Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena pada kurikulum 2013 yangmenekankan pentingnya keseimbangan kopetensi sikap, pengetahuan danketerampilan, kemampuan matematika yang dituntut dibentuk melaluipembelajaran berkelanjutan dimulai dengan meningkatkan pengetahuantentang metode-metode matematika, dilanjutkan dengan keterampilanmenyajikan suatu permasalahan secara matematis dan menyelesaikan, danbermuara pada pembentukan sikap jujur, kritis, kreatif, teliti dan taataturan. Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruhpositif dan signifikan antara sikap siswa pada matematika terhadap hasilbelajar matematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Ex Post Facto,pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angketdan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar angket danlembar nilai hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, ada pengaruhpositif dan signifikan antara sikap siswa pada matematika terhadap hasilbelajar matematika sebesar 0,475 dan tergolong cukup tinggi dengankoefisien determinasi 0,2256, sehingga dapat dikatakan sikap siswa padamatematika berpengaruh 22,56% terhadap hasil belajar matematika, dan77,44% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.Kata Kunci: sikap siswa pada matematika, hasil belajar matematika

Abstract

STKIP PGRI Sidoarjo is an educational institution and teaching staff in which curriculum design is designed to print students into educators. Entrepreneurship courses at STKIP PGRI Sidoarjo are subjects that must be taken by students with learning outcomes so that students gain knowledge and skills in running entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to identify the entrepreneurship character of PGSD study program students and Historical education study program STKIP PGRI Sidoarjo. This type of research is quantitative while the instrument used is a questionnaire test. The population used is PGSD study program students and History education who are currently attending entrepreneurship courses. The sample used was 56 students. The results showed 22 or 39.3% of students had a high entrepreneurial character, 28 or 50% of students had a moderate entrepreneurial character and 6 or 10.7% of students had a low entrepreneurial character. This shows that, even though students study at educational institutions and teaching staff, the professional teacher printing institute turns out to have a high interest in becoming an entrepreneur.

Abstract

The focus of this study was to determine the effect of peer group variables and the use of social media on student consumptive behavior at SMPN 1 Sidoarjo. The type of research chosen is explanatory or explanatory research. The selected population coverage is 9 classes containing 297 students. The sampling method used was random or simple random sampling. The total sample selected was 30 students with the data collection step using a questionnaire. The questionnaire was then tested for validity, reliability, and residual normality. After the questionnaire passes the test, then the hypothesis test and statistical data analysis test is carried out. The results of the hypothesis test explain that there is an effect produced by peer group variables and the use of social media on students' consumptive behavior separately (partially) or simultaneously (simultaneously), while the results of the multiple coefficient of determination are known from the value of R Square (R2) of 0.826 or 82.6% (if a percentage) and the remaining 17.4% comes from other variables outside the study. If the peer group variable has a one-unit increase, the consumptive behavior variable will increase by 0.650. If the variable use of social media has increased by one unit, the consumer behavior variable has increased by 0.400 based on the results of multiple regression analysis.

Abstract

Penghasilan adalah informasi penting dari laporan keuangan bagi pengguna karena nilai prediktifnya. Pendapatan juga dapat menjadi sumber konflik karena pemegang saham mayoritas dan minoritas, kreditur dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya memiliki kepentingan yang berbeda. Studi ini menyelidiki masalah pemegang saham mayoritas dan kreditur yang dimediasi oleh corporate governance terkait dengan laba dan rugi. Populasi perusahaan non keuangan yang dilengkapi dengan fasilitas website dan terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2019 – 2020 digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dengan teknik purposive sampling, diperoleh 120 sampel. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode regresi berganda untuk analisis data yang memiliki taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan keluarga dan leverage berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap kualitas laba, sedangkan struktur dan mekanisme corporate governance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas laba. Implikasi dari penelitian ini : secara teoritis, (1) dalam perusahaan kepemilikan keluarga terkonsentrasi, keluarga memiliki control yang kuat untuk memutuskan kebijakan perusahaan yang penting mengutamakan kepentingan keluarga pemegang saham. (2) Perusahaan keluarga di Indonesia juga memiliki struktur hutang yang tinggi, yang menyebabkan pemegang saham keluarga (manager) melakukan moral hazard dengan memilih kebijakan akuntansi untuk menigkatkan pendapatan (increase income). Implikasi kebijakan : (1) Regurator pasar modal perlu menetapkan batasan proporsi kepemilikan keluarga untuk menjaga keseimbangan antara kepentingan perusahaan dan pemangku kepentingan. (2) Regulator perlu terus meningkatkan penerapan regulasi corporate governance pada perusahaan publik.

Abstract

The integration of digital technology in university-level English language learning is vital for enhancing student engagement and interaction. This research develops Digital Modules using the R&D method and the R2D2 model, including stages of definition, development, and dissemination. Designed to be self-contained, independent, adaptive, and user-friendly, the modules meet modern educational needs. Evaluations by media experts, subject matter experts, and students scored 88.5%, 93.1%, and 92.6%, respectively, indicating that the modules are effective without requiring revisions. The modules aim to improve text reading skills through various activities, multimedia elements, and different text formats like news articles and essays. Conducted with 65 undergraduate Management students at the International Institute of Tourism and Business, the study shows significant improvements in reading skills. The modules are highly accessible, facilitating independent learning and enhancing material comprehension. The developed digital modules are suitable and effective for English language learning, meeting all objectives and criteria.

Abstract

Everything that can be used to convey messages or information during the teaching and learning process is called learning media. Teaching mathematics, especially fractions, will be easier if you use learning media. Teachers and educators still use lectures and assignments as learning methods, so students may not understand the fraction material. Thus, researchers must apply the Snakes and Ladders learning media to evaluate students' responses to the media and to identify differences between pre- and post-test results. The author uses research and development (R&D). This research and development uses Sugiyono's development model modified from Borg and Gall. The research was conducted on class III students at Masangan Wetan Elementary School with a total of 33 students. The results of the research show that 88.5% of students understand the fraction material better after using Snakes and Ladders media, thus showing that Snakes and Ladders media is suitable for use. From the results of the questionnaire calculation, media validation obtained a score of 84% (very feasible) and material validation obtained a score of 88.5% (very feasible) and was proven to be able to improve learning outcomes achieved with a satisfaction score of 87.6 (strongly agree), and learning outcomes Students experienced an increase, initially the completion score of the pretest questions obtained a percentage of 73.3% in the good category and the completion score of the posttest obtained a percentage of 87.5% in the very good category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the development of fractional snakes and ladders media (ARTACA) can improve the learning outcomes of grade III elementary school students.

Abstract

This research is rooted in the importance of inclusive education and the limitations experienced by students with Down Syndrome in language skills, particularly in reading. The Busy Book was chosen as an innovative solution to enhance students’ motivation, concentration, and reading ability through an engaging and interactive learning approach. The objective of this study is to analyze the development of reading skills in students with Down Syndrome at the elementary level using the Busy Book as a learning medium. This study employs a descriptive quantitative method, with data collected through reading tests and student response questionnaires conducted at SDI Al-Chusnaini, Sukodono. The research subjects consist of two students with Down Syndrome. The results indicate that the use of the Busy Book had a positive effect on students’ reading skills. The average increase in the reading test score of student 1 was 46.66%, while student 2 showed an improvement of 26.67%. Additionally, student 1’s response to the media showed a higher average score of 63.89% compared to student 2’s score of 52.78%. Student 1 demonstrated greater interest, focus, and independence, while student 2 tended to experience confusion and lacked focus. Thus, the Busy Book has proven to be effective in enhancing the reading skills of students with Down Syndrome at the elementary school level, with a recommendation to adjust the media according to the preferences and needs of each student.
