Abstract

ABSTRACT The Information system base on the internet of many used by moment of internet represent the open platform (open platform) so that eliminate the company of at certain vendor like if using closed system (proprietary systems). Internet represents the most economic media to be used as information system bases. Electronic Commerce represent the usage of computer network to conduct the purchasing and goods sale, service and information electronically Besides level of benefit capable to the through the network which world, internet represent the system of computer network owning susceptance (vulnerable). Long distance dissociating consumer and situs expense and infrastructure of internet yield the uncertainty in transacting by e-vendor so that customer client have the risk of loss of money and privacy. Trust become the catalyst to transaction of seller and buyer making consumer have the big expectation to satisfy to the relation link. Trust to electronic vendor determine the consumer decision to do conduct the relation of business of e-commerce. The vendor will hinder the consumer use the product of web vendor. Key element from privacy is operation of related to accessing physical to of their his self and requirement independent of related to identity and relation of interpersonal Web site privacy influence the trust consumer, influencing attitude and desire buy from consumer. Abstract

Voluntary disclosure is corporate communication to the broader public than disclosures required by capital market regulations. The disclosure of information is beneficial as a consideration in making decisions. The Disruptive innovation disclosure is a voluntary disclosure that provides information about the state of extraordinary innovation in the company. Disruptive innovation is used to describe revolutionary innovations and not evolutionary innovations (Thomond and Lettice, 2002). Outstanding innovation to expand, develop new markets and provide new functions, affecting existing market relationships. This research is critical to know the company's adaptive capacity, going concern, sustainability, and value creation. This study examines whether financial capital, human capital, and organizational capital affect the disruptive innovation disclosure. This quantitative study uses data from banking financial services companies listed on the IDX from 2015 to 2019. There are 205 data observations observed—processing and data analysis using OLS regression. Additional analysis performed was the ANOVA difference test. The results showed that the level of disruptive innovation disclosure was 30.96%. The disclosure story is low and means that adaptive and innovative power is critical in the highly competitive banking industry. Financial capital, human capital and organizational capital have a significant positive effect on the disruptive innovation disclosure.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically of the gender diversity among the board of commissioners and firm value. Specifically, the focus of this research was based on a manufacturing company located in Indonesia. The sample consists of 623 financial statements listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2015-2019 period. The data analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis models using EViews 10 software. In contrast to earlier research, this study incorporates empirical data from Indonesian enterprises together with a wider variety of moderating factors. In the research, a simultaneously significant effect on the value of the company is indicated by the value of R Squared of 36.3%. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the gender diversity among the board of commissioners and firm value, who were proxied by Tobin’s Q through their gender on the board of commissioners had a negative effect, where these results aren’t in line with traditional theories. Other regression analysis results, gender diversity among the board of commissioners moderating with education background had no effect on firm value, different with moderating with age factor weakens the relationship gender diversity among the board of commissioners and firm value. Our findings indicate the board of commissioners of the firm is gender diverse, and their absence has no impact on the functioning of the organization. However, due to the board of commissioners' age can be considered along with experience in carrying out the supervisory function.

Abstract

Culture is one of the national identities that must be preserved and is a characteristic of a country that differentiates it from other countries. One of the cultures in Indonesia is Malay culture. Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) will visit Tanjungpinang, Indonesia with the agenda of carrying out Community Service on Penyengat Island which will be accompanied by lecturers and students from STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang. The aim of implementing Community Service is to introduce Malay culture to foreign students, especially Malay culture on Penyengat Island. This activity is carried out in the form of direct outreach. The results obtained from this Community Service activity were introducing Malay culture to overseas students with a series of activities involving lecturers, students and the residents of Penyengat Island.

Abstract

This study aims to find empirical evidence of the influence of artificial intelligence (AI) on banking financial performance (ROA) and (ROE). The population in this study were banking companies in Indonesia totaling 66 banks during 2018-2023 and obtained observation data of 389 data. Hypothesis testing using panel data regression using the help of the STATA version 12 application. The results of the study show that the application of artificial intelligence (AI) has a positive and significant influence on financial performance both measured using (ROA) and (ROE).

Abstract

This study aims to find empirical evidence of the influence of green banking disclosure on the financial performance of banks in the ASEAN region. This type of research is quantitative research using a statistical approach. The population in this study were banking companies in the ASEAN region, as many as 168 banks from 2018-2023 as samples in this study and 984 observation data were obtained. The data analysis tool in this study used panel data regression with the help of the STATA version 12 tool. The results of the study showed that green banking disclosure had a positive and significant influence on banking performance as measured using ROA and ROE.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Accounting Conservatism, Leverage, and Company Size on Earnings Quality in banking companies in Indonesia. The population of this study is all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period, totaling 47 companies. Sample selection through the Purposive Sampling method. There are 229 observation data. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, panel data regression analysis and hypotheses are tested using Stata 17. The results of this study indicate that Accounting Conservatism does not have a significant effect on Earnings Quality. Leverage has a negative effect on Earnings Quality, and Company Size does not have a significant effect on Earnings Quality

Abstract

Pendidikan anti korupsi merupakan pendekatan strategis dalam membangun karakter dan integritas generasi muda sejak jenjang sekolah menengah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru SMA mengenai konsep dan implementasi pendidikan antikorupsi melalui kegiatan sosialisasi interaktif. Metode yang digunakan adalah desain one-group pretest-posttest dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Peserta kegiatan adalah guru SMA di wilayah Surakarta yang mengikuti pelatihan yang melibatkan ceramah interaktif, studi kasus, dan pemanfaatan teknologi seperti chatbot berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) sebagai media evaluasi. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru berada pada kategori belum memahami atau kurang memahami. Setelah kegiatan, terjadi peningkatan signifikan: kategori “sangat memahami” naik dari 10% menjadi 53%, sementara kategori “tidak memahami” turun dari 33% menjadi 7%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan edukatif yang disertai teknologi dan diskusi etis dapat mendorong pemahaman yang lebih baik. Kegiatan ini memperkuat urgensi penguatan kapasitas guru sebagai agen pembentukan nilai, sejalan dengan tujuan Indonesia Emas 2045 dan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) poin 16 tentang institusi yang adil dan berintegritas.
