Abstract

One of the main functions of government is to provide public services as a manifestation of the general task of government to realize the welfare of the community. Along with this, the development of the state civil apparatus is carried out continuously, so that it can become an efficient and effective, clean and authoritative tool. This research aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and competence on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at the regional secretariat of Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. In this research using quantitative methods. Placing the sample based on the saturated sampling technique or census with the population in this research being all permanent employees at the regional secretariat of Sleman Regency who visited 137 people. The results of the study indicate that organizational commitment and competence have a positive effect on job satisfaction. organizational commitment and has a positive effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of competence on employee performance. From this research the authors suggest that the regional secretariat of the Special Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta can optimize organizational commitment, job satisfaction to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Karyawan merupakan sumber daya paling penting bagi kelangsungan sebuah perusahaan. Sebuah perusahaan dapat berjalan dan berkembang dengan adanya karyawan yang menjalankan segala aktivitasnya, sehingga kemudian kinerja karyawan menjadi penting untuk disoroti karena perkembangan perusahaan tergantung dari kinerja karyawan itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Kartika Group, Wates, Kulon Progo, Yogjakarta.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan respondennya adalah karyawan di CV Kartika Group. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan disini adalah 208 orang karyawan yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan penyebaran kuesioner.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Kartika Group, sehingga dengan meningkatkan budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja maka akan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 18,5%.

Abstract

This study aims to test and prove empirically transformational leadership, motivation and organizational culture with the device performance of the village in Temon Kulon Progo. The research method used the survey method. The subjects were a village. The total population of this study are 185 respondents, while the total sample of 130 respondents. Method of sampling techniques with non-random sampling with proportional random sampling technique. Data are analyzed using a simple linear regression tool. The results of the research are: (a). There is a positive effect of transformational leadership at the Village performance; (b). There is a positive effect Motivation Performance with the Village and (c) . There is a positive influence on organizational culture with the performance of the village in Temon Kulon Progo.

Abstract

Securities trading is a way to attract public funds in this case investors to develop an economy where the fund is the capital that the company needs to expand its business. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence price earning ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets, together and partially significant on the share price of textile industry subsectors for the period 2005-2012. The study used classic assumption tests (normality tests, multicolinete tests, autocorroration tests, heteroskedasity tests), regression tests (F and t tests). The samples used were textile industry subsectors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2005 to 2012. Variables used price earning ratio, debt to equity ratio, and ratio on asset as independent variables and share prices as dependent variables. The results of this study mention that price earning ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets are influential together and partially significant to the share price of textile industry subsectors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2005-2012.Keywords: Price Earning Ratio (PER), Return on Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER)

Abstract

UU No. 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education, discusses universities that are formed and managed on a non-profit basis, called private universities. The difference between public and private, only the founders and managers, for the form of both are similar. Private Universities need competent human resources to manage themThis type of research is quantitative research. The population of this study was employees at a private university in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. The sampling technique that will be used is the proportional stratified random sampling method with a total sample of 130 people. The analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis.Based on the results of data analysis, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a positive effect on Employee Job Satisfaction; (2) Organizational Culture has a positive effect on Employee Job Satisfaction; (3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a positive effect on the Performance of Educational Employees of Private Universities in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta; 4) Organizational Culture has a positive effect on Employee Performance; (5) Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance; (6) Job satisfaction is not able to mediate the effect of the variable Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the Performance of Educational Employees at Private Universities in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta; and (7) job satisfaction is not able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

Research aims: This study aims to examine the role of career development in mediating the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational culture on employee performance.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study used a proportional stratified random sampling method with 126 permanent employees of local banks in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, as research respondents. The respondents included Head Office, Main Branch Office, and Senopati Branch Office. The data were collected by distributing a questionnaire, and the secondary data were in the form of data or documents that supported and strengthened the primary information from books, magazines, journals, and other documents. Then, the analytical tool utilized in this study was SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) to test the research hypotheses.Research findings: The results showed that intellectual capital and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on career development and performance, but career development had no positive and significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, career development could not mediate the effect of intellectual capital and organizational culture on performance.Theoretical contribution/Originality: The study results contribute to the literature (body of knowledge), especially as additional discussion toward theory and literature related to intellectual capital, organizational culture, career development, and performance in local banks, which is still very limited.

Abstract

Dalam kajian ini, penulis memilih Industri Kreatif Bandung sebagai unit penelitian. Adapun alasan sebagai industri kreatif kota Bandung, menurut Simatupang, (2007: 15) sebagai berikut: (a) Kota Bandung dikenal sebagai Paris Van Java dan Pusat Kebudayaan Sunda; (b) sudah dikenal sejak dulu kala sebagai pusat tektil dan mode; (c) pusat promosi karya budaya termasuk perintis perfileman nasional; (d) trend setter mode pakaian di kalangan anak muda; (e) sebagai daerah tujuan wisata dari Jakarta dan kota kota lainnya; (g) dike dengan generasi mudanya yang kreatif dan berani berekperimen dengan gagasa gasan yang inovatif; (h) sumberdaya pendukung industri kreatif tersedia dengan baik, dan (i) sebagai pusat pendidikan tinggi teknologi, bisnis, desain dan komunikasi visual.Mendasarkan fenomena dan penelitian terdahulu, maka tema sentral dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut; faktor pengubah creative destruction yang berati, dibangun inovasi baru dalam industri akan menggusur industri -industri lama yang tidak kreatif dan menggatinya dengan kreatif. Industri kreatif adalah bagian dari ekonomi kreatif.adapun yang menjadi fenomena dilipangan menunjukkan:1. Terdapat transportasi masih bermaalah2. Lemahnya penguasaan teknologi pendukung industri kreatif3. Pelaku usaha kurang terinoti untuk mengolah bahan baku menjadi bahan jadi jadi profitnya rendah4. kurangnya apresiasi masyarakat terhadap produk kreatif5. Belum ada bentuk skema pembiayaan yang sesuai untuk industri kreatif

Abstract

Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) is a local government company. Bermuda PDAM Tirtamarta must be able to provide the best service to meet the community's clean water needs. This is not easy to achieve without proper human resource management. One of them is to identify the impact of information technology on organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB), the place of control on organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB), and the impact of information technology on team member performance and identify its effects. Identifying areas for controlling team member performance. Recognizing the implications of OCB on team member performance. Placing OCB in mediating the impact of information technology on team member performance. Identifying Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Intermediary Management of Perumda PDAM. This study uses probability sampling proportional stratified random sampling with the Slovin formula received by the staff of Perumda PDAM Tirtamarta as many as 1 Three respondents. The data was then processed using the Structural Equalization Model (SEM) analysis tool through the SPSS AMOS version 26 application. Using the Cronbach alpha standard, the validity test was > 0.3, and the reliability test was > 0.7. . Research has shown that information technology has a positive and significant impact on team member organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB). The influence of the control location is positive and significant on team member organization citizenship behaviour (OCB). The positive impact of information technology on team member performance is not substantial. However, the influence of the control location is positive and significant on team member performance. The effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is positive and effective on the performance of Bermuda PDAM Tirta Malta employees, Yogyakarta City. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) can communicate the impact of information technology on team member performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) can share the control result on the performance of Perumda PDAM Tirtamarta employees, Yogyakarta City.

Abstract

Purpose: Service activities aim to help empower art groups through innovation and artistic creation. The target audience for the program is unproductive people, namely the Niti Budaya arts group in Nitiprayan hamlet, Ngestiharjo Village, Kasihan District, and Bantul Regency, which has 40 members. The problem experienced by partners is the lack of innovation and creativity in art groups, especially in dance, and the partners of these art groups are not yet well known to the wider community. Methodology: The partner's solution to the problem is to help the art studio conduct classical dance training in Sari Tunggal and Lambangsari and assist with digital marketing training. Apart from being attended by art groups, the training activities were also attended by local people who had an interest in the arts. Results: The results of the training program showed that the Niti Budaya arts group understood and mastered the classical dances, Sari Tunggal and Lambangsari, which were organized by the service team. The arts group's understanding of digital marketing has been demonstrated by promotional activities via social media and directly in the target market. With these activities, the arts groups increased in terms of understanding and well-being. Contribution: This activity will continue to be conducted to correct deficiencies and evaluate all activities. Limitations: This activity is beneficial for the community, especially the dance group in Nitiprayan.
