Abstract

Implementasi kinerja dilakukan oleh sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kemampuan, kompetensi, motivasi dan kepentingan. Survei awal yang dilakukan peneliti di RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu, didapat hasil observasi terhadap 10 orang asisten apoteker, 6 orang asisten apoteker menjalankan kinerja kurang baik, dimana asisten apoteker tersebut datang terlambat, tidak mengerjakan kartu stok dan mengumpulkan laporan stok opname terlambat. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja asisten apoteker di Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan desain Pre eksperimen dengan jumlah sampel 20 orang diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang berjumlah 20 orang. Hasil penelitian didapatkan ada pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) terhadap kinerja asisten apoteker di Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu dengan nilai p = 0,0001. Penelitian ini diharapkan sebagai informasi dan masukan tentang cara meningkatkan kinerja asisten apoteker di Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu dengan melaksanakan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (diklat) kepada asisten apoteker secara terencana dan berkala.

Abstract

Background : The low level of public awareness to carry out social distance can be seen by the many individuals who are active outside the home by gathering without wearing a mask or maintaining a safe distance only for recreational purposes, grouping each other, thus allowing the spread is still a big task. The problem in this study is the low level of public awareness in preventing Covid-19 in the Citra Medika Health Center, Lubuk Linggau City. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health promotion on public awareness in preventing covid-19 in the Citra Medika Health Center, Lubuk Linggau City. Methods : The design of this study used a pre experimental design using a pre and post test design. The population in this study amounted to 630 people. The number of sample members is 10 to 20 respectively, so the sample to be studied is 20 people using a purposive sampling technique. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analysis used is univariate analysis and bivariate analysis, the statistical test used is the T test. Results :  The results of the univariate analysis showed that the average value of public awareness in preventing covid-19 before and carrying out health promotion was 20.2 and 40.4. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that the p-value was 0.000. Conclusion : That there was an effect of health promotion on public awareness in preventing covid-19 in the Citra Medika Health Center, Lubuk Linggau City. It is hoped from the results of this study that the puskesmas and health workers can prepare interesting promotional media and provide health promotion with different methods that are more effective, as attractive as possible to increase public awareness in preventing covid-19.

Abstract

Background: During the Covid-19 Pandemic, the Health Department is one of the stakeholders that handles COVID-19. Data on Covid-19 cases in Bengkulu Province as of December 2020 confirmed 3,733 cases (20.28%). This problem will directly make the work of official employees more difficult. The obstacle in the performance of employees at the Bengkulu Provincial Health Office is that employees are not maximal in providing services. Objectives: To analyze the workload on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Bengkulu Provincial Health Office. Methods: This type of research is quantitative research to examine a particular population or sample, collect data, use research instruments with the aim of knowing the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The population in this study were employees of the Bengkulu Province Health Office with a total sample of 76 people. The hypothesis test with the t test (Partial Significance). Results: The results showed that workload had a positive influence on employee performance and simultaneous testing of workload together had a positive effect on employee performance during a pandemic Covid-19 Bengkulu Provincial Health Office. It is recommended as a consideration in paying attention to the needs of employees, especially on the workload of employees so that they can improve employee performance better.   Keywords: Workload, Covid-19, Performance
