jaya Village, Meliau District, West Kalimantan, faces challenges in accurately and timely recording financial data due to the limitations of conventional methods, which risk errors, delays, and a lack of transparency. To address these issues, this study develops a digital cash book information system using the Waterfall method, which provides a structured approach to meet system requirements. The implementation of this information system is expected to improve the speed, accuracy, and transparency of financial records, thereby supporting BUMDes Jaya Usaha in making more timely and accurate decisions. Additionally, this study is intended to serve as a model for system development for other BUMDes facing similar challenges. Thus, the implementation of this technology is anticipated to contribute to enhancing financial management quality and the welfare of Bhakti Jaya Village residents

Abstract

This study addresses cash outflow management challenges faced by Aditya Creative, a small-medium enterprise (SME) in banner design services. Manual recording practices caused unclear expenditure tracking, transaction evidence disorganization, and operational inefficiencies. To resolve these issues, we designed a web-based cash outflow accounting system prototype using the Waterfall SDLC methodology (focused on requirement analysis and design stages). Data were collected through field observation, SME owner interviews, and literature review on system modeling. The prototype was developed with UML diagrams (Use Case, Activity, Sequence) and Figma interface designs, featuring core functionalities: Real-time cash outflow recording, expenditure monitoring dashboard, customizable report generation, data filtering/editing/deletion, digital proof-of-payment storage. Results demonstrate a user-centric solution that streamlines financial operations through automated recording and reporting. The prototype eliminates manual bookkeeping errors while providing actionable insights via visual expenditure analytics. This design serves as a foundational framework for future implementation of a fully functional system, potentially expandable to cash inflow management for comprehensive SME cash flow optimization.
