Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kerja berlebih (work overload) terhadap keinginan keluar dari organisasi (turnover intention) pegawai bank pada kantor perbankan di Surakarta. Jam kerja yang tinggi dan ditambah dengan adanya work overload menyebabkan karyawan merasa tidak aman dan tidak nyaman terhadap keadaan pekerjaannya dan tidak memiliki kemampuan untuk menyelesaikan ketidakamanan itu sehingga mendorong seseorang untuk keluar dari pekerjaannya dan mencari pekerjaan lain yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Alasan terbesar yang diberikan selain dari beban kerja yang berat adalah urusan keluarga, tidak jarang para karyawan menjadi kekurangan waktu untuk bersama keluarganya. Hal ini menjadikan karyawan tersebut tidak dapat menjalankan tanggungjawabnya dalam pekerjaan dan keluarga secara seimbang sehingga mengakibatkan terjadinya work-family conflict yang akhirnya mendorong peningkatan turnover intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 responden dari beberapa kantor perbankan di Surakarta. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diuji menggunakan Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural/ SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work overload dapat meningkatkan turnover intention melalui work family conflict.Kata Kunci: work overload, turnover intention, work-family conflicts, perbankan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the planning of the supply of soybean raw materials in the Home Industry Tahu Bu Iguk in Wonogiri by used the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method in making an economical order. This type of research is a case study. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used EOQ analysis. The results showed that the optimal ordering results using the EOQ method per month was 4,665 kg, this case was more economical compared to the average home industry raw material ordering of 4.743 kg. The frequency of purchasing soybean raw materials is 12.20 times, this is more efficient when compared to the company, which is 38 times. The safety stock results for 2019 amounted to 1.158 kg. Reorder point results of 1.523,37 kg per day to be produced into tofu. The results of the calculation of the total cost of raw materials inventory of the Home Industry Tofu Bu Iguk Wonogiri in 2019 with the EOQ method is Rp 1.376.167,80.

Abstract

Roti Ganep Solo is a company engaged in the food industry, especially bread whose main raw materials are glutinous rice flour, wheat flour, and arrowroot flour, because companies still use conventional methods in controlling raw material inventory, by introducing the method of economic order quantity and the method of economic production quantity are expected to be used to optimize the supply of raw materials by the company. EOQ a method by which a company purchases raw materials with the quantity of goods obtained as well as minimal cost, while EPQ is a method used to consider between the amount of production and the amount of demand for production. Based on this application of the EOQ method and the EPQ method can play a role ini streamlining the control of raw material inventory at Roti Ganep Solo. Hal tersebut ditunjukan dengan total biaya persediaan bahan baku menggunakan metode EOQ Rp 4.988.477 with an average purchase of 1.726 kg with 14 orders, while using the conventional method the company has a total inventory cost of Rp 5.062.488 with the purchase of 2.500 of raw material per month, for the use of the EPQ method produce a total annual cost of Rp 17.209.464 for an average purchase of 44.870 pcs, whereas using the conventional method the company produces an average raw material of 56.484 pcs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the queuing system for optimization of teller services at Bank Negara Indonesia, Slamet Riyadi Solo Branch Office. The data used in this study is a direct observation of the object of research / observation. The sampling technique uses the Leddy formula because the population cannot be known. The data analysis technique used is manual calculation using the queuing system formulas of many single-stage channels (multiple channel-single phase). The results of this study indicate that there are 2 service lines at Customer Service at Solo Balapan Station. Research hypothesis on Customer Service 1 at Solo Balapan Station that the service, and the average service time is not optimal with the average time to serve a customer > 5 minutes, or 5,6772 minutes, while the company's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) < 5 minutes, so the researchers made calculations using the addition to 3 Customer Service and were only able to obtain optimal results ie < 5 minutes or 4,8276 minutes occurred in Customer Service 1. The average time customers spent waiting in the queue was 0,47712 minutes. Research hypothesis on Customer Service 2 at Solo Balapan Station that the service, and the average service time is optimal with the average time to serve a customer < 5 minutes, or 4,7952 minutes

Abstract

The progress of an organization can not be separated contained in it. Human resources are the most important factor in carrying out all its activities in achieving a goal that is in the organization. The Health Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS Kesehatan) is a Public Legal Entity responsible directly to the President who specifically provides the Indonesian public health insurance program. The objectives of this study are: 1) to analyze the significance of the effect of workload on work stress on Surakarta Branch BPJS employees. 2) to analyze the significance of the effect of workload on employee performance at BPJS Health Surakarta Branch. 3) to analyze the significance of the effect of work stress on employee performance in BPJS Surakarta Branch Health. 4) ) to analyze work stress in mediating workload on employee performance at BPJS Surakarta Branch Health. This research is a census research on Surakarta Branch BPJS Health employees. This type of data uses qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources use primary and secondary data. The population in this study were 89 employees of BPJS Health Surakarta Branch. The study sample was 89 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The classic assumption test uses tests; multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation and normality. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive analysis, t test, F test, coefficient of detremination test and sobel test. The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on work stress, workload had a negative and not significant effect on employee performance, work stress had a negative and significant effect on employee performance, work stress mediated workload oon employee performance.

Abstract

Brownies Cinta is one of the companies engaged in the food processing industry which is located at Jl. Muwardi, East Cangakan, Cangakan, Karanganyar. In food industry companies, the production process is very important because it affects the survival of the company. The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of raw material inventory control using the Economic Order Quantity and Economic Production Quantity methods. The results of the analysis of inventory control of Brownies Cinta raw materials obtained the following conclusions: With the EOQ method, the results of inventory costs are Rp 9,812,035. With the EPQ method the total annual costs are Rp 8,493,009. Compared to the EOQ and EPQ methods it can be seen that the EPQ method is more able to minimize costs compared to the EOQ method with a difference of Rp 1,319,026.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the efficiency of the supply of raw material needs carried out by CV Isma Garment Sukoharjo, so as to maintain the stability of production process. Research methods using case studies in CV Isma Garment Sukoharjo, data collection methods used: interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is a stockhastic inventory control model using 90% and 95% service levels. The results showed that the control of raw material inventory implemented by CV Isma Garment Sukoharjo had not yet reached the level of efficiency of raw material inventory and cost efficiency. This is indicated by the results of calculations that have been carried out by the stockhastic method can produce efficiency of raw material inventory costs rather than the methods applied by the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to obtain a quening system model, and obtain the results analysis on the queuing system in PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Sragen. The data used in this study are quantitative data in the form of time used in service. Data collection is done by direct survey and obsevation method in the ticket window PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Sragen. This research uses a Leddy formulawith a sample of 100 customers. This research uses analysis techniques Single Channel Single Phase and Multi Channel Single Phase.Test results show the performace of the teller service queuingsystem in the PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Sragen is in accordance with procedures and the teller service using the queuing system in the PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Sragen is optimal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the optimization of supply chain management performance in the Gethuk President home industry in Sragen and to analyze the optimization of the impact of supply chain management performance on the Gethuk President home industry in Sragen. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative case study method. Data collection techniques used observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used descriptive supply chain analysis. The results showed that the supply chain management of gethuk products at the Presidential Gethuk Home Industry involved cassava farmers, collectors, Gethuk President and consumers. The supply chain structure is already running well. Chain management is running pretty well. The resource chain elements are already running well, starting from human resources, technology resources and capital resources. Chain business process elements are elements that are considered optimal because smooth production and marketing are already very good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the queuing system for optimization of teller services at Bank Negara Indonesia, Slamet Riyadi Solo Branch Office. The results of this study indicate that teller services for customers using 4 counters are not optimal because ≥ 5 minutes or 31,16 minutes occur at counter 4, while the time to wait in the queue is compared to the company's standardization of 5 minutes, so researchers do calculations using additions become 5 counters and can only get optimal results, namely ≤ 5 minutes or 0,18 minutes occurs at counter 1.
