Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the work experience, work performance, education and training have on the career development of employees at PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Kuranji, Padang City. The analytical method used is correlation analysis and multiple regression. The data collection method in this study is to use a questionnaire filled out by respondents, namely employees at PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Kuranji, Padang City. From the results of multiple regression analysis, it shows that: (a) work experience has a partially significant effect on career development, (b) work performance has a partially significant effect on career development, (c) education has a partially significant effect on career development, (d) training does not have a partially significant effect on career development, (e) work experience, work performance, education and training have a significant effect on career development together, (e) the contribution of variable work experience, work performance, education and training together The career development is 52.5%, while the remaining 47.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the influence of Conflict, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction together on Employee Loyalty at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 57 respondents. Non-medical staff at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) partially there is a significant effect of Conflict on Employee Loyalty. Thus Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected. (b) partially there is a significant effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (c) partially there is no significant effect of Job Satisfaction on Performance Loyalty. Thus, Ha is rejected, Ho is accepted. (d) There is a spatially significant influence between Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (e) the contribution of the variables of Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction together to Employee Loyalty is 40.2% while the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Namun, banyak UMKM masih menghadapi permasalahan dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM), khususnya terkait kedisiplinan, pembagian tugas, dan produktivitas kerja. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat manajemen SDM berbasis nilai lokal guna meningkatkan produktivitas UMKM Laundry Sabrina di Kota Padang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, sosialisasi, pelatihan, serta pendampingan secara partisipatif kepada pemilik dan karyawan usaha. Nilai-nilai lokal seperti gotong royong, kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan kekeluargaan diintegrasikan ke dalam praktik pengelolaan SDM sehari-hari. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pemilik dan karyawan terhadap pentingnya manajemen SDM yang terstruktur, peningkatan kedisiplinan kerja, kerja sama tim yang lebih baik, serta kualitas pelayanan yang lebih konsisten. Penerapan nilai lokal terbukti mampu membangun budaya kerja yang positif dan mendorong peningkatan produktivitas usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan manajemen SDM berbasis nilai lokal merupakan strategi yang efektif, mudah diterapkan, dan berkelanjutan bagi UMKM dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan kualitas layanan.
