Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi pelatihan, pembinaan, dan pendampingan terhadap Usaha Wanita Pengrajin Kemplang Panggang di Kelurahan Pipa Reja Kota Palembang dengan melibatkan 2 (dua) orang mitra. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman, pembekalan, dan pelatihan kepada pengrajin kemplang panggang dalam aspek produksi, pemasaran, pembiayaan, dan adminitrasi agar usaha kemplang panggang dapat lebih berkembang. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan awal dapat diidentifikasi beberapa permasalahan antara lain: 1) Jumlah produksi yang tidak stabil, 2) Produk yang kurang higienis, 3) Peralatan kerja kurang memadai, 4) Keterbatasan modal kerja, 5) Belum memiliki identitas promosi, dan 6) Belum menerapkan pembukuan usaha.Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini terbagi dalam beberapa tahapan yaitu: 1) Tahap persiapan dan perencanaan, 2) Tahap implementasi kegiatan, 3) Tahap evaluasi dan monitoring, dan 4) Tahap refleksi. Dari hasil kegiatan tampak bahwa terjadi peningkatan daya saing pengrajin kemplang panggang dan penerapan IPTEK, kemampuan pembuatan laporan keuangan usaha, dan pemanfaatan sosial media untuk pemasaran online. Selain itu, mitra juga sudah mampu melakukan manajemen usaha dan membuat proposal kredit bank dan pembentukan paguyuban usaha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan Museum Nasional Indonesia terhadap minat berkunjung kembali pengunjung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif-deskriptif dengan menggunakan 100 responden yang pernah melakukan kunjungan ke Museum Nasional Indonesia lebih dari satu kali. Variabel Bebas adalah Kualitas Pelayanan dengan dimensi Bukti Fisik, Daya Tanggap, Empati, Komunikasi, dan Pameran, sedangkan Varibael Terikat adalah Minat Berkunjung kembali. Pengambilan data penelitian menggunakan teknik survei yang dilakukan melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 25 dengan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, Uji F, dan Uji t. Secara Simultan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang sangat kuat dan berhubungan positif-signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan museum dengan minat berkunjung kembali. Secara Parsial menunjukkan bahwa Bukti Fisik, Empati, Komunikasi, dan Pameran, berpengaruh positif-signifikan, sedangkan Daya Tanggap berpengaruh positif-tidak signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali pengunjung ke Museum Nasional Indonesia. Perlu bagi Museum Nasional Indonesia untuk tetap mempetahankan, menambah beragam perlayanan publik, dan meningkatkan ketanggapan pegawai museum kepada pengunjung.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know about the influence of brand awareness and brand image  at Traveloka.com Site to Purchase Decision in Palembang. This research is using the quantitative method and descriptive statistic. The kind of data in this research are primary data from the questionnaire and secondary data is from literature study. The sample in this research is 30 respondents. The sampling technique that used in this research is non probability sampling with purposive sampling. Based on the results t test showed brand awareness has signficant influence on purchase decision. At the same time, brand image has not significant influence on purchase decision. Based on the results F test showed brand awareness and brand image are simultaneously positive and has signficant influence on purchase decision. Traveloka.com must to do innovative approaches to find new things that can build consumer memory and still keep going the positive perception from Traveloka.com.

Abstract

The business model has an important character in influencing the ability of the business to increase competition and predetermined business targets. One tool or business model that can be used successfully is the Business Model Canvas (BMC) which focuses on business concepts in realizing business value. This study analyzes the business model used in the Rose Cookies Home Industry and the problems experienced by the home industry when sales fluctuate due to distribution that only relies on Facebook social media and the financial structure is not detailed. The purpose of this research is to grow the home industry of pastries. The method applied in the following research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through direct interviews with home industry entrepreneurs. The results of the following research are evaluating the 9 elements of the Business Model Canvas to increase market activity and financing structures in the cookie home industry. It is hoped that this research can be useful for increasing revenue streams and growing businesses so they can compete in the future. Keywords: Business Model Canvas, Home Industry, Pastry

Abstract

This training was held in Pulau Harapan Village. Pulau Harapan Village is a village that has potential in rubber plantations. Most of its people live from rubber farming. In terms of income, people usually get paid from rubber farming once a week. People tend to find it difficult to manage their finances, which they think they only get a little from rubber farming and most of them only work as rubber farmers without any other jobs that produce income. In addition, rubber production is also not very good because most rubber farmers themselves do not understand the science of rubber production management. The purpose of implementing this community service activity is to provide knowledge to rubber farmers about financial management and rubber production management. The training was held for one day. From this training, it was discovered about the obstacles in the training, the results of the training obtained from the discussion and pre-test and post-test stated that rubber farmers had begun to understand about managing finances and understanding rubber production management. The results of this community service can be used as an initial step for further assistance to rubber farmer groups in Pulau Harapan Village.

Abstract

This study analyzes the financial performance of PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk for the period 2019–2023 using the Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) approaches. The analysis is based on the company’s financial statements through calculations of NOPAT, Invested Capital, WACC, and Company Value. The results show that EVA was only positive in 2022, amounting to Rp 2,717.95 billion, while in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2023, it was negative, with the lowest value recorded in 2020 at Rp -6,952.09 billion due to low capital efficiency and operational pressure. MVA also showed negative values for five consecutive years, indicating the company's failure to create market value exceeding its invested capital. The lowest MVA occurred in 2023 at Rp -60,575 billion, caused by a significant increase in capital that was not matched by a rise in market value. These findings indicate that the company’s financial performance has not been optimal, and improvements in capital efficiency, operational performance, and business strategies are necessary to enhance firm value and gain investor confidence.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the potential bankruptcy of PT Kimia Farma during the 2019–2023 period by employing the Altman Z-Score method, which is widely recognized as an analytical tool for predicting corporate financial distress. The Altman Z-Score model evaluates company performance by integrating several financial ratios, thereby providing an indication of whether a company falls into a safe, gray, or bankruptcy zone. This research adopts a quantitative descriptive approach, using secondary data obtained from PT Kimia Farma’s annual financial reports covering the years 2019 to 2023. The analysis is conducted by calculating five financial ratios that comprise the Altman Z-Score model, namely working capital to total assets, retained earnings to total assets, earnings before interest and tax to total assets, market value of equity to total liabilities, and sales to total assets. The findings of this study reveal that PT Kimia Farma was consistently in the gray zone during the period of 2019–2021, suggesting that the company faced financial instability and a moderate risk of bankruptcy. However, the results further indicate that in 2022 and 2023, the company shifted into the bankruptcy zone, signaling an alarming decline in financial health and highlighting the urgent need for managerial attention. This decline reflects weaknesses in profitability, liquidity, and leverage management, which, if not addressed promptly, may threaten the company’s long-term sustainability. The results of this study are expected to provide meaningful contributions both practically and academically. For practitioners, particularly company management, the study serves as valuable input for reassessing financial strategies, strengthening internal controls, and formulating policies aimed at restoring financial stability. For academics and future researchers, the findings offer a relevant reference for studies concerning bankruptcy prediction, financial performance evaluation, and corporate risk management, especially in the context of state-owned enterprises in Indonesia.
