Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan semangat wirausaha kue tradisional bagi Ibu-Ibu PKK Pujokusuman Kelurahan Keparakan Kecamatan Mergangsan Yogyakarta. Kegiatan pengabdian telah diikuti oleh 14 Ibu-Ibu PKK Pujokusuman Kelurahan Keparakan Kecamatan Mergangsan Yogyakarta. Metode kegiatan adalah praktek membuat kue tradisional, ceramah kewirausahaan dan promosi kue Tradisional, digital marketing, instagram dan Financial Technology dan diskusi tanya-jawab antara peserta dan Tim Pengabdian. Hasil Dari kegiatan adalah Ibu-Ibu dapat membuat kue tradisional dan memiliki akun instagram untuk digital marketing serta dapat mengenal dan menggunakan financial technology untuk bisnis. Dari hasil post test dan pre test Ibu-Ibu PKK Pujokusuman mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan dan promosi digital kue tradisional sebesar 71,25%. Dari hasil pengisian kuesioner oleh peserta pengabdian dapat diketahui bahwa mayoritas Ibu-Ibu PKK Pujokusuman berkeinginan segera membuka bisnis kue. Keberhasilan kegiatan pengabdian didukung adanya peran aktif antara peserta dan tim pengabdian dan sikap antusias serta semangat dari peserta.

Program Pengembangan Kewirausahaan di tujukan bagi mahasiswa yang berminat dan sedang merintis usaha, akan tetapi pelaku ataupun calon pelaku UMKM tersebut masih bingung bahkan kurang dalam literasi dan skill. Sehingga, banyak dari pelaku UMKM ataupun calon pelaku UMKM tersebut bingun bahkan putus asa untuk memperoleh modal besar, manajemen yang simple tapi terarah dengan memanfaatkan trend financial technology dan strategi marketing yang harus digunakan agar usaha mereka berkembang. Adanya kegiatan PPK ini, diharapakan dapat meningkatkan Litersai dan skill kewirusahaan melalui ceramah dan pelatihan Trend Financial Technology dan Digital Marketing Sebagai Sarana Baru Pengembangan UMKM dengan memanfaatkan media Zoom Meeting dan Youtube. Sehingga akan menghasilkan Pelaku UMKM baru yang kompetitif.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Omnibus Law’s approval on the Indonesian capital market’s reaction. The population used in this study is Kompas100 Index stock, the sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling with saturated samples. Data were taken using the documentation technique by amazing and evaluating historical data from various sources. The results of this study stating approval of the Omnibus Law do not have a positive and significant effect on abnormal return and security return variability, while approval of the Omnibus Law had a positive and significant on the trading volume activity. The findings can imply the imvestor on their decision by contemplating the information on the stock market. Intellectual capital is an intangible asset in the form of information resources and knowledge that serves to improve competitiveness and increase company performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of intellectual capital on firm value with financial performance as an intervening variable in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2020 period. This research is quantitative in nature by taking 126 samples from companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2020 period. Intellectual capital is measured by value added intellectual coefficient (VAIC™), firm value is measured using price to book (PBV), and financial performance is measured by return on asset (ROA) ratio. The sampling method in this study was carried out by purposive sampling technique. The analytical methods used in this study are descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, mediation tests and multiple linear regression equations using the IBM SSPS application. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on firm value, financial performance has a positive and significant effect on firm value, and intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on firm value through financial performance as a variable. intervention. The research conducted aims to see the effect of liquidity, leverage, profitability, and company size on dividend policy in manufacturing companies on the IDX with a search period between 2017-2019 with the method used is the purposive sampling method and the tests carried out are f and t tests. with the aim of knowing the relationship with each other. The results of the research conducted indicate that the Liquidity coefficient (CR) has a regression coefficient of 0.004 which is positive. Effect of Leverage (DER) on Dividend Per Share (DPS) Policy. The significance level is 0.372, which means it is greater than the significance level a = 0.05. This shows that the leverage variable does not have a significant effect. The profitability variable (ROI) has a regression coefficient of 0.288 where the regression coefficient is positive. The Effect of Firm Size (SIZE) on Dividend Per Share (DPS) Policy. The significance level is 0.304, which means it is greater than the significance level a = 0.05. Organizations that convert raw ingredients into semi-finished or finished commodities are known as food and beverage companies. The goal of this study is to look into and assess connected topics such as growth potential, profitability, financial distress, and company value. The research utiliutilizedsed second data in form of income statement from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Purposive sampling was utilized to collect data for this investigation. The survey included 14 companies and 42 data points. The conclusions of Hypothesis (1) Growth potential influences the company's value, Hypothesis (2) Profitability has no effect on the company's value, and Hypothesis (3) Financial distress has no effect on the company's value were discovered. Hypothesis (4), on the other hand, asserts that the company's value is affected by growth opportunity, profitability, and financial crisis all at the same time. The worth of a company will increase if its profitability level is higher. The company's worth will improve if the level of financial distress is lowered. The purpose of this study was to test whether the effect of financial performance has a positive effect on firm value with corporate social responsibility as a moderator. The population in this study used 30 food and beverage companies listed on the IDX during the 2019-2022 period. The sample used in writing this research was purposive sampling. Data obtained from 30 food and beverage companies listed on the IDX during the 2019-2022 period were processed using SPSS 23. The results of this study indicate that financial performance has a positive effect on company value and corporate social responsibility is able to moderate these two variables.

This study analyses financial distress predictions by comparing modified Altman Z-Score, Ohlson O-Score, and Zmijewski X-Score models (Case Study of Companies in the Transportation and Logistics Sector for the 2019-2021 Period). The population in this study is represented by transportation and logistics companies listed on the IDX. The sample collection technique in this study utilizes purposive sampling techniques using predetermined parameters, and as many as 23 companies were obtained as samples. The data used in this study was taken from the company's transportation and logistics financial statements. This research utilizes descriptive statistical tests, normality tests, and accuracy tests of prediction models as hypothesis tests. The results of this study show that the modified Altman Z-Score model is the most accurate model, with an accuracy level of 68.12%.
