Abstract

The utilization of great marketing methods for MSMEs to increase sales can make it easier for sellers and consumers to reach them even during the COVID-19 pandemic. There is a decrease in public interest in purchasing products that are influenced by manual marketing methods. The utilization of information technology in running a business or frequently known as e-commerce for a small company can provide flexibility in production, enabling faster delivery to customers. During the pandemic, there was a change in the consumption pattern of people's goods and services from offline to online. MSME actors must have difficulty in achieving the targets that must be achieved when the economy is disrupted. This change in the pattern should be followed by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises to survive and develop so that they can face new normal conditions. The System Design is based on the needs of existing users in business activities related to Rokusan Addict's sales and marketing conditions. This design uses the data collection method, which includes the observation method and the interview method. The analysis process used is PIECES ANALYSIS and System Design which includes Design, Implementation, and Maintenance. At the testing stage, this study uses Black Box testing to test whether the input and output results are appropriate or not. The overall results of using this Black Box test achieved a perfect fit and it was concluded that the design of the e-commerce website created was acceptable and had positive functionality for users.

Abstract

Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia adalah lembaga pemerintah yang bertugas menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat, serta pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini sangat diharapkan untuk meningkatkan kegiatan pelayanan polisi kepada masyarakat. Salah satu jenis layanan yang diharapkan akan dibantu oleh kemajuan teknologi informasi adalah mencari keluhan atau informasi tentang kendaraan yang hilang. Karena laporan dari kendaraan yang hilang Seringkali subjek pengaduan masyarakat selama periode Beberapa tahun, tetapi dari penulis diperoleh data menunjukkan bahwa ada kesenjangan antara jumlah kendaraan yang hilang dengan sejumlah kendaraan telah ditemukan. Dan sejauh ini, masyarakat juga kurang mendapatkan informasi tentang kendaraan yang hilang dari data yang telah ditemukan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk membuat website portal yang bisa menjadi solusi untuk masalah pelaporan kendaraan hilang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian tindakan yang lebih terfokus pada pemecahan masalah yang reflektif dan kolaboratif. Sedangkan metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode prototyping. alat pemodelan sistem informasi yang digunakan adalah diagram konteks, data flow diagram, dan diagram hubungan entitas. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan Beberapa fakta seperti penyebab kurangnya kendaraan hilang diselesaikan dan menciptakan sistem pencarian informasi kendaraan yang hilang untuk membantu polisi untuk menyebarkan informasi mengenai status kendaraan yang hilang.

Abstract

The Cimahi Regional RPJP 2005-2025 states that population growth and its distribution have become strategic issues and need to be addressed in a gradual and continuous manner, therefore monitoring population distribution is something that must be carried out sustainably. The software development method used is the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method. RUP uses the object-oriented concept, with activities that focus on developing models using the Unified Model Language (UML). This research aims to build a geographic information system that displays a mapping of population distribution in Cimahi City. The data was obtained from the Cimahi City Central Statistics Agency publication. This system was built using QGIS to build maps, PostgreSQL for database management and PHP programming language to display maps to web pages. The final conclusion of this study found that the geographic information system that was built can show information about the distribution of residents of Cimahi City well so that the government can determine more appropriate policies.

Abstract

Pangalengan District has its uniqueness and uniqueness, such as the height factor, agricultural groups, livestock groups, community plantations or large / state plantations. The problem is that there is no map of the distribution of energy sources in Pangalengan Subdistrict, as many cattle farms almost all have biogas reactors, as well as smallholder plantations that are scattered in almost every village where there is biomass energy potential, lakes such as Cileunca where the water flow is used by around 3 state electricity companies (Indonesia Power) reached the Cikalong area, and there are hundreds of hectares of large / state plantations operating in Pangalengan District, but whether the yield of plantation biomass has been optimized for energy purposes. The method used is geoprocessing to overlay several maps and data so that the data conclusions drawn information, the results of this study in the form of a distribution map of potential biological resources that can be used as an energy source, and the expected impact hopefully the community and government officials in Pangelang District better understand the potential for independent energy in the area.

Abstract

Bagi perusahaan pegawai adalah aset yang paling bernilai. Peningkatan produktivitas akan tercapai apabila terdapat peningkatan pada kondisi karyawan baik secara moril maupun materil. Pentingnya kesejahteraan karyawan adalah untuk mempertahankan karyawan agar tidak pindah ke perusahaan lain, meningkatkan motivasi dan semangat kerja, dan meningkatkan sikap loyalitas karyawan terhadap perusahaan. Mengingat pentingnya pengelolaan karyawan dan kesejahteraannya, maka pemanfaatan sistem informasi untuk mengelola data pegawai dan penghitungan gaji sangatlah tepat untuk diterapkan di setiap perusahaan. Sehingga kesalahan data, perhitungan gaji, maupun lamanya proses pembuatan laporan yang biasanya terjadi bisa diminimalisir. Dalam pembangunan sistem informasi ini, dipilih metode prototyping agar pihak user dan pengembang bisa lebih kompak dalam merancang sistem ini. Sistem Informasi yang dirancang menggunakan arsitektur HMVC (Hierarchical Model View Control) pada framework Codeigniter dengan MySQL sebagai DBMS-nya diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi atas permasalahan-permasalahan yang sering terjadi.

Abstract

Apotek adalah suatu tempat tertentu untuk melakukan pekerjaan ke-Farmasian dan penyaluran obat kepada masyarakat. Saat ini masih banyak sekali Apotek yang menangani manajemennya secara manual dalam persediaan obat, transaksi penjualan dan pembelian obat serta dalam pembuatan laporan bulanan sehingga memerlukan waktu yang lama dalam pelaksanaannya. Penerapan sistem informasi diharapkan akan memudahkan dalam pengolahan data secara optimal dan terkomputerisasi, serta diolah secara akurat dan cepat. Sehingga manajemen dapat mengambil keputusan secara efektif dan efisien. Untuk memudahkan pembuatan sistem informasi dibutuhkan suatu model yang menggambarkan hubungan antara satu proses bisnis dengan proses bisnis lain yang terdapat di apotek. Alat pemodelan sistem informasi yang digunakan terdiri dari 3 pemodelan, yaitu: Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, dan Entity Relationship Diagram.

Abstract

Train is the main mode of transportation that we often use, the train itself can be used as a tool for shipping goods and mobilizing passengers, this transportation is very unique and has its own path in the form of steel strings across from hundreds of kilometers, railroad bearing structures currently exist which uses concrete and wood, the railroad is very vital and is an important supporting facility. The process of railroad monitoring is complex and complicated, takes a long time, the previous method is simple and conventional by tracing the railroad tracks manually or using a geometric gauge mounted direl or also known as railpod, railpod will follow the rails and will provide report if there is a train track that is damaged, broken or shifted, this research will create an image-based monitoring system using drones as a track monitor, another way is to take pictures using satellite data that will provide clear information about road conditions before being passed by the train, the railroad data processing system by using image processing can display visual responses up to cm in size, the response appears if there is a shift in the path then the system directly provides data in the form of location and shifting paths on the main computer, this system is more c eTat in checking and analyzing train track data with high accuracy and precision up to 90%, in addition to imagery from satellite images can use drones, drones themselves are very easy in maintenance and use and are able to cut production costs and even workplace accidents in the field workers themselves can be avoided because the drone is able to reach the track and railroad that is difficult for example through the tunnel or the railroad track along the hills and densely populated.

Abstract

Saat ini di Indonesia moda transportasi udara merupakan moda transportasi yang cukup banyak dijadikan pilihan oleh masyarakat, salah satu faktor yang mengindikasikannya adalah jumlah kunjungan masyarakat ke bandara dan trafik penerbangan sudah sangat padat sehingga banyak dibuat bandara-bandara baru di beberapa kota di Indonesia. Di bandara banyak sekali permasalahan yang mesti segera diselesaikan berkaitan dengan pelayanan publik sehingga bandara diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi-solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut dan menjadikan bandara lebih aman serta nyaman. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi di bandara yaitu berkaitan dengan keberadaan burung yang sedang melakukan migrasi dari satu tempat ke tempat lain melintasi kawasan bandara. Banyak kasus terjadi bahwa mesin pesawat jet menabrak dan menyedot burung ke dalam mesin yang berdampak sangat fatal bagi pesawat karena mesin pesawat akan mati. Untuk permasalahan tersebut peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan merancang sistem monitoring gangguan burung pada area bandara menggunakan sistem radar dan vision recognition. Dimana tahapan vision recognition yang digunakan adalah image detection, image acquisition, texture recognition, color recognition dan bird recognition. Dan hasilnya sistem monitoring ini dapat mengidentifikasi keberadaan burung dan membedakannya dengan objek lain, setelah sistem dapat mengetahui keberadaan burung maka alarm akan menyala untuk mengusir keberadaan burung sehingga landasan akan dapat dipastikan aman untuk digunakan pesawat take off dan landing.

Abstract

In the Bojongmalaka area, the people have difficulty with clean water. The water condition there is murky and yellow so it is not suitable for use. On the basis of that problem, the executor of community service grant from Widyatama University collaborated between Mechanical Engineering study program and Information Systems Study program to try to serve the community to solve this clean water problem and the result is a water filter applied to Bojongmalaka village community with the hope of helping solve the problem of clean water in the village of Bojongmalaka. This activity involves lecturers and students at Widyatama University. Stages of Implementation of Devotion is done with Problem Identification, Tool Making, Socialization, Implementation, Assistance and Evaluation, Evaluation of program implementation, Program Sustainability. Based on the questionnaire distributed to the community, 51 % of the community used digging wells, 63 % treated the water so that it was safe to drink, and 88.9 % of the water was clear, odorless. Bojongmalaka village head Dedi Dermawan and residents are very enthusiastic about this activity can help the problems faced by residents. The head of Bojongmalaka village thanked Widyatama University and the Director-General of Dikti Ristek for their funding in 2021. Dedi hoped that similar activities could be continued for other problems in Bojongmalaka village..

Abstract

− MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) is a type of business that is in great demand by the people of Indonesia. The ease of adopting innovation in business and especially in technology is one of the main advantages of MSMEs. The development of MSMEs in Indonesia is experiencing good growth every year. However, since March 2020, a virus whose presence has disrupted the existing order, especially in terms of the economy, is the corona virus. In Indonesia itself, especially in West Java, the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policy was implemented to suppress the spread of this virus, which resulted in the economy of West Java, one of which was slumped by experiencing a contraction of minus 5.90. This condition forces MSMEs who are members of the Department of Trade and Industry (DISDAGIN) of Bandung City. Around 6000 MSME products assisted by DISDAGIN Bandung City to digitize in order to maintain their business through optimization of marketing content, the use of SEO, SEM, advertising and optimization of customer needs which will be implemented in their business, so that it is expected to boost product marketing to a greater reach. This research method includes 6 stages which result in practical training accompanied by lecturers and students of Information Systems Study Program of Widyatama University.
