Abstract

Few researches on financial distress give different results of predicting a company’ s financial distress. Financial distress is an early warning of bankruptcy, that a company has a financial failure, so that if it is not quickly well handled and getting worse, it goes to bankruptcy. The objective of this research was to give empirical evidence about the effects of net income/equity, total liabilities/total assets, sales growth, cost of goods sold/inventory, sales/account receivable, account receivable/total assets on company’s financial health both partially and simultaneously. Thirty one financial data from 31 manufacturing emitents listing at Jakarta Stock Exchange were analyzed by by multiple regression analysis. The results show that cost of goods sold/ inventory ratio significantly have positive effect on company’s financial health. Net income/equity ratio insignificantly have negative effect on company’s financial health. While total liabilities/total assets, sales growth, sales/account receivable and account receivable/total assets ratios insignificantly have positive effect on company’s financial health. The results also show that net income/ equity, total liabilities/total assets, sales growth, cost of goods sold/ inventory, sales/ account receivable, account receivable/total assets ratios have significant effect on company’s financial health.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of career development, training and work discipline on employee performance. This type of research is a census of the employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Surakarta. This type of data uses qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The study population was all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Surakarta as many as 40 people. In this study because the population is less than 100, the sampling technique is total sampling, which is the technique of determining the sample if all members of the population are used as a sample (census). Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation and observation. This study uses a Multiple Linear Regression Analysis tool then it must use the Classic Assumption Test consisting of Multicollinearity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Heteroscedasticity Test and Normality Test, then the data analysis technique used is Descriptive Analysis and Inductive Analysis consisting of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Partial Influence (t Test), Simultaneous Influence Test (F Test) and Determination Coefficient Test (R2 ). The results of this study indicate that career development has a significant effect on employee performance. Training has a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to: 1) Analyze the significance effect of work family conflict on employee work satisfaction 2) Analyze the significance effect of procedural justice on employee work satisfaction 3) Analyze the significance effect of workload on employee work satisfaction This research is a survey research on employees of Regional Public Companies Surakarta City's Toya Wening Drinking Water. The study population was 174 people. The research sample of 88 employees with proportional cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, test the accuracy of the model and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that worik family conflict has a negative and significant effect on employees work satisfaction. Procedural justice has a positive and significant effect on employees work satisfaction. Workload has a negative and significant effect on employees work satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance of the influence of work orientation and organizational culture on employee performance with motivation as a moderating variable. This type of research is a survey of the Pratama Tax Service Office Staff Sukoharjo. The type of data is by collecting qualitative data and quantitative data. Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The study population was 118 employees with a sample of 59 people with a proportional cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, coefficient of determination and absolute difference test. The results showed that work orientation had a positive and significant effect, organizational culture had a negative effect and was not significant, motivation was influential and significant while motivation did not moderate work orientation and organizational culture.

Abstract

To face fierce competition, food industry business players must have a competitive advantage. This research is a survey research. This type of data uses qualitative data and quantitative data. The data source uses primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were customers of Tsabita Halal Boga Gentan Sukoharjo who had made purchases more than 2 times. The number of samples used was 100 people, using accidental sampling technique. The data technique used questionnaires and observations. The data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression test. The results showed that brand image has a significant effect on customer loyalty Tsabita Halal Boga Gentan Sukoharjo, halal labeling has a significant effect on customer loyalty Tsabita Halal Boga Gentan Sukoharjo, product quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty Tsabita Halal Boga Gentan Sukoharjo.

Abstract

This research was used to analyze the effect of compensation, work motivation and work discipline on the employee performance of PT Morodadi Berkah Jaya Boyolali. The total population in this study was 105 employees. The research sample of 83 employees with the sampling technique is proportional cluster random sampling. The technique of collecting data is done by using a questionnaire method. The results of this study indicate that partially or simultaneously compensation, work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyse the significance of the influence of leadership and work discipline on employee performances with motivation as a moderating variable. This research use qualitative and quantitative data. Primary and secondary data is used as the sources of data. The population of this research is employees of Department of Education and Culture in Karanganyar. Total sampling technique is used to take the sample of 74 people. The technique of collecting data using questionnares and documentation. The data analysis technique uses instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, coefficient of determination, and test the absolute difference value. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on employees performances. Work discipline has a significant effect on employees performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation does not moderate the influence of leadership on employees performance. Motivation moderates the influence of work discipline on employees performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze compensation, work environment, occupational safety and health (K3) on job satisfaction of employees of the Office of the Fuel Oil Terminal (TBBM) of PT. Pertamina (Persero) Boyolali. This research uses primary and secondary data. This type of research is a total sampling (census) of all TBBM employees of PT. Pertamina Boyolali. The study population was all TBBM employees of PT. Pertamina Boyolali as many as 112 employees. Data were analyzed using instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show rewards for employee job satisfaction. Work environment for employee job satisfaction. Occupational safety and health (K3) affect employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan, self efficacy, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pendamping sosial. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pendamping sosial kecamatan Kartasura sebanyak 37 orang. Penelitian ini merupakaan penelitian diskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel total. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner.Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun secara simultan pendidikan, self efficacy, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pendamping sosial kecamatan Kartasura.

Abstract

Facing the development of an increasingly rapid and technological era, utilizing technology is one of the most appropriate things for today. This research is a survey. This type of data uses qualitative data and quantitative data. Sources of data using primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is an unknown number of IndiHome customers in the city of Surakarta. The number of samples used in this study were 100 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. Partially, the results showed that price, service quality, product quality and brand image had a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
