Abstract

Inventory data information and selling system is a system that provides the information services includes goods inventory, selling and purchasing transactions. Theaxistence of information system is important, in this point, Inventory data information and selling system in Jaya Abadi Motor of Nguter Repair Shop addressed as resarchlocation, beause system used here still simple and manually, where all the activities of incomin and outcoming goods administering are only recorded in ordinary books. This system had some impacts on time expanded used in data processing, searching, and daily goods selling. Another problem has been raised as mistaken on recording, and this not easy to make investigation to the lost and broken goods. The aims of this research is to make easier in minimizing good’s also data goods reporting, increasinginventory monitoring therefore, data processing and goods inventory would be controlled better. Research method used in this study is observation, interview, and literature. Information system used here is Windows 7 operating system, and uses Visual Basic.Net 2005, also Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Software. Research results from this study are an information system of data inventory and selling called: Inventory data information and selling system in Jaya Abadi Motor Repair Shop of Nguter, has made to provide the goods inventory monitoring in Jaya Abadi Motor Repair Shop of Nguter.

Abstract

Civic Administration Information System (SIAK) made by the writer when he had apprenticeship is run well. By the time being, the SIAK users find some problems,because the SIAK being used now has some deficiencies, those are: it is stand alone, unspecific civic data, not optimal form interface, uncomplete KTP data, and uncertaindata redundancy. It based Local Area Network (LAN) is a multiuser information system used to process computerized civils data and is able to minimalize data redundancy.The output of SIAK is family Certificate (KK), Indonesian Biodata, Identity Data Card (KTP), and Migration Certificate.

Abstract

Information Systems of Final Project in Sahid University of Surakarta still using manual systems, where the filing of the title is still using a paper form, the studentmust immediately meet the Study Program Chairman and academic advisor for raising titles and information about any title that has been received is still not transparent.Information about anyone who has graduated and who will graduate and the graduation schedule is not yet maximal. Information Systems of Final Project which canbe accessed quickly students are needed so that students can obtain information more quickly and accurately about the End Task. The method used in the manufacture of this Information Systems of Final Project using structured programming. Testing the system in this study using the method of Mc Call, using five factors: portability, reliability, maintainability, usability and compability. Mc Call method was chosen because it is easy to use and powerful toolto measure software quality. Information Systems of Final Project based web is the right step to provide information about the final project that can be accessed efficiently by the students who took the Final. This system can also be used as a means to consult a counselor for students enrolled following the End Task. Information Systems of Final Project which is expected to be web-based facilities that support the process of final project at the Sahid University of Surakarta. Having measured using the method of Mc Call, the total value of the quality of this system is (77,8 %)). The value of measuring the quality of the systems have been able to determine that the system can be used in Sahid University of Surakarta.

Abstract

Parking system which is commonly done purposing to put the parking area in order only on giving ticket connected to the computer system in per hour charge. Itmeans the cunsumers have to look for the parking space by them selves. The problem is come up vehicles heapping and overloading coused the unorganized parking area toget a parking space is an unconvenient thing for customers. Building a parking area informative system is a way to overcome this problem Previously the parking system in Sahid University of Surakarta was done manually by area arranging and using a ticket as a user identity for the consequence the users face the difficulty to get a parking space. Based on that fact a computerized informative system is needed to be developed to solve the problem. The system which will be developed is a parking area informative system users a programming language Visual Basic 6.0, My SQL Server as database and seagate crystal report to make a report. It is designed to overcome the unorganized parking area, so it can help the users getting parking area space, and also this computerized sytem will make an addition on security value. By building this new parking area system Sahid University of Surakarta of sha able to overcome the problems such as the vehichles heapping overloading unorganizedparking area and also the difficulty to get a parking space.

Abstract

Community is a group of people who share and support to each other and Collegiate is a person who has been followed of graduated from a school or university.The technological growth, development a collegiate community website can be a communication media and brotherhood between the graduated. With that technology, soit made Collegiate Relation Community Website, Sahid University of Surakarta. Collegiate Relation Community Website, Sahid University of Surakarta build uses a PHP program language and MySQL database, it is developed using data modelwith DFD, ERD, and Data Dictionary, Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 as an easier way to use the website. By website Collegiate Relation Community Website, Sahid Universityof Surakarta, graduated can interact and change information like sharing the story, vacancy, etc. Collegiate Relation Community Website is having the character ofdynamic, so the information can be served in this website always up to date. This research yield a Collegiate Relation Community Website, Sahid University of Surakarta. Assessment Quality of Collegiate Relation Community Website, SahidUniversity of Surakarta pursuant to important aspect of method McCall by random sampling using some factors which related to software operational character there arecorrectness, reliability, efficiency, integrity, portability, flexibility, usability and maintainability. Result conclusion of Collegiate Relation Community Website, SahidUniversity of Surakarta is 75,5 %, it is Good.

Abstract

Technology in the business world increasingly plays an important role. One of them is the application of a computerized of sales information system on the companyfor the work efficiency. This ways is more and more often used because it useful for storage of data and make the search for data or information easier, in order avoid theusual dereliction that usually find in the manual storage systems. Various problems that often arise as a result of manually managing on Semesta Art Galery are: (a) the stock of goods in warehouse is difficult to be controlled, (b) high risk loss data of purchase and sales transaction, and (c) recording system of non-cash sales / credit is not optimal. The objectivity of the research is to build sales information system on Semesta Art Galery in case for: 1) change the manual sales system into computerized systems. 2)Increasing sales by adding non-cash sales menu / credits on software that is built so hoped non-cash sales system can increase the number of costumers, and 3)helps thestaff in processing of goods sale data, supplier data reports, reports sales, and bill of sales transaction. This system is build using the waterfall method (the life cycle ofsoftware) and uses the programming language Visual Basic 6.0, SQL Server 7. based on results of testing system using Mc Call method, show a total value of the quality is 75.4% with the conclusion that: 1) the sales information system is easy tolearn and operate by the user, 2) can run on hardware and operating systems that exist in the Semesta Art Gallery, 3) has good level in efficiency, very effective to minimize the errors that occur, and is hoped can be used as a tool to optimize sales system in the Semesta Art Gallery.

Abstract

Making a decision becomes a complicated process if it does not go through the correct steps and is not supported by concrete data. Moreover, it also occurs for the type of unstructured decision making. Because of this type of decision is rare and not easy to be programmed so that the decision-making process should use the fact that is supported by the valid data. One of the example in this case is the choosing of department in a university for new students. It is a complicated process and can allow them to make a mistake. Therefore, to minimize errors in choosing of department in accordance with the ability of students, it needs technology as a tool. This study takes a case study to guide new students in choosing of department at Sahid University of Surakarta. The criteria used in making of this model is based on the assumption of the author trough considering some assessment. The aim of this study is to develop a process decision-making model by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Expert Choice tool (EC) Professional 9.0

Abstract

Many features included in the CMS (Content Management System) such as Joomla, Mambo and others, make the beginner users who have not familiar about the web design tends to have difficulty in managing the CMS-based website The purpose of this research is to build a CMS for the purposes of setting the news on line with the developing news publishing features. Therefore expected to provide convenience to the user in making the news portal and allows administrators to manage the website. Research methods used in this study is the observation, interviews, literature studies, and experiments. This research produced a new CMS that provides convenience to the users to manage and make dynamic content changes, especially for setting the news on line. The ability of this CMS for example are: have an easiness in build interface or its programming, because almost all the commands using Indonesian. Has facilities in management compared with the existing CMS today, because the facilities provided in a simple designed to be easily understood by users and web programmers

Abstract

Family tree search process for someone who is a member of the family would quickly be known. But instead for someone other than a family member would be adifficult thing to do if you do not know with certainty the origin of the family. The purpose of this study is making an expert system application to search the familytree using Prolog Language. The research method that I use is the method of back tracking. This research resulted in an expert system for searching the family tree.

Abstract

Calculate simple math might be resolved manually. But complex calculations such as Array, Matrix, and polynomial may require considerable time to complete. So in this study the authors make the modeling and simulation to assist the process for faster computation. The purpose of this research is to make the modeling and simulation of a simple mathematical operation, array of one-dimensional, two-dimensional arrays, matrices, and polynomial.
