Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat sebuah aplikasi edukasi berbasis Android agar memudahkan pengguna atau siswa untuk belajar, membuat tampilan aplikasi semenarik mungkin agar pengguna atau siswa tidak mudah bosan, dan membuat fitur berupa latihan soal atau kuis mengenai planet-planet tata surya yang dapat membantu siswa dalam memahami materi yang diberikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan analisis keadaan saat ini, identifikasi masalah, keadaan yang diinginkan, dan kebutuhan sistem. Setelah itu dapat dilakukan analisis untuk mengetahui kebutuhan dari sistem. Kebutuhan sistem yang dibuat diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan atau setidaknya dapat meminimalkan masalah yang ada. Adapun kebutuhan sistem berdasarkan masalah yang telah ada dan berdasarkan keadaan yang diinginkan adalah pengguna membutuhkan media pembelajaran baru sebagai pendamping media pembelajaran yang lama, dimana media tersebut dapat membuat pengguna tidak mudah jenuh dan pengguna dapat berinteraksi dengan media. Penulis dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa aplikasi pengenalan planet-planet tata surya ini, dapat dijadikan tolak ukur sebagai kemajuan daya tangkap dan daya ingat siswa. Hasilnya siswa dapat lebih menyukai pembelajaran ini dan cepat memahami pembelajaran ini.

Abstract

Students often find difficult and less interested in mathematics, thus it is necessary to test students learning interests. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of validity and reliability of a learning interests questionnaire. Students' interest in mathematics questionnaires can be given to students if their validity and reliability have been tested. In this study, the validity test was carried out with the product-moment correlation formula. The reliability test was carried out with the Cronbach Alpha coefficient formula. This research was conducted on a sample of 89 students of class VIII SMPN 7 Depok. Based on the results of the validity test, it was found that 27 questions were valid and 3 questions were invalid so they were eliminated. Then the reliability test results were 0.752, which was more than 0.70, indicating that the questionnaire was reliable. From the results of the validity and reliability tests, it can be concluded that the questionnaire in this study can be used for further research.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui adanya pengaruh minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika pada kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 160 Jakarta.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan analisis korelasional, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 orang, yang diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling.Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen pengisian angket yang terdiri dari 20 soal. Dari hasil penelitian perhitungan analisis regresi minat belajar dengan prestasi belajar matematika diperoleh persamaan  dengan Fhitung< F tabel (-1,52<1,63) hal ini menunjukkan bahwa regresi X atas Y berpola linear. Sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis, diperoleh koefisien korelasi X terhadap Y sebesar 0,706 dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 49,8% dan diperoleh thitung> ttabel (7,914 > 1,670) sehingga Ho ditolak pada taraf 0,05. Maka kesimpulannya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika. Kata Kunci: Minat Belajar, Prestasi Belajar Matematika

Abstract

Rumah Makan Soto Ayam Pacitan adalah Rumah Makan yang menjual bermacam-macam makanan siap saji. Rumah makan Soto ayam pacitan merupakan salah satu rumah makan yang proses jual  belinya  masih  menggunakan  sistem  manual. Pada proses penjualan makanan biasanya masih ditulis pada buku penjualan atau nota saja. Pada proses mengetahui harga jual yang ada di menu makanan yang di pilih, oleh karena itu perlu dibuat sistem Aplikasi Penjualan makanan pada Rumah Makan Soto Ayam Pacitan dengan komputerisasi. Salah satu rumah makan yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah rumah makan Soto Ayam Pacitan. Banyaknya pelanggan yang datang ke rumah makan sering kali membuat pelayan kesulitan melayani pelanggan secara optimal. Saat ini transaksi penjualan dan pembelian masih dilakukan secara manual, dikarenakan masih dilakukan secara manual maka sering terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan nota, perhitungan masih menggunakan kalkulator, dan tidak adanya pembuatan laporan penjualan dan pembelian sehingga kurang jelasnya rincian pendapatan yang diperoleh, masih ditemukan kesalahan mengenai persediaan atau stok makanan.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is strongly influenced by teacher’s competence, including the ability to write scientific papers based on research. However, many teachers face challenges in analyzing quantitative data due to limited knowledge of statistical tools such as SPSS. To address this issue, this Community Service Program (PkM) aimed to strengthen teachers' capacity in conducting data analysis using SPSS, with a focus on simple linear regression techniques. The activity took place at a private Junior High School in Jatinegara, East Jakarta, applying a participatory action research approach. The program included socialization, technical training, mentoring, and evaluation. The results indicated an increase in teachers’ understanding of identifying variables, entering data, and analyzing and interpreting regression results. Teachers also showed strong motivation in developing research ideas and writing scientific papers systematically. This activity not only improved their technical data analysis skills but also encouraged greater participation in scientific publication. The program contributes positively to teacher professionalism and holds potential for replication in other schools.

Abstract

The limited ability of vocational high school (SMK) teachers in East Jakarta to apply advanced statistical analysis has resulted in low-quality educational research outputs. Therefore, this community service program aims to enhance teachers’ competence in understanding and applying path analysis using the SPSS statistical software. The program was implemented through four main stages: preparation, core implementation, mentoring, and evaluation. The adopted approach combined lectures, workshops, hands-on practice, and mentoring to equip participants with both conceptual understanding and practical skills. The results showed a significant improvement in teachers’ abilities, with more than 80% of participants able to explain the basic concepts of path analysis and independently perform data processing. Participants also successfully produced simple analytical reports based on simulated data, reflecting their increased research skills. Based on evaluation results and positive participant responses, the training method proved to be effective and applicable in supporting data-driven research among SMK teachers in East Jakarta. This activity is expected to serve as an initial step in fostering a culture of data-based research within vocational schools and to encourage teachers to further develop their research capacity through advanced training and inter-school collaboration.

Abstract

Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) reported that many countries, including Indonesia, have not yet reached the expected levels of mathematics proficiency, highlighting the importance of examining internal factors such as students’ learning interest. This study aims to examine students’ learning interest and how it relates to and predicts their mathematics achievement. This quantitative correlational study involved 65 randomly selected seventh-grade students from SMPN 160 East Jakarta, Indonesia. Learning interest was measured using a validated 20-item questionnaire, and mathematics achievement was obtained from mid-semester test scores. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Spearman’s correlation, and rank-based and multiple regression analyses in SPSS 27. The results showed that students generally had moderate levels of learning interest (M = 3.65) and mathematics achievement (M = 78.94). Learning interest was positively related to mathematics achievement (r = 0.64) and significantly predicted students’ mathematics performance (R² = 0.52), with persistence (p = 0.03) and attention (p = 0.04) being the strongest predictors. In conclusion, students’ persistence and attention are key factors in mathematics achievement, indicating that sustained focus and perseverance play a central role in improving mathematics performance.
