The purpose of multimedia devices development is controlling through voice. Nowdays voice that can be recognized only in English. To overcome the issue, then recognition using Indonesian language model and accousticc model and dictionary. Automatic Speech Recognizier is build using engine CMU Sphinx with modified english language to Indonesian Language database and XBMC used as the multimedia player. The experiment is using 10 volunteers testing items based on 7 commands. The volunteers is classifiedd by the genders, 5 Male & 5 female. 10 samples is taken in each command, continue with each volunteer perform 10 testing command. Each volunteer also have to try all 7 command that already provided. Based on percentage clarification table, the word âKananâ had the most recognize with percentage 83% while âpilihâ is the lowest one. The word which had the most wrong clarification is âkembaliâ with percentagee 67%, while the word âkananâ is the lowest one. From the result of Recognition Rate by male there are several command such as âKembaliâ, âUtamaâ, âAtas â and âBawahâ has the low Recognition Rate. Especially for âkembaliâ cannot be recognized as the command in the female voices but in male voice that command has 4% of RR this is because the command doesnât have similar word in english near to âkembaliâ so the system unrecognize the command. Also for the command âPilihâ using the female voice has 80% of RR but for the male voice has only 4% of RR. This problem is mostly because of the different voice characteristic between adult male and female which male has lower voice frequencies (from 85 to 180 Hz) than woman (165 to 255 Hz).The result of the experiment showed that each man had different number of recognition rate caused by the difference tone, pronunciation, and speed of speech. For further work needs to be done in order to improving the accouracy of the Indonesian Automatic Speech Recognition system.Keywords: Automatic Speech Recognizer, Indonesian Acoustic Model, CMU Sphinx, indonesian Language Model, Recognition Rate, XBMC.

Feeding is one of the most important factors in vanammei shrimp culture. Feeding time must be scheduled regulary and it is prohibit from being late. Because it can affect to the development and growth of vanammei shrimp. The Research of monitoring and control system of vanammei shrimp feeding continues to be developed. The development of hardware and software in this study prioritizes monitoring of pH conditions, oxygen levels, and pond temperatures. The measurement results of pH, oxygen levels and pond temperature can be used as decision makers for vanammei shrimp feeding schedules. The decision making system using the Fuzzy Logic method. The development of control devices for feeding aims to set a schedule for feeding automatically. The use of monitoring devices and automatic Feeder control of shrimp feeding can reduce the accumulation of leftover shrimp feed, so that feeding can be more efficient.

Suhu dan kelembapan sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan tanaman padi. Untuk itu sangatlah penting untuk selalu dilakukan monitoring kedua aspek tersebut sehingga produksi tanaman padi dapat meningkat. Dan untuk melakukan monitoring diperlukan peralatan yang fleksibel, mudah dan murah dalam pengimplementasiannya. Oleh sebab itu dalam penelitian ini dibuatlah sebuah peralatan monitoring suhu dan pH yang berbasis embedded sistem dan wireless mesh. Penggunaan embedded system dikarekan bentuknya yang kecil namun power full untuk fungsi tertentu, dan wireless mesh memiliki fleksibilitas tinggi untuk diterapkan di area rurel seperti persawahan. Di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan yakni studi literatur, analisa dan perancangan sensor berbasis embedded, pembuatan sistem, pengujian sistem dan diakhiri dengan pelaporan serta publikasi. Pada tahapan pengujian akan dilakukan di dua lokasi berbeda yakni di LAB Teknik Informatika dan di lokasi pertanian. Disamping itu parameter-parameter yang di analisa pada saat pengujian adalah stabilitas pembacaan suhu dan pH, pengaruh jarak jangkau wireless mesh terhadap kualitas pembacaan, pengaruh banyaknya hop dan pengaruh routing protokol wireless mesh. Setelah dilakukan pengujian dan analisa pada akhirnya akan didapatkan sebuah peralatan monitoring suhu dan pH yang handal, stabil, dengan karakteristik jarak, hop count serta routing protokol yang optimum. Penelitian ini akan memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi dunia pertanian oleh sebab itu sangatlah penting untuk dilakukan penelitian ini dan akan memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat umum.

Pembelajaran merupakan hal yang utama dalam sebuah institusi pendidikan, sehingga proses pembelajaran yang baik akan menghasilkan lulusan yang baik pula. Namun demikian banyak temui sekolah-sekolah yang proses pembelajarannya masih konvensional dan salah satunya di SMK NU Rogojampi. Keadaan ini tentu saja perlu diperbaiki dengan meningkatkan sarana pembelajarannya untuk meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar. Oleh sebab itu melalui program pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat mendukung dan meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar di Mitra. Program bertujuan menerapkan pembelajaran daring (on line) dengan membangun sebuah portal e-learning untuk membantu proses belajar mengajar. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan penerapan pembelajaran daring menggunakan moodle sebagai aplikasi Learning Mangement Sytem (LMS). Madu merupakan salah satu produk unggulan yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok Tani Tunas Harapan di kelurahan Gombengsari. Salah satu faktor utama penyebab kurang maksimalnya hasil budidaya madu adalah proses pemeliharaan lebah masih konvensional serta proses pemanenan madu secara konvensional yaitu metode pengasapan saat panen madu yang mengakibatkan banyak lebah pekerja yang mati pada saat pengasapan kemudian pada saat pemerahan madu dari sarang dilakukan dengan mengambil sarang dengan memotong sarang lebah dan menyaringnya menggunakan kain sehingga mengurangi tingkat higienitas dan banyak madu yang terbuang saat proses penyaringan. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut maka program pengabdian masyarakat ini menawarkan solusi dari permasalahan yang dimiliki oleh mitra yaitu dengan memberikan sebuah pelatihan kepada mitra para peternak lebah madu yang memanfaatkan teknologi yang menerapkan penggunaan frame flowhive pada sarang lebah madu sehingga memudahkan proses pemanenan madu berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien serta dapat melakukan monitoring dari jarak jauh. Kegiatan pelatihan ini ditujukan pada para petani yang tergabung dalam kelompok tani Tunas Harapan yang terdiri dari 10 orang para peternak lebah madu. Metode pelatihan yang diberikan yaitu berupa paparan penjelasan tentang perangkat flow hive meliputi fungsi, cara menggunakan perangkat IoT dan penggunaan aplikasi pada Smartphone dengan cara melakukan demontrasi alat secara langsung dan instalasi pada kandang lebah madu dilapangan. Dengan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pelatihan ini pengabdi telah melaksanakan tranfer teknologi kepada para peternak lebah madu. Setelah melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan ini para peternak lebah madu dapat mengoperasikan perangkat Frame Flow hive dan aplikasi android secara maksimal sehingga dapat memaksimalkan hasil produksi madu.

Optimalisasi penggunaan ruangan gedung 454 menjadi perhatian utama dari Poliwangi agar dapat memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal kepada seluruh civitas akademika. Berdasarkan dari hasil rapat evaluasi pemanfaatan gedung 454 oleh jajaran pimpinan Poliwangi menunjukkan bahwa masih diperlukan adanya perencanaan yang tepat untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan ruangan di gedung 454. Proses pelayanan ruangan gedung 454 dilakukan oleh Unit Pelayanan Kelas (UPK). Proses pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh UPK saat ini masih dilakukan secara konvensional, belum adanya sistem yang mengelola proses pemantauan ruangan gedung 454. Sistem monitoring ini dibangun menggunakan PhP dan Database Mysql. Sedangkan untuk aplikasi android dibangun menggunakan Android Studion. Sistem Monitoring Ruang Gedung 454 menampilkan data ruangan yang ada di Gedung 454 dengan 4 kondisi warna yaitu warna putih menandakan ruangan kosong, warna hijau menandakan ruangan terpakai, warna merah menandakan ruangan tidak layak pakai, dan warna kuning menandakan ruangan terjadwal. Sistem Monitoring Ruang Gedung 454 menampilkan data kondisi fasilitas yang ada di ruangan yang telah dimasukkan melalui aplikasi berbasis android dan menyediakan informasi laporan penggunaan ruangan di gedung 454 Politeknik Negeri Banyuwangi yang dikelola oleh aplikasi sistem monitoring berbasis website. Optimizing the utilization of the building 454 is a major concern of Poliwangi in order to provide maximum service to the entire academic community. Based on the results of the evaluation meeting for the use of building 454 by the leader of Poliwangi, shows that there is still a need for proper planning to optimize the use of space in building 454. The service process for building 454 is carried out by the Unit Pelayanan Kelas (UPK). The Room service process carried out by UPK is currently still being perform conventionally, there is no system that manages the monitoring process of the room in building 454. This monitoring system was built using PhP and Mysql Database. As for the android application built using Android Studion. Building 454 Room Monitoring System displays existing room data in Building 454 with 4 color conditions: white indicates empty space, green indicates used space, red indicates unsuitable space, and yellow indicates scheduled space. The Room Service of Building 454 Monitoring System displays the condition of existing facilities in the room that have been entered through an Android-based application and provides information on room usage reports in the Banyuwangi State Polytechnic building 454 which is managed by a website-based monitoring system application.

Spesifikasi dan populasi burung di Indonesia termasuk lima besar di dunia. Pada tahun 2019 terdapat 1777 jenis burung. Perlindungan terhadap ekosistem burung Indonesia, menjadi salah satu bentuk konservasi alam dari pemerintah Indonesia melalui Dinas Lingkungan Hidup. Pemerintah dan masyarakat harus bersama-sama berperan aktif dalam perlindungan satwa langka untuk menghindari dari kepunahan. Proses pengembangbiakan satwa burung langka menjadi prioritas pemerintah dalam menjaga kelestarian dari kepunahan. Salah satu tujuan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana membuat kandang koloni atau kandang pasangan burung yang dapat dikendalikan atau difungsikan secara otomatis agar lebih mudah bagi para peternak untuk mengembangbiakkan burung lo, dalam hal ini burung lovebird. Kandang pintar dengan kelengkapan seperti nodeMCU, Arduino, ESP8266 dapat diitegrasikan sebagai layanan kendali menggunakan IoT. Penelitian ini mempunyai spesifikasi pemberi pakan dan minum otomatis agar burung dapat dikendalikan pola makannya dan terhindar dari kegemukan dan beberapa penyakit patogen yang menyertainya. Species and bird populations in Indonesia are among the top five in the world. In 2019 there were 1777 species of birds. Protection of Indonesian bird ecosystems has become one of the forms of nature conservation from the Indonesian government through the Office of the Environment. The government and the community must jointly play an active role in the protection of endangered species to avoid extinction. The process of breeding endangered species of birds has become the government's priority in preserving extinction. One of the aims of this research is how to make a colony cage or a pair of bird cages that can be controlled or function automatically to make it easier for breeders to breed lo birds, in this case lovebird birds. Smart enclosures with equipment such as node MCU, Arduino, ESP8266 can be integrated as a control service using IoT. This study has the specifications of automatic feeding and drinking so that birds can be controlled by their diet and avoid obesity and some pathogenic diseases that accompany it.

Durian is a popular fruit native to Southeast Asia, even labeled as the king of fruits. Currently, both fresh and processed durians have been very well received by the public in both local and export markets [1]. However, it is not uncommon for durians purchased in poor quality, such as bland taste, rotten, or immature [2]. Therefore, a method to identify the quality of durian is needed. One of the durian elements that can be used to identify its quality is the shape and texture of its outer skin. The object discussed in this paper is the relationship between the fractal dimensions of durian skin image and the sugar content of durian flesh. Its fractal dimensions are searched using the box-counting method. The box-counting method is used to calculate fractal dimensions with the fractal object placed in a box area. Then it is calculated by how many boxes are needed to cover all the fractal parts. The relationship was then analyzed using the coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis produce an R-Square value of 0,029333. The R-Square value obtained shows that the fractal dimension of the texture of the durian skin does not significantly affect the sugar content of the durian flesh.
