Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of Balitar Islamic University in the financial statements for 3 periods from 2016-2018. Based on the existing problems, the research used is descriptive method by collecting data, managing data and presenting research data / financial reports so that readers of this report can understand the description of the object of research data conducted at Balitar Islamic University in Blitar. Data analyzed were in the form of financial statements for three periods from 2016-2018 using profitability ratios. The results showed the net profit margin of the Islamic University of Balitar Blitar in 2016 was 0.8%, in 2017 it was 1% and in 2018 it was 1.1%. Judging from this percentage, net income has increased even though only slightly.

Abstract

Village Funds are funds allocated in the APBN, intended for villages and are used to finance governance, implementation of development, community development, and community empowerment. In the management of village funds by the village government, it is obliged to implement them in a transparent and accountable manner so a clean and responsible village government can be realized, as well as the achievement of the goals and objectives of the disbursement of the village funds. This research aims to determine the transparency and accountability of village fund management conducted by the government of Karangrejo Village, Garum District, Blitar Regency in 2019. The data collection used was observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results of the study showed that the management of village funds carried out by the Karangrejo Village government in 2019 was from the planning stage to the accountability in accordance with the applicable laws or regulations. With the application of the siskeudes, Karangrejo Village government is greatly facilitated in the bookkeeping and financial reporting process which can be monitored and evaluated directly by the local government. It shows that the Karangrejo Village government is accountable. While in the context of transparency by the Karangrejo Village government, starting from the deliberation and structured planning to the reporting process carried out using digital information media that can be accessed by all village communities and also placed on the information boards at the Karangrejo Village office.

Abstract

The aims of this research is provides an overview of the Implementation of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Jugo village, Kesamben sub-district, Blitar district. Describing the Accountability of Village Fund Allocation Management (ADD) in 2019 in Jugo village, Kesamben sub-district, Blitar Regency. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Qualitative descriptive research is to describe the respondent's opinion based on the research question, then analyzed with the words behind the respondent's behavior, reduced, triangulated, concluded, and verified. The results showed that the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation policy in Jugo Village, Kesamben Sub-District, Blitar Regency has been running according to the RKP but it has not run optimally according to Permendagri No. 113 & 114 of 2014. Based on Permendagri No. 113 & 114 of 2014, in general the management of the Village Fund Allocation is accountable and transparent at the stages of planning, implementation, administration, reporting, accountability and supervision. Supported by the community who participates active in deliberations to supervise village development.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and describe the women’s volleyball athletes contract calculation method of Perkasa Jaya, Blitar City. The research method uses qualitative method of the phenomenologist approach. Data collection techniques in this study through observation, interviews, and literature study. The results showed that there were several factors that influenced the calculation method, namely the ability of players, experience of competition, teamwork, and the position of players in the team. These factors are related to the size of the athlete's contract and consideration of the contracting party. So, each player has a different contract value. The Perkasa Jaya Club has provisions for club members who regulate cooperation with other parties. The contract calculation method will enter the club's cash at 30% of the monthly salary so that the athlete only receives 70% of the salary earned. Other salaries such as competition salaries, bonuses or others will not be deducted by the club. All rules and regulations that are regulated to members have been notified to new members before joining the Perkasa Jaya club. Before entering into contracts with other parties or other clubs, players also make a statement so they do not feel aggrieved over the provisions that have been made by the Perkasa Jaya club

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Raw Crackers Shop in Legi Market on March 1, 2019 to May 31, 2019. This study aims to analyze the crackers method and determine the selling price of the crackers. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results of this research are traders to get goods when the stock of goods in the warehouse from the producers runs out, namely the kulak method. Kulakan that is applied is "kulak nempil". The selling price is determined by following the price obtained from nempil with the difference between Rp. 1000.00 to Rp. 2000.00 from the nempil kulak at the market selling price, if the nempil price is high the selling price is higher and if the nempil price is low then the selling price follows the market price. The payment method for the kulak nempil transaction is cash on hand at the kulak price based on the agreement of the bargaining

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini berguna dalam pemahaman alur penerapan e-receipt guna menghindari kontak langsung dengan customer sebagai bentuk pencegahan tersebarnya covid-19 di Informa Neo Soho Mall Jakarta. Selain itu, hasil dari penelitian ini dinantikan mampu membagikan pengertian bagi masyarakat luas tentang alur penerapan e-receipt di Neo Soho Mall Jakarta. Metodologi yang dipakai pada penelitian ini memakai metode pendekatan kualitatif. Dipakainya pendekatan ini disebabkan penelitian berfungsi menciptakan data deskriptif seperti perkataan, tulisan, perilaku dari penelitian tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah alur penerapan e-receipt atau struk pembelian yang di aplikasikan tidak dalam bentuk kerta seperti biasanya, melainkan dikirim ke alamat email customer. Hal ini untuk mencegah jika ada masalah mesin print rusak atau kertas habis. Pada Neo Soho Mall Jakarta Barat dengan customer yang sudah menjadi member dengan berbagai manfaatnya dan customer yang belum menjadi member. Dengan penerapan penggunaan e-receipt dalam pembayaran dapat memajukan teknologi di Indonesia khususnya pada Neo Soho Mall Jakarta Barat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif guna meningkatkan daya saing dan pangsa pasar UMKM batik di Kabupaten Blitar, dengan fokus pada integrasi wisata edukasi. Metode kualitatif digunakan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik UMKM batik, pengrajin, dan pakar pemasaran lokal, serta analisis dokumen dari berbagai sumber terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Batik Balitar memiliki kekuatan pada keunikan motif khas Blitar dan kombinasi produksi batik cap dan tulis, namun menghadapi kendala dalam akses pasar, penggunaan teknologi digital, dan modal. Strategi pemasaran yang diusulkan meliputi pengembangan brand dan positioning, pemasaran digital dan media sosial, e-commerce dan marketplace, serta pengembangan wisata edukasi batik. Wisata edukasi batik diharapkan dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah produk dan menarik lebih banyak wisatawan melalui paket wisata yang mencakup lokakarya batik dan galeri. Selain itu, kolaborasi dengan agen perjalanan, institusi pendidikan, dan influencer fashion diusulkan untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan daya tarik produk. Melalui implementasi strategi ini, Batik Balitar dapat meningkatkan kesadaran merek, memperluas penetrasi pasar, dan meningkatkan pendapatan, sambil melestarikan warisan budaya batik Indonesia. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya inovasi produk dan peningkatan kualitas melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi pengrajin.
