Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of career development, training and work discipline on employee performance. This type of research is a census of the employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Surakarta. This type of data uses qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The study population was all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Surakarta as many as 40 people. In this study because the population is less than 100, the sampling technique is total sampling, which is the technique of determining the sample if all members of the population are used as a sample (census). Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation and observation. This study uses a Multiple Linear Regression Analysis tool then it must use the Classic Assumption Test consisting of Multicollinearity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Heteroscedasticity Test and Normality Test, then the data analysis technique used is Descriptive Analysis and Inductive Analysis consisting of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Partial Influence (t Test), Simultaneous Influence Test (F Test) and Determination Coefficient Test (R2 ). The results of this study indicate that career development has a significant effect on employee performance. Training has a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The progress of an organization can not be separated contained in it. Human resources are the most important factor in carrying out all its activities in achieving a goal that is in the organization. The Health Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS Kesehatan) is a Public Legal Entity responsible directly to the President who specifically provides the Indonesian public health insurance program. The objectives of this study are: 1) to analyze the significance of the effect of workload on work stress on Surakarta Branch BPJS employees. 2) to analyze the significance of the effect of workload on employee performance at BPJS Health Surakarta Branch. 3) to analyze the significance of the effect of work stress on employee performance in BPJS Surakarta Branch Health. 4) ) to analyze work stress in mediating workload on employee performance at BPJS Surakarta Branch Health. This research is a census research on Surakarta Branch BPJS Health employees. This type of data uses qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources use primary and secondary data. The population in this study were 89 employees of BPJS Health Surakarta Branch. The study sample was 89 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The classic assumption test uses tests; multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation and normality. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive analysis, t test, F test, coefficient of detremination test and sobel test. The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on work stress, workload had a negative and not significant effect on employee performance, work stress had a negative and significant effect on employee performance, work stress mediated workload oon employee performance.

Abstract

This reasearch was conduted at Hasbona Photocopy business in Surakarta, the type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data. The population in this study were all employees in Hasbona Photocopy business in Surakarta, amounting to 70 people. The sampling tecnique in this study used nonprobability sample saturated sample of 70 respondents. The analysis tecnique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study stated leadership style, reward, and punishment have a significant effect on the performance of employee Hasbona photocopy business in Surakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to: 1) Analyze the significance effect of work family conflict on employee work satisfaction 2) Analyze the significance effect of procedural justice on employee work satisfaction 3) Analyze the significance effect of workload on employee work satisfaction This research is a survey research on employees of Regional Public Companies Surakarta City's Toya Wening Drinking Water. The study population was 174 people. The research sample of 88 employees with proportional cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, test the accuracy of the model and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that worik family conflict has a negative and significant effect on employees work satisfaction. Procedural justice has a positive and significant effect on employees work satisfaction. Workload has a negative and significant effect on employees work satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. PLN UP3 Surakarta, the types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study were all employees of PT. PLN UP3 Surakarta, amounting to 35 employees. Data collection using a questionnaire while data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. In this study shows that compensation does not significantly influence the performance of employees of PT. PLN UP3 Surakarta, leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of PT. PLN UP3 Surakarta and work discipline have no significant effect on the performance of PT. PLN UP3 Surakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of the work enviroment, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Public Corporation (Perum) BULOG Surakarta Branch Office. This study uses survey methods, the type of data used are qualitative and quantitative data, the source of the data used are primary data and secondary data. The total population in this study was 40 people. In this study because the population is less than 100, the sampling technique is saturated or census sampling, which is the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population are used. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used, Descriptive Analysis, Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t Test, F Test (Model Accuracy), and Determination Coefficient Test (R2). The results of this study concluded that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at the Public Corporation (Perum) BULOG Surakarta Branch Office. Motivation has no significant effect on employee performance at the Public Corporation (Perum) BULOG Surakarta Branch Office. Work Discipline has a significa effect on employee performance at the Public Corporation (Perum) BULOG Surakarta Branch Office.

Abstract

To face fierce competition, food industry business players must have a competitive advantage. This research is a survey research. This type of data uses qualitative data and quantitative data. The data source uses primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were customers of Tsabita Halal Boga Gentan Sukoharjo who had made purchases more than 2 times. The number of samples used was 100 people, using accidental sampling technique. The data technique used questionnaires and observations. The data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression test. The results showed that brand image has a significant effect on customer loyalty Tsabita Halal Boga Gentan Sukoharjo, halal labeling has a significant effect on customer loyalty Tsabita Halal Boga Gentan Sukoharjo, product quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty Tsabita Halal Boga Gentan Sukoharjo.

Abstract

This research was conducted to: 1) Analyze the significance of the influence of the work environment on employee performance 2) Analyze the significance of the influence of work motivation on employee performance 3) Analyze the significance of leadership influence on employee performance in CV EJS Group. This research is a survey research conducted directly and this study uses primary data from questionnaire answers shared with all employees at CV EJS Group. The study sampled 37 employees. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis. T test results calculate the work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The results of t calculate work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results count leadership's negative and insignificant impact on employee performance. F test results calculate simultaneously free variables (work environment, work motivation and leadership) have a significant effect on bound variables (employee performance). The results of the determination coefficient test showed the effect of work environment variables, work motivation and leadership on employee performance at CV EJS Group was 30.9%, while the remaining 69.1% was influenced by other unreviewed variables.

Abstract

The goal of this research wass to assess the relevance of the brand image, brand trust, and pricing on Purchase Decision. This form of reseach is survey. Census on Shopee users in Klaten city. The population of this research are those who reside in Klaten who have shopeed online at the Shopee marketplace, the number of which is not known with absolutely. The research sample was 100 respondent. Data collecting strategies employing a questionnaire. The data analysis approach ussed multiple linier regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The findings demonstrated that the brand image has a substantial influence on buying choice at Shopee marketplace in Klaten City. Brand trust has no major influence on buying choice at Shopee marketplace in Klaten City. Price has a huge influence on buying choice at Shopee marketplace in Klaten City.
