Abstract

This research is an empirical study conducted to prove the effect of capital structure, firm size and Return On Equity on firm value. This study is a proposed hypothesis testing related to the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The population is the Property and Real Estate companies that are registered in Indonesian Foam Securities from 2012 to 2016, which amount to 10 companies. The technique used in sampling is the census method, where the entire population is sampled (Sarwono, 2012). The results of the research partially show that the proxied Capital Structure with DER has a significant effect on the value of the company proxied by PBV, the size of the company proxied by Logaritma natural (LN) total assets does not significantly affect the value of the firm proxied by PBV. The results of the simultaneous research show that the Capital Structure proxied by DER, the size of the company proxied by Logaritma natural (LN) total assets and ROE has a significant effect on the value of the company proxied by PBV on Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The need for relevant and adequate information to find out what factors cause stock price fluctuations are getting higher.This research is an empirical study conducted to prove the effect of Good Corporate Governance, Financial Performance and Intellectual Capital on Stock Prices of Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The population are banking companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (IDX) with total population of 41 companies. Samples were taken by purposive sampling method.Our findings indicate Institutional ownership, Independent Board of Commissioners, Return on Asset and Intellectual Capital affects the stock prices. ABSTRAK Kebutuhan akan informasi yang memadai dan relevan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan pergerakan atau berfluktuasinya harga saham saat ini semakin tinggi. Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah studi empiris yang dilakukan untuk melihat dan membuktikan adanya hubungan antara Good Corporate Governance, Return On Assets dan Intellectual Capital terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan perbankan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2012-2016 dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 41 perusahaan. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan instutusional, dewan komisaris independen, return on asset dan intellectual capital berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

Abstract: Effect of organization climate against civic organizations behavior of bank employees x. The purpose of this research is to explore the influence of organization climate on organizational citizenship behavior the Employee of Bank X. The design used in this research is quantitative research methods. The population of this research is the employee of Bank X with number of samples of 123 employees. The sampling technique Probability Sampling with sampling technique disproportionate stratified random sampling. The collecting data by using Organizational Climate Questionnaire (OCQ). The result of analysis regression shown significant value 0,000 (P<0.05), therefore climate organization as variable independent has a significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior as variable dependent. Keywords: Organizational citizenship behavior, climate organization, bank employee. Abstrak: Pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan bank x. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasional Karyawan Bank X. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif.  Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan Bank X dengan jumlah sampel 123 karyawan. Tekhnik pengambilan sampel Probablity Sampling dengan teknik penentuan sampel disproportionate stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Organisasi Kuesioner Iklim (OCQ). Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan nilai signifikan 0,000 (P<0,05), oleh karena itu iklim organisasi sebagai variabel independen memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasional sebagai variabel dependen.Kata kunci: Organizational citizenship behavior, iklim organisasi, karyawan bank.

Abstract

Penelitian menguji pengaruh prokrastinasi akademik terhadap perilaku menyontek pada siswi sma di Pesantren X. Subjek adalah 104 orang responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang yang dipakai adalah sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala prokrastinasi akademik Solomon dan Rothblum (1984) dan skala perilaku menyontek berdasarkan teori Cizek (1999) yang dimodifikasi oleh peneliti. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan prokrastinasi akademik memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku menyontek terlihat dari nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,008 (P<0,05). Hasil R2 yang didapat adalah 0,066 yang berarti bahwa besarnya pengaruh prokrastinasi akademik terhadap perilaku menyontek pada siswi adalah sebesar 6,6%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kematangan karir pada siswaditinjau dari jenis kelamin dan jenis sekolah di Kota Padang. Teknik sampling yangdigunakan yaitu kluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala yangdiadaptasi dari skala Career Development Inventory Australia Short-Form (CDI-A-SF).Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan ANAVA dua jalur diperoleh bahwa terdapatperbedaan kematangan karir pada siswa ditinjau dari jenis kelamin, dan terdapat perbedaankematangan karir pada siswa ditinjau dari jenis sekolah. Lebih lanjut hasil penelitian danpembahasan akan dijelaskan dalam diskusi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan jasa penerbangan Lion Air di Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel 100 orang pengguna jasa penerbangan Lion Air dengan metode purposive sampling dan data ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini dianalisa dengan regresi linear sederhana menunjukan nilai F = 34.328 dengan signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05) yang membuktikan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pengguna jasa penerbangan Lion Air di Kota Padang. Sedangkan nilai R2 sebesar 0,259 menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 25,9%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka hipotesis penelitian diterima.

Abstract

Covid-19 mempengaruhi kehidupan manusia yang membuat tatanan kehidupan manusia menjadi berubah, salah satunya adalah adanya perubahan budaya kerja dari WFH, WFO, dan keduanya. Hal ini mempengaruhi Work-life balance pegawai  dalam kehidupan pribadi maupun kehidupan kerjanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji apakah ada atau tidak pengaruh work-life balance terhadap psychological well-being pegawai yang bekerja selama new normal covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif berupa regresi linear sederhana dengan teknik puposive sampling dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 123 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur yaitu Ryff Psychological Well-being Scale yang diadaptasi dari Engger (2015) dan Skala Work-life Balance dari Fisher, Bulger, & Smith (2009) yang diadaptasi dari Gunawan, Nugraha, Sulastiana, & Harding (2019). Masing-masing skala memiliki reliabilitas sebesar .930 dan .821. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap psychological well-being yang dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikan .001 ( P < .05 ) dan nilai koefisien R-square (R2) sebesar .094. Hal ini menunjukkan work-life balance memberikan kontribusi sebesar 9.4% terhadap psychological well-being pada pegawai yang bekerja selama new normal covid-19, sedangkan sisanya 90.6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the description of work stress on certified teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Y Padang City. Respondents in this study were certified teachers at MAN Y Padang City. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling as many as 66 certified teachers. The measuring instrument used in this study was made by the researcher himself referring to the measuring instrument made by Triana (2015) based on the work stress theory of Beehr and Newman (1978). The research method used is descriptive quantitative. Based on the research results obtained, certified teachers at MAN Y Padang City have low work stress. In addition, a significant difference in work stress was found by gender. Where female certified teachers have a higher level of work stress than male certified teachers.

Abstract

Objective. The purpose of this research is to obtain an overview of the work-life balance among the female nurses at the Inpatient Installation of Non-Surgical Internal Medicine at the Central General Hospital of DR. M. Djamil Padang. Respondents and the types of sampling techniques were using the saturated sampling, as many as 74 female nurses. The data were obtained through a measuring instrument, namely the Work-Life Balance Scale from Fisher, Bulger, and Smith (2009) which has been modified by Novelia (2013). Research Method. The method used in this research is the descriptive quantitative. Results. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the majority of female nurses has a high level of the work-life balance. Conclusion. This means that female nurses have been able to work to develop the role that they live by being able to manage the time between work and personal life with their good ability to regulate personal life so as not to interfere with the work they do.

Abstract

Vocational High School (SMK) is a work-oriented education where graduates are directed to be ready to work and have competitive and comparative advantages. However, the facts on the ground show that vocational students are not optimal in mastering soft skill competencies, so they are not fully ready to enter the world of work due to the lack of relevance of understanding about soft skills between the industrial world and the world of education needed by the world of work. Based on the urgency of the need for soft skills in the world of work, Kantrowitz developed a soft skill measurement instrument, namely Soft skills Performance Measurement (SSPM) using seven soft skill components, but the team modified it according to the characteristics of vocational students into six components including: (1) interpersonal skills , (2) organizational/leadership skills, (3) performance management skills, (4) cultural/political skills, (5) communication/persuasive skills, and (6) self-management skills. The method of implementing this community service activity follows the approach of Vincent II, J. W by modifying the stages of the activity starting from team formation, formulation of goals, identification of stakeholders, needs analysis, priority determination of problem solutions, preparation, implementation, mentoring, review and evaluation. The results of the activity showed that students had soft skill profiles that were at a fairly good level of achievement. The achievement of students' soft skills is a supporting factor in entering the world of work apart from their hard skills.
