Abstract

SMP Islam Terpadu Pesantren Nururrahman, Depok merupakan salah satu sekolah yang menerapkan konsep full day school berbasis kurikulum nasional dan aspek kepesantrenan. Sekolah melakukan perekrutan guru tetap yang sangat ketat dan selektif. Sejak tahun 2004 hingga saat ini sekolah belum menggunakan sistem informasi perekrutan yang terintegrasi dengan baik, terdapat kesulitan melakukan peninjauan kembali dokumen-dokumen dan pencarian data secara up-to-dated serta pembuatan laporan / surat pemanggilan calon guru pada setiap awal tahun ajaran baru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kebutuhan-kebutuhan pengguna dan desain atau rancang bangun sistem informasi rekrutmen calon guru baru untuk mengoptimalkan proses perekrutan tenaga pengajar yang sesuai dengan formasi yang ditetapkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik penelitian melalui studi pustaka, wawancara dan observasi. Rancang bangunsistem yang digunakan adalah rich picture diagram modelling. Metode pengembangan untuk membuat rancangan sistem yang digunakan meliputi diagram konteks usulan yang ditransformasikan ke dalam skema basis data dalam bentukphysical data model (PDM) dan rancangan layar (interface) menggunakan program berbasis server maupun web. Hasil dari rancang bangun sistem informasi perekrutan calon guru baru diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi SMP IT Pesantren Nururrahman untuk dapat memecahkan permasalahan pada sistem berjalan dengan pembuatan database management system (DBMS) sehingga mempermudah dalam proses pencarian dan pengarsipan data serta dapat membuatlaporan atau surat pemanggilan kandidat atau calon guru baru secara cepat dan informatif.

Abstract

The object of research is PT. ABC. The company was founded in 2003, running a business as a distributor of sales products, such as multivitamins and supplements. Currently, PT. ABC is still not yet used a computerized sales information system between one process with another process. PT. ABC has difficulty data costumer archiving, finding data and the process of report presenting takes a relatively long time. The purpose of research is to analyzing the current information system and make an sales information system based application with adding sales return system which has complements fit up the product database. This application is expected to provide accurate information about the process of sales product health. The method used is qualitative research method through the study of literature, interview and observation. Analysis of current systems using the entity-relationship model (ERM). The design of system using the PHP language programming with a MySQL database. The results obtained from this study is a making a computerized database as of can make report with quickly, accurately and informative. Abstract

This study aim to determine the factors that influence Google Scholar services on college students use the IS Success Model. There are five developed constructs of Technology Acceptance Model consist of network externality, information quality, system quality, service quality and satisfaction. The study is causality using survey approach. The amount of respondents sample is 224 respondents from STMIK Widuri college students. The method of data analysis uses path analysis with sobet tests. The results of this research showed that: (1) network externality have a positive direct effect on the each construct of the IS Success Model is information quality, system quality and service quality; (2) merely system quality has a positive direct effect on the satisfaction college students; and (3) in addition, merely network externality also has a positive indirect effect on the satisfaction college students through system quality.

Abstract

Analysis of decision support systems derived using a mathematical models with goodness-of-fit approach can confirm or produce the results of a goodness of fit concordance. The estimation method used in this study use a maximum likelihood estimation of indicators consists of financial liquidity ratio's such as current ratio's, quick or acid test ratio's, cash ratio's and net-working capital ratio's which are tested for validity and evaluation of goodness-of fit criteria. Decision support systems based on structural equation modeling (SEM) which are derived into mathematical models (quantitative) can explain the complexity of the relationship between the goodness-of fit using a structural equation modeling (SEM) based approach

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh intellectual capital dan kualitas audit terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan dividend policy sebagai pemoderasi. Pengukuran intellectual capital yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ditentukan berdasarkan pendekatan komponen value added capital employee (VACA). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling untuk menentukan sampel dari perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor otomotif dan komponennya yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2014-2018. Total sampel yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah 11 dari 13 populasi perusahaan sepanjang tahun penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode moderated regression analysis (MRA) dengan pendekatan pure moderator. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa intellectual capital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan kualitas audit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sementara, modal intelektual dan kualitas audit tidak berpengaruh signifikan yang dimoderasi oleh dividend policy terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Online shopping is a new form of communication that does not require a face-to-face meetings. If consumers get good service rights, then the added value for a company that will make consumers will continue to make transactions at that place. The trust of a customer is very important for an online company. A customer must have a positive attitude towards the online store. The method used in this research is the positivistic method based on the philosophy of positivism. The data will be used in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics in order to explain the causal relationship to be examined. This research can be used as input and performance evaluation related to service quality and product quality on trust to achieve customer satisfaction in an online store.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kemajuan Teknologi Informasi Komunikasi (TIK) telah menghasilkan inovasi dalam fungsi teknologi yang memudahkan kehidupan manusia, terutama dalam globalisasi pendidikan. Sistem informasi akademik dapat dipahami sebagai suatu sistem yang dirancang melalui perangkat lunak atau perangkat keras dalam kegiatan akademik, dikelola dengan baik untuk mengolah data akademik. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pelatihan Manajemen Administrasi Pendidikan dan Sistem Informasi Akademik Tenaga Kependidikan di Direktorat Pendidikan Idrisiyyah Tasikmalaya. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan latar belakang penggunaan sistem informasi di lingkungan tenaga kependidikan untuk menghadapi perkembangan teknologi informasi. Selain itu, dilakukan pelatihan bagi pengguna sistem informasi dalam rangka manajemen administrasi pendidikan untuk mempersiapkan masa depan yang selalu berubah. Hasil dari pelatihan ini bermanfaat dan mendukung pelaksanaan administrasi di lingkungan yang lebih baik. Keinginan untuk menerapkan Sistem Informasi Akademik berbasis teknologi informasi untuk segera diimplementasikan di lingkungan institusi pendidikan untuk memaksimalkan pelayanan kepada stakeholders. An academic information system can be understood as a system designed through software or hardware in academic activities, well managed to process academic data. This Community Service is carried out through training activities in Education Administration Management and Academic Information Systems for Education Personnel at the Directorate of Education, Idrisiyyah Tasikmalaya. This training was carried out with the background of using information systems in the education staff environment to deal with the development of information technology. In addition, training was conducted for users of information systems in the context of educational administration management to prepare for the ever-changing future. The results of this training are beneficial and support the implementation of administration in the environment better. The desire to apply Information Technology-based Academic Information Systems to be immediately implemented in the educational institution environment to maximize services to stakeholders'. Abstract

This research will re-examine the factors that influence the audit report lag, including profitability, size of public accounting firms, and firms' age at companies conducting IPOs in 2019 and including the LQ-45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses the Big-Four categorization as a proxy of size of the public accounting firm. This type of research uses the causal effect with a quantitative research approach. The final sample was determined to be 99 company data. The data analysis technique used multiple regressions. The results showed that the audit report lag was negatively influenced by the size of public accounting firms and firms' age, while the profitability factor did not affect it. The audit report lag contribution was influenced by the three factors above and simultaneously.

Abstract

The era of ICT-based information (information and communication technology), information becomes an absolute primary means for users decent individuals and organizations as a medium of exchange and interaction. Google Drive is one of the internet-based services application that allows users to make storage media as a resources. The destination of this research to calibration the IS Success Model of Google Drive as a storage medium among college students with the elements i.e. Information Quality, System Quality and Service Quality. The research method used a quantitative approach with questionnaires as a means of data collection. The number of samples counted by 77 respondents. The data analysis methods using structural equation modeling by Lisrel Version 8.72 through descriptive statistic analysis, test of quality instrument, goodness-of fit model, and hypotesis test. The findings represent that the IS Success Model prove significant influence on Satisfaction of college student through Information Quality and System Quality while Quality Service is not significant influence. Service Quality and System Quality are the most effective variables affecting Satisfaction of college student with correlation coefficient in the amount of 67,8 percent and 66,5 percent.

Abstract

Keterlambatan pelaporan audit menjadi persoalan penting bagi investor. Perusahaan-perusahaan yang melakukan Initial Public Offerings (IPO) di tahun 2019 memiliki tantangan tersendiri dalam kinerja perusahaannya apakah akan memperpanjang, tetap atau bahkan justru justru dapat memperpendek Audit Delay. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kembali determinan Profitabilitas, Opini Audit dan Ukuran Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) dalam pengaruhnya terhadap Audit Delay. Jenis penelitian kausalitas mendasari penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel akhir penelitian ditetapkan sebanyak 53 perusahaan. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis multivariat dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan rata-rata Audit Delay selama 104,49 hari walaupun adanya penundaan 2 bulan akibat pandemi COVID-19. Audit Delay tidak dipengaruhi oleh determinan Profitabilitas, Opini Audit dan Ukuran KAP
