Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Organizational Culture, Career Development, and Self Efficacy have on Employee Performance. The analytical method used is correlation analysis and multiple regression. The method of data collection in this study is to use a questionnaire filled out by respondents, namely employees of PT. Padang Post. From the results of multiple regression analysis, it shows that: (a) organizational culture has a partially significant effect on employee performance, (b) career development has a partially significant effect on employee performance, (c) self-efficacy has a partially significant effect on employee performance development, (d) ) organizational culture, career development and self-efficacy together on career development, (e) the contribution of organizational culture, career development, and self-efficacy variables together on employee performance is 71.4% while the remaining 28.6 % influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to see how big the impact of Employee Performance, Workload, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on the Performance of Implementing Nurses at Reksodiwiryo Hospital Padang. The steps taken in this research are direct surveys and distributing questionnaires to all nurses in the hospital environment, the number of which will be examined is 60 respondents from the Nurse Practitioner at the Tk Hospital. III Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. This research uses multiple regression analysis system. The conclusions obtained based on the partial test (t test) are: (a) there is an influential relationship between the workload variable on the performance of the implementing nurse. The result is that Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted. (b) there is a significant relationship between the variables of Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Implementing Nurses. In the results obtained, Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted. (c) there is an influential relationship between Organizational Commitment to the Performance of Implementing Nurses. In the final result, Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted. (d) together work, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant effect on the performance of implementing nurses. So the author concludes that workload, job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously and partially affect the performance of implementing nurses. And based on the coefficient of determination test (R2) the value is 0.700. (e) The contribution of the variables of Workload, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment simultaneously and partially to Improving the performance of implementing nurses is 70% and 30% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the work experience, work performance, education and training have on the career development of employees at PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Kuranji, Padang City. The analytical method used is correlation analysis and multiple regression. The data collection method in this study is to use a questionnaire filled out by respondents, namely employees at PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Kuranji, Padang City. From the results of multiple regression analysis, it shows that: (a) work experience has a partially significant effect on career development, (b) work performance has a partially significant effect on career development, (c) education has a partially significant effect on career development, (d) training does not have a partially significant effect on career development, (e) work experience, work performance, education and training have a significant effect on career development together, (e) the contribution of variable work experience, work performance, education and training together The career development is 52.5%, while the remaining 47.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the influence of Conflict, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction together on Employee Loyalty at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 57 respondents. Non-medical staff at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) partially there is a significant effect of Conflict on Employee Loyalty. Thus Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected. (b) partially there is a significant effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (c) partially there is no significant effect of Job Satisfaction on Performance Loyalty. Thus, Ha is rejected, Ho is accepted. (d) There is a spatially significant influence between Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (e) the contribution of the variables of Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction together to Employee Loyalty is 40.2% while the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of information technology and job flexibility on driver performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable for gojek (go-ride) partners in Bukittinggi City. This study uses secondary data. The sampling technique in this study was using the slovin formula. The number of samples obtained as many as 90 respondents. The analytical method of this research uses multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis. From this study it was concluded that the implementation of information technology had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job flexibility had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, information technology had a significant positive effect on driver performance, job flexibility had a significant positive effect on driver performance, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on driver performance. driver performance, information technology implementation has a significant positive effect on driver performance intervened by job satisfaction, job flexibility has a significant positive effect on driver performance intervened by job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pengaruh kinerja keuangan, Growth Opportunity, dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kinerja keuangan sebagai variabel moderating pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Dengan menggunakan beberapa keriteria yang telah ditentukan maka penelitian ini menggunakan 50 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode tahun 2016-2020. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.Growth Opportunity tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.Struktur modal memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.Kepemilikan manajerial tidak mampu memoderasi kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan.Sedangkan kepemilikan manajerial mampu memoderasi Growth Opportunity terhadap nilai perusahaan dan kepemilikan manajerial mampu memoderasi struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Eco enzyme adalah cairan multifungsi yang dihasilkan dari proses fermentasi 3 bulan dengan bahan sederhana, gula merah/tetes tebu, limbah atau sampah organik dengan menggunakan komposisi 1:3:10. Selama proses fermentasi eco enzyme ini, akan menghasilkan ozon dan oksigen, ini setara dengan yang dihasilkan oleh 10 pohon. Beberapa manfaat Eco enzyme yaitu dapat membersihkan sungai yang tercemar, seperti antiseptik, menyuburkan tanah dan pengganti produk kimia rumah tangga harian. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah: 1) Memberikan gambaran bentuk partisipasi masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan Kampung Tematik. 2) Menganalisis faktor yang mendorong keberhasilan pola pemberdayaan Kampung Tematik. 3) Untuk mengetahui analisis karakteristik sampah, nilai jual sampah organik dan marketing margin dalam pemasaran sampah padat yang menjadi daur ulang di Kampung Tematik Kelurahan Andalas Kota Padang. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan PKL kampung tematik ini akan dilakukan dalam bentuk pendampingan serta adanya dukungan sosial dan pemberdayaaan masyarakat terhadap hasil olahan daur ulang sampah organik. Secara keseluruhan, program pelaksanaan kegiaan ini berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik

Abstract

Teknologi semakin berkembang seiring berjalannya waktu yang ditandai dengan adanya revolusi industri 1.0 sampai dengan revolusi industri 4.0. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi ini mengakibatkan pola perilaku sosial masyarakat (society) mengalami perubahan. Hal ini terbukti dari yang awalnya setiap perilaku masyarakat hanya berpusat pada pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat saja tanpa ada pengaruh teknologi, namun saat ini setiap tatanan kehidupan dan kebutuhan masyarakat akan berpusat pada manusia dan berbasis pada teknologi. Saat ini perkembangan society sudah berada pada level society 5.0. Pada hakikatnya, mau tidak mau Indonesia akan memasuki era society 5.0 terkhusus pada santri di kalangan siswa siswi RLA IIBS (Rahmatan Lil ‘Alamin International Islamic Boarding School), sehingga bagaimanapun caranya Indonesia harus mampu jika memasuki era tersebut dengan cara melakukan evaluasi terhadap proses pembelajaran dari tingkat yang paling rendah hingga tingkat perguruan tinggi, serta mengubah kurikulum sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar agar terciptanya SDM yang unggul dan berdaya saing agar mampu menghadapi Era Society 5.0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Pendidikan, pelatihan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PDAM Kota Padang. Metode pengumpulan data melalui Angket dan studi kepustakaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berdasarkan uji parsial ( uji t ) diperoleh : (a) Pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai yang terlihat bahwa tingkat signifikan lebih kecil dari alpha (0,011< 0,05). (b) Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai yang terlihat bahwa tingkat signifikan lebih kecil dari alpha (0,001 < 0,05). (c) Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai yang terlihat bahwa tingkat signifikan lebih kecil dari alpha (0,006 < 0,05). (d) Pendidikan, Pelatihan Dan Pengembangan Karir secara Bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan tinngkat signifikan lebih kecil dari alpha (0,000 < 0,05).

Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the extent to which the influence learning motivation and interest in learning have on student achievement with parental attention as an intervening variable. Method collection data through survey and spread questionnaire, with a sample of 100 respondents obtained by the saturated sample formula at The population of the UPI YPTK campus is 100. The analytical method used is the inner model and path coefficients. Results study which obtained based on path coefficients obtained: 1) None influence positive which significant motivation to learn to student learning achievement significant value 0.994 <0.05. 2)There are influence positive which significant interest to learn to performance student study where significant value 0.000>0.05. 3) None influence positive which significant motivation to learn to parents attention where significant value 0.063 <0.05. 4) There are influence positive which significant interest in learning to parents attention. where score significant 0.000<0.05. 5) No there is influence positive which significant parents attention to student learning achievement. where significant value 0.422>0.05. The author provides suggestions Expected to parents give input and suggestion to children to increase interest in learning so that they can enhancement performance study and etc, so that parent able to improve facilities and a safe environment for children to learn To use can maintain even improve performance study
