Abstract

Currently, there are many companies whose line of business is education-oriented, which currently prioritizes technology as a source of information, and before a company enters into a cooperation contract with a vendor providing information technology equipment, many things need to be considered in determining the selection of partners where this consideration is very important to find out the prospect of profit that will be generated by the company from the cooperation. This research takes a case study at PT. Citra Pesona Gemilang whose company is engaged in providing various kinds of school needs. The cooperation partner of PT Citra Pesona Gemilang is a vendor of technology devices. In the research conducted, the authors use a decision-making method with the C4.5 algorithm and Naïve Bayes to determine the selection of the best cooperation partners. The selection is seen based on the quality and quantity of the product/service, the price of the product/service, the legality of the vendor, the superiority/reliability of the partner. The result of this study is to compare the level of accuracy produced by the two algorithms, namely the C4.5 algorithm and the Naïve Bayes algorithm in determining the selection of partners in the provision of information technology tools.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi yang semakin berkembang menuntut perubahan dalam proses aktifitas/kegiatan dalam segala hal. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi memungkinkan pengerjaan berbagai dokumen yang dilakukan menjadi lebih efektif dan tentu saja menjadi efisien dalam hal tenaga dan waktu. Demikian pula dengan kegiatan administrasi warga pada lingkungan perumahan Risma Jihan Akbar (RJA) yang masih dilakukan dengan menggunakan cara manual (konvensional). Administrasi warga yang terdiri dari kegiatan pendataan warga, pengelolaan informasi warga, pembuatan surat pengantar/keterangan, dan pencatatan iuran warga masih dikelola oleh pengurus perumahan RJA dengan cara manual, yaitu mendatangi rumah warga satu persatu. Hal ini tentu saja sangat menyita waktu dan tenaga, terlebih lagi apabila terdapat warga yang sedang tidak berada di rumahnya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sistem informasi yang menunjang kebutuhan dan membantu pengurus perumahan dalam mengelola administrasi warga. Pemodelan prototype sistem informasi administrasi warga menggunakan framework Zachman memiliki tujuan untuk menghasilkan sistem informasi yang tepat guna dalam hal pengelolaan data administrasi warga pada perumahan Risma Jihan Akbar.

Abstract

The development of computer technology has made services more effective and efficient. The library management process at SDN Bekasi Jaya VII has not been computerized so that library management has not been maximized. The aim of this research is to implement an online library information system. By utilizing the internet, it is hoped that library management will be better. The Model, View and Controller (MVC) architectural pattern is an option in facilitating system design and creating applications. Through the creation of online library services, it is hoped that it will make it easy for members to find out book information, borrow and return books and assist librarians in managing books, making reports faster. Testing the t-test with t hit statistical test (n <30), α = 0.05 was carried out to measure the effectiveness of the influence of online library applications, where the result is t count = 2.52 > t 0.025; 28 = 2.048 indicating that there is an influence to be able to improve library services through availability of library information

Abstract

Meetings are an activity carried out by a group of elite businesspeople to plan business steps for the company's progress to overcome business obstacles and achieve significant profits. However, sometimes holding offline meetings is still hampered by the lack of rooms that do not match the desired number and conditions. The main factors that become obstacles are the lack of information on the availability of meeting rooms from several vendor options in strategic locations and difficulties in the manual reservation process. The purpose of this research is to conduct a project management engineering application for meeting room reservations to help elite businesspeople find meeting rooms that meet their criteria by involving several vendors in strategic locations. The software engineering method used is waterfall, which consists of the stages of requirements, system analysis, design, implementation, testing and debugging of the application to be developed. The expected result of this research is a project management design in the development of a website-based meeting room application that can help elite businesspeople in finding meeting rooms that meet their criteria so that their business can run smoothly.
