Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh modal intelektual terhadap kinerja perusahaan serta menguji pengaruh moderasi dari diversifikasi pendapatan, serta memberikan wawasan tambahan mengenai modal intelektual. Penelitian ini menggunakan 38 bank di indonesia yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari total 47 bank sebagai sampel penelitian. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier untuk menguji pengaruh modal intelektual terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Hasil dari analisis regresi menunjukan bahwa modal intelektual VAIC berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Untuk komponen modal intelektual memberikan pengaruh yang bervariasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan dimana VACA berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahan, VAHU juga memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan, sedangkan STVA tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Disarankan kepada peneliti selanjutnya untuk menggunakan metode lain dalam pengukuran modal intelektual agar memberikan hasil yang bervariasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan antara pendapatan, gaya hidup dan literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pendapatan, gaya hidup dan literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa di lingkungan pemuda gereja MS Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dan data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 120 mahasiswa yang terdiri dari mahasiswa di lingkungan pemuda GBI Miracle Service Yogyakarta, penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa; gaya hidup berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa; literasi keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa; serta ketiga variabel independen tersebut secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Analysis of the influence of liquidity, leverage, and size on return on assets (case study of Tbk Telecommunication Company 2017-2021) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Aims to answer the problem regarding the influence of liquidity, leverage and size on return on assets (case study of a telecommunications company). In this research the method used is a quantitative approach. The results of the research show that the variable current ratio (X1) has a significant influence on return on assets (Y). Then the cash ratio (X1) variable does not have a significant effect on return on assets (Y). Variable debt to equity ratio (X2) has a significant influence on return on assets (Y). And the size variable (X3) does not have a significant effect on return on assets (Y). And from the results of the f test it is proven that the current ratio, cash ratio, debt to equity, size have a simultaneous effect on return on assets (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of digital financial literacy on saving behavior of generation z in Indonesia. The number of respondents of this research was 312 people, both from Java and non-Java. We carry out data processing using SmartPLS 3.0 software. In this research, we found that there is a positive and significant relationship between digital financial literacy and saving behavior of generation z in Indonesia. This means that the better a person's level of digital financial literacy, the better their financial behavior in terms of saving. There are still limitations to this research, namely that there are still provinces in Indonesia that have not participated in this research, so we suggest that the future research will be able to obtain respondents from all provinces in Indonesia

Abstract

This study examines the interest of young Yogyakarta student investors in investing in the capital market through fintech technology. Analysis was conducted on the influence of financial literacy, personal interest, and environment on students’ interest in investing. Data was collected through an online questionnaire to 100 Yogyakarta student respondents. The results show that financial literacy has no significant effect on interest in investing, while personal interest and environment have a positive and significant effect. This study contributes to understanding young investors' interest in investing in the capital market through fintech technology. The researcher recommends further research to refine these results.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of return on equity (ROE), earnings per share (EPS), current ratio (CR), and debt to equity ratio (DER) on stock return in automotive sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016 to 2023. Using a quantitative research approach, this study uses multiple linear regression analysis on a sample of automotive companies to examine the relationship between these financial performance indicators and stock returns. The results indicate that ROE, EPS, CR, and DER each significantly impact stock return. The simultaneous analysis confirms these four variables collectively influence stock return significantly. These findings suggest that investors should consider these financial ratios when making investment decisions in the automotive sector.

Abstract

This study looks at how the financial performance of MSMEs in Gunungkidul Regency is affected by financial inclusion, financial literacy, and financial technology. Purposive sampling is the research methodology employed in this study. The R2, T, and F-Tests are used in this study for test hypotheses. The study's findings show that the financial success is significantly and favorably impacted by the financial inclusion variable, with a regression coefficient value of 6,675 and a significance value of 0,0000 < 0,05. As evidenced by its value of 6,242 and significance value of 0,0000 < 0,05; the financial literacy variable has a significant and favorable impact on financial performance. Financial technology also has a significant and beneficial impact, with a value of 3,187 and a significance value of 0,002 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study analyzes the factors influencing investment intentions among Generation Z in Yogyakarta by applying the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The variables examined include past behavior and subjective norms toward investment intention. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through online questionnaires distributed to 149 Generation Z respondents. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that past behavior has a positive and significant effect on investment intention, with a coefficient of 0,480 (p-value 0,001). Similarly, subjective norms also have a positive and significant effect on investment intention, with a coefficient of 0,451 (p-value 0,002). These findings highlight the importance of prior investment experience and social environment in shaping Generation Z’s investment intentions.

Abstract

Anomali pasar kalender merupakan fenomena yang dapat mengindikasikan adanya ketidakefisienan pasar modal, sehingga penting untuk menguji keberadaannya pada berbagai konteks pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keberadaan fenomena January Effect, Week Four Effect, dan Holiday Effect pada return Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2016–2025. Populasi penelitian terdiri atas seluruh data return IHSG selama periode 2016–2025, sedangkan sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria penelitian yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia dan Yahoo Finance. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk, serta uji beda parametrik dan nonparametrik, yaitu Paired Sample t-Test dan Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test, yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik distribusi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan return yang signifikan pada seluruh periode pengujian. Dengan demikian, fenomena January Effect, Week Four Effect, dan Holiday Effect tidak ditemukan pada IHSG selama periode penelitian. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa strategi investasi yang didasarkan pada anomali kalender tidak dapat diterapkan secara konsisten pada pasar modal Indonesia selama periode penelitian.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of good corporate governance on stock return volatility within the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on tourism companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2022. The research examines how effective corporate governance practices contribute to managing stock return volatility during this challenging period. By analyzing financial data and corporate governance indicators, the study aims to provide insights into the relationship between corporate governance and stock market dynamics in the turbulent environment brought about by the pandemic.
