Abstract

Background : The physical response during menstruation is a natural process that occurs in young women who have experienced menstruation, therefore it is very important for young women to receive health education about menstruation so as to increase their knowledge and understanding of changes in physical changes during menstruation. Objective: This study was to determine the effect of health education on physical responses to menstruation on the knowledge of young women. Method : This study uses the type of research literature review, namely a study that uses the results of research that has been carried out by previous researchers, in the form of research journals, or books, to obtain accurate data according to the topic of discussion, the author conducts a search literature based nationally and internationally using four databases via Pubmed, Science direct, Google Scholar, andFeel by using the keywords health education, physical response, menstruation, knowledge of adolescents, young women, level of education. Conclusion : namely there is an influence of health education about the physical response to menstruation on the knowledge of young women.

Abstract

Serangan stroke (Brain Attack) merupakan suatu kondisi kedaruratan medis karena berkaitan dengan waktu, sehingga membutuhkan penanganan yang cepat, tepat dan cermat. Hal ini   sangat   dipengaruhi oleh deteksi awal yang tepat di fase pra hospital. Stroke memiliki gejala yang bertindak sebagai peringatan awal serangan, namun kebanyakan orang dengan risiko tinggi stroke yaitu penderita hipertensi dan diabetes mellitus tidak mengenali tanda – tanda peringatan ini. Kewaspadaan masyarakat terhadap stroke dengan pengenalan cepat terhadap  tanda dan gejala stroke sangat  diperlukan,  karena  sebagian  besar  (95%) keluhan   pertama   serangan   stroke   terjadi   di rumah  atau  luar  rumah  sakit. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat yang memiliki risiko tinggi stroke dalam mengenali gejala awal serangan stroke dengan metode FAST. Metode pelaksanaan yaitu melalui penyuluhan dengan menggunakan video animasi dan pemberian pelatihan  deteksi dini serangan stroke dengan metode FAST pada masyarakat desa mitra. Pelatihan diawali dengan ceramah dan pemutaran video animasi deteksi dini stroke dengan metode FAST, dilanjutkan dengan diskusi dan praktik melakukan deteksi dini serangan stroke akut dengan metode FAST. Sasaran kelompok pelatihan adalah masyarakat risiko tinggi stroke berjumlah 50 orang. Hasil post test menunjukkan peningkatan skor pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat yang memiliki risiko tinggi stroke setelah diberikan pelatihan, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan yang diberikan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat mengenai deteksi dini stroke akut melalui metode FAST. Peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat yang memiliki risiko tinggi dalam deteksi dini gejala stroke sangat penting dalam upaya meminimalkan dampak stroke.

Abstract

Background: The increasing number of smokers in adolescents increases the risk of non-communicable diseases in adolescents, namely lung cancer, kidney cancer, cervical cancer and pregnancy disorders. Low knowledge can lead to ignorance due to smoking on the body. There are various methods used and the number of respondents varies with the results of 9 journals showing an increase in adolescent knowledge. Objective: namely to determine the influence of health education about the dangers of smoking on adolescent knowledge. Method: This type of research uses literature review research or theoretical review, namely by collecting journals or books and analyzing the results of the research. In order to obtain appropriate data, researchers searched National and International journals through 3 databases, namely Scopus, Google Scholar and Sage Journal with publication years 2010-2020 and researchers used 9 journals for literature review research. Results: Provision of health education increases adolescent knowledge about the dangers of smoking. Suggestion: You can look for more journal or book references so you can complete information related to the influence of health education about the dangers of smoking on teenagers' knowledge. Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a condition where a person experiences an increase in blood pressure, which results in an increase in morbidity and mortality. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of health education on client knowledge about the prevention of hypertension. Methods: This study uses a type of literature review research, namely a study in the form of a literature review using the results of previous studies as well as textbooks or research journals. To obtain data that is in accordance with the topic, researchers conducted a search for national and international-based journals on two data bases, namely PubMed and Google Schoolar using the keywords health education, knowledge of hypertension, prevention of hypertension. The keywords used are listed in each journal title obtained, with the provisions of the journals searched since 2011-2020. The results obtained were 5 journals used for literature review. Conclusion: there is an effect of health education on client knowledge about hypertension prevention.
