The phenomenon of the problem in this study is that there are non-bank foreign exchange (KUPVA) or money changer business people who are not licensed or illegal which are feared to be misused for terrorism, drug transactions and money laundering. Therefore, money changer business people are obliged to make permits to the government for business continuity that is licensed and can be trusted by the public. The purpose of this research is to find out how the provisions of sharf for non-bank foreign exchange business activities. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study explained that running a business as a non-bank foreign exchange business activity is permitted as long as it must be comply with the provisions set by the government and the conditions stipulated by the MUI fatwa council, including taking care of permits, not for speculation (chancy), there transaction needs or just in case (deposits), if the transaction is carried out on a similar currency then the value must be the same and in cash (at-taqabudh) if different types must be made with the exchange rate that applies when the transaction is carried out and cash.

Di era globalisasi komunikasi saat ini, peran media sosial sangat dibutuhkan oleh manusia untuk berinteraksi satu sama lain. Media sosial adalah media untuk bersosialisasi satu sama lain secara online, yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk berinteraksi satu sama lain tanpa dibatasi oleh waktu dan ruang. Media sosial ini memiliki pengaruh besar pada masyarakat terutama kaum muda yang merupakan konsumen utama. Pengaruh media sosial sebagai media komunikasi pemasaran, di mana pengguna dapat memberikan pendapat dan memberikan informasi satu sama lain. Di sisi lain media sosial juga dapat mengubah karakter konsumen, terutama remaja yang tidak stabil dan cenderung mudah terpengaruh. Penelitian ini menguji peranan website dan youtube dalam mempengaruhi karakter konsumen dalam membeli produk atau jasa. Populasi penelitian dipilih Mahasiswa Universitas di Bandung dan Sampel diambil sebanyak 100 (seratus) mahasiswa di Universitas X di Kota Bandung yang aktif dalam bersosial media. Hasil kuisioner diolah dengan metode partial least square.

Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia adalah lembaga pemerintah yang bertugas menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat, serta pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini sangat diharapkan untuk meningkatkan kegiatan pelayanan polisi kepada masyarakat. Salah satu jenis layanan yang diharapkan akan dibantu oleh kemajuan teknologi informasi adalah mencari keluhan atau informasi tentang kendaraan yang hilang. Karena laporan dari kendaraan yang hilang Seringkali subjek pengaduan masyarakat selama periode Beberapa tahun, tetapi dari penulis diperoleh data menunjukkan bahwa ada kesenjangan antara jumlah kendaraan yang hilang dengan sejumlah kendaraan telah ditemukan. Dan sejauh ini, masyarakat juga kurang mendapatkan informasi tentang kendaraan yang hilang dari data yang telah ditemukan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk membuat website portal yang bisa menjadi solusi untuk masalah pelaporan kendaraan hilang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian tindakan yang lebih terfokus pada pemecahan masalah yang reflektif dan kolaboratif. Sedangkan metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode prototyping. alat pemodelan sistem informasi yang digunakan adalah diagram konteks, data flow diagram, dan diagram hubungan entitas. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan Beberapa fakta seperti penyebab kurangnya kendaraan hilang diselesaikan dan menciptakan sistem pencarian informasi kendaraan yang hilang untuk membantu polisi untuk menyebarkan informasi mengenai status kendaraan yang hilang.

In the current era of communication globalization, the role of social media is needed by humans to interact with each other. Social media is a medium for socializing with each other online, which allows users to interact with each other without being limited by time and space. This social media has a big influence on society especially young people who are the main consumers. The influence of social media as a marketing communication media, where users can give opinions and provide information to each other. On the other hand social media can also change the character of consumers, especially teenagers who are unstable and tend to be easily influenced. This study examines the role of websites and YouTube in influencing the character of consumers in buying products or services. The research population was selected by University Students in Bandung and 100 (one hundred) students were taken at University X in Bandung who were active in social media. The results of the questionnaire were processed using the partial least square method.

Indonesian local brand is lack of brand awareness among Indonesian consumers. One of the local brands that lack of brand awareness is white tea brand. White tea makers in Indonesia meets the issue of absence of innovation in packaging, shopper awareness and frailness in quality. This research aims to test whether product empowerment and brand awareness will influence the interest in buying white tea products with unique packaging as intervening using partial least square as method in data analysis. Data collection uses questionnaire involving 50 consumer samples of white tea brand in Bandung, West Java. This research shows that the uniqueness of packaging has proven to be intervention between brand awareness and empowerment in product, affects or influences the consumer purchasing interest of white tea brand in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia.

Internet network and online games penetration has gotten one of the driving variables for web based business development in Indonesia. Having an enormous populace, Indonesia gives a tremendous market to nearby and global online business. Alongside the advancement of web and web based gaming, the way of life and social behavior also the life styles of today's society in Indonesia has been shifted which demonstrated by the conveniences in using technological advances including in using online payment transaction methods, 48% of users who are between 26-35 years old are using various mobile payment methods for many purposes. This phenomenon describe that Indonesia become a potential target for e-commerce industry, including for gaming industry that utilizing e-commerce in generate revenues from selling games application and its accessories. If this potential can be utilized properly, it will certainly improve the national economy. Gaming business through web based business can offer incredible open doors for monetary development in. With increasing internet penetration, online gaming market is seen as an opportunity with a large potential for e-commerce. Developers across the world are expected to enter the booming online gaming market. This research aim to investigates the role of online gaming in increasing social identity effect to eCommerce, study in web based online community. Dota2 community in Bandung city, taken as samples from populace of Indonesian web based online gaming community. The result reveals that online gaming contribute to the effect of social identity to eCommerce in Indonesia market as much as 79,1%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh pemberian kredit terhadap pendapatan pedagang kecil pada PT. BTPN Syariah. Dengan variabel independen yaitu pemberian kredit dan variabel dependen yaitu pendapatan pedagang kecil. Sumber data yang didapatkan berupa data primer, yakni menggunakan kuisioner dengan jumlah responden 50 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier sederhana. Selain itu, uji hipotesis yang dipakai adalah uji statistik t. Dengan persyaratan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji prasyarat analisis. Hasil uji t yang didapatkan yaitu sebesar 9,171 lebih besar dari nilai t tabel 2,011. Dan dari hasil koefisien determinasi menjelaskan bahwa nilai hubungan variabel pemberian kredit terhadap pendapatan pedagang kecil sebesar 54,7% sedangakan 45,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang penulis tidak cantumkan dalam penelitian ini.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) mengetahui efektivitas organisasi dengan memanfaatkan digitalisasi sistem pelayanan publik dengan merancang platform digital undangan online berbentuk web, 2) meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan organisasi dengan mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah prototyping yang memungkinkan pengguna berinteraksi dengan pengembang sistem dan memberikan umpan balik serta saran untuk peningkatan sistem. Metode ini didasarkan pada konsep model bekerja, atau working model, bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model menjadi sistem akhir dengan lebih cepat dan biaya yang lebih rendah daripada metode tradisional. Hasil dari Penelitian ini adalah membangun website undangan online terpusat bagi sekretariat umum di wilayah Polda Jawa Barat, sehingga organisasi dapat memanfaatkan digitalisasi sistem pelayanan publik, meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan, mempercepat proses, dan memberikan layanan yang berkualitas kepada masyarakat.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between work environment and motivation, and their impact on employee performance. The researchers employed a quantitative research method to gather and analyze data. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis, which allowed the researchers to examine the relationships between the variables of interest. The sample for this study consisted of 31 respondents were selected based on certain criteria and represented a diverse range of job roles and levels within the organization. The results of the analysis revealed that both work environment and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Elhabib Setia Aminah. This implies that when employees perceive a favorable work environment and experience high levels of motivation, their performance tends to improve. Specifically, the study found that the combined influence of work environment and motivation accounted for 61.2% of the variability in employee performance. This suggests that more than half of the changes in employee performance can be attributed to the work environment and motivation factors considered in this study. It is important to note that there are other factors beyond the scope of this research that contribute to employee performance. These include compensation, leadership style, work stress, and other individual and organizational factors. The remaining 39.8% of the variance in employee performance can be attributed to these unexamined variables. These results have implications for human resource management practices and suggest that organizations should focus on optimizing work conditions and promoting employee motivation to improve overall performance levels.
