Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of the role of supervisor and procrastination on the success of doctoral studies. The sample of this research was 149 alumni of the doctoral program in Indonesia who are taken randomly. A causal study using SEM PLS was implemented with Multi Group analysis (MGA) based on work groups between lecturers and non-lecturer employees. The results of this study indicated that the role of supervisor has a positive effect on the success of the study both as a whole and per group. The role of supervisor has a positive and significant effect on overall procrastination, but differs within the group, for lecturers it is not significant while for non-lecturers is significant. Procrastination as a whole sample has no significant effect on the success of doctoral study, as well as within the group. This can be concluded that the supervisor's role plays an important role in increasing the success of doctoral students' studies.Keywords: Success of study, role of supervisor, Procrastination.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of front office service quality, price perception, and customer experience on customer satisfaction at the Horison Kotaraja Hotel Papua. This research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, using primary data obtained from 150 respondents using an online questionnaire. The results showed that the three variables had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Price perception is the most dominant variable in influencing customer satisfaction, followed by customer experience and front office service quality. These findings provide the importance for hotel management to improve customer satisfaction through the right pricing strategy, consistent frontliner service, and creating a memorable customer experience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki bagaimana kepercayaan merek, harga, dan kualitas produk memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen Generasi Z terhadap produk cokelat SilverQueen. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan purposive sampling melalui kuesioner daring berdasarkan skala Likert 5 poin, dengan 173 responden yang berpartisipasi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4.0. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan merek, harga, dan kualitas produk secara signifikan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Hasil ini menekankan perlunya membangun kepercayaan merek yang kuat, menerapkan strategi penetapan harga yang efektif, dan mempertahankan kualitas produk yang konsisten agar lebih menarik bagi konsumen Generasi Z SilverQueen.
